He lost half the screws in my PC and didn't say anything; I only found out later.
He refused to remove the worthless antivirus they installed and changed auto update settings without being asked.
He was unable to diagnose a loose Wi-Fi antenna, blamed the Wi-Fi card and replaced that necessarily.

I would not recommend.
