After taking my laptop to another repair shop in Croydon they told me that my laptop needed a new hard drive.
Something told me I was about to get ripped off, as I thought the price was way to high.
I collected the laptop and thought I would get a second opinion so I took it to PC Repairs Croydon and thank god I did as it was not the hard drive that was at fault but a simple driver error that was causing the laptop not to go into windows.
These people saved me loads of money.
