Laptop blacked out , wasn't sure what caused it, was performing a BIOS update and also my screen was physically damaged for a while.
Issue was precisely identified by almost on the spot by them (corrupted BIOS was the issue)and he fixed within a day and almost got my laptop back in less than 24hrs. Highly respectful service, affordable price. I will ALWAYS recommend
