Graham was highly responsive, very knowledge and went above and beyond the call of duty to response my laptop to former glory+ answer all my questions. Having been stuck in a perpetual restart cycle, Graham advised we needed to change the hard drive which he did in addition to re-installing all the software, windows and giving it a thorough clean to improve performance. Now works like new. Great value for money, couldn't recommend highly enough
