After I cancelled with them and returned the Terminal back to NAB; however, they still deducted over thousand of dollars claimed that I didn't return the terminal. If you like being on hold and hung up on then they are the company for you. They used North American Bank card as my processor the fees are huge. When I tried to cancel and switch the charged me $300. Plus the machine is $895. if you do not return it. When you try to cancel you get the run around. Worst mistake I have ever made in my credit card processing with my business..
Excellent service this time around. I ve been with Sekure for a few years now. Let s face it there s nothing fun about having to update or change CC processing so I don t really look forward to it. I would like to thank Nicole Wan and only Nicole for her excellent service in dealing with this company. This company should have more employees like her - she is too good for them. For seven (7) months I talked to eight (8) different 'specialists, supervisors, relationship managers, and each one assured me that the charge that was being placed on our CLOSED ACCOUNT would stop and we would receive credit for what this company owed us. I was finally lucky enough to reach Nicole, she said she would take care of it - and - Within three (3) days the charge was stopped, the amount refunded to us. Nicole knew her job, she did what needed to be done and followed up to make sure it was done. I believe every employee should be trained by Nicole. She did in one day that it took 7 months and 8 different people to fix the problem. Just saying thank you to Nicole does not seem enough. She knows her job, she is the ONLY one that did anything to help me. My thanks are a hundred fold to her and her alone. To the other 8 'titled' persons - they should either be fired or retrained. 5 stars to Nicole - 0 to the other employees - 0 for the company that keeps employees that don't do their job.

Originally our experience with Sekure Merchant Solutions was horrendous. Shanilia Chaundary, did not respond to our emails nor our requests for assistance. This resulted in hundreds of dollars of lost income and we were very disappointed. Thankfully, we were connected to Ryan Rourke who helped us find a solution that we found to be equitable. He took the time and energy to listen to us, follow-up on all the emails and phone calls and totally turned around a very unfavorable incident to one that was much more pleasant and honest. He worked very hard to make us feel like appreciated customers and thanks to Ryan I would now highly recommend this company. I hope you get as lucky as we did to get Ryan and the wonderful customer service he showed us every step of the way.

Virgillo was a wonderful represenative for Secure Merchants, whenever we has an issue he resolved it immediately..Then we got a new represenative and after an update on October 15th our back web where I print out my daily reports from was not catagorizing my sales and service and taxable and no tax. I called several times and techs who answered phone put me on IT list to check problem and no one ever retuned my call. I emailed new rep and she called but could not help me with issue so we were left with no help after Virgillo.
This company is terrible. We declined their offer and they were asked not to contact us again and now the representative will not stop calling to the point of harassment! Every time we block their telephone number they just call from another number. I am filing a complaint with the BBB

I am so happy I ran across this ad on my computer as I just opened my own Clothing Boutique and I am going to a lot of Pop up and Vendors events, I had been using Square previously with my Salon and for 6 years that worked great, however, I used this over the weekend for my very first event and it was amazing. My inventory is able to be stored so I know what is selling the best, in every category I set up. I received the money the very next business day, and they only take 1% where as Square was 2.6 give or take. I was also able to except cash payments on the machine as well which keeps all my sales straight for totals. I have and will continue to share this amazing company to everyone I meet at these events. They walked me COMPLETELY through the set up it was so easy and they answered any of my questions by email fast and productively! Thank you for your company and making things easier and understandable for helping me an my small business!!!
Horrible experience working with these people. IF they call hang up! Don't let them try to earn your credit card processing. Nothing but a nightmare! Lots of hidden charges and fees. 3 year contract with large cancellation fees. Borderline criminal what they try to get away with.

We recently signed up with Sekure Merchants and my customer service representative, Emilie Gobeil , has been a great help. There were a couple issues setting up initially, but she was very responsive and resolved them right away.
Was called by Dan Davis. Once I told him that we went with another company and that we would not be willing to switch so soon, he got really angry. He began yelling at me and telling me that if I didn't give him a time to call back, that he would call hourly. Then I just told him ,no, we won't be going with your company. He yelled more and I had to call the company to get our number removed from their list. I hope he doesn't call again. But we won't EVER even consider working with them.

I am so impressed with Sekure Merchant Solutions! I am a Physician in North Carolina and recently had to close my practice due to COVID. I had to lay off my staff in March so have had to do everything in the practice that my staff always did. That meant that I had no idea how to do many things! Obviously collecting payments from patients who owed money was key given that I had no revenue coming in. When I first started, I called in and a wonderful representative walked me through how to take a credit card payment over the phone using the terminal. He explained it beautifully and called to check on me a week later to be sure everything was going well. I made a few mistakes along the way and he talked me through each one with incredible patience every time. As the transactions were decreasing in number, the monthly fees, while very reasonable, were significant in comparison to my use. I called in and asked if there was a way to process credit card payments in a more cost effective way. I hit the jackpot when my call was answered by a wonderful representative, Danielle, who cleared cared about me not only as a business owner but as a person whose life had been upended by COVID. She reviewed my account, did some research calling several departments to see what programs I was eligible for and set me up on a virtual terminal so I would not be charged for the physical terminal. She patiently helped me as I encountered issues at many steps along the way(mostly because my staff-who were long gone- had set up the account so we had to unravel sign on, passwords and security information, finally resetting everything.) She looked at my charges and helped me come up with a way to lower my costs as much as possible, enrolling me in a special program which will decrease my costs greatly. I think Danielle has called me 10 times, not just getting back to me in response to issues, but to follow up to see how I was doing, patiently reviewing with me many times how to process payments, understanding that I am overwhelmed, with even the simplest tasks seemingly much harder than they are . In our last conversation this morning, which should have been the conclusion of her responsibility, she ended by saying "I will call to check on you in a week or so to see how things are going. Call me anytime if you have any questions or encounter any problems." I have no doubt that she will call me. I have had to deal with many companies and many representatives over the past 8 months, trying to unravel and eventually close down a 17 year old business and NO ONE has been as helpful and caring as Danielle. I will truly miss talking to her although I know she will give me the follow up call in a week that she promised and likely will call me periodically to check on me. It is people like Danielle who have helped me get thought this difficult and emotional process. Sadly there have been very few people with the compassion Danielle has shown me, people who went the extra mile to help me figure out ways to decrease costs as I work to close out this practice. I am very grateful to Danielle, to the first rep. who helped me whose name I don't recall :( and to the company in general. I strongly recommend Sekure Merchant Solutions to anyone looking to set up credit card payments. The virtual payment system on line is great for touchless transactions.

They have called me countless times. I had them give me a quote and I still wasn't interested so I politely told them no thank you. Months later they start calling again, I answer and tell them that I am happy where I am at and that I have a friend taking care of my merchant needs. I ended the call. Jason called me back immediately, I didn't answer so he leaves me a message saying he can't believe how I represent my business and that my friend is taking advantage of me... I never even showed him my rates from my current company so how did he even come up with that. Trying to bully me into switching to them. Very unprofessional. NEVER would I do business with this company. You don't harass people to get business.

Switched to this company thinking I would save some money and everything was good till I decided to cancel my service for reasons not related to the performance of the company. Was told there was no contract and would you know it, there was plus a cancelation fee of $1600. Guy lied to my face several times during the setup process. Don't believe anything they say

Don't use them, they are thieves. They will lie right to your face. Wish I didn't leave my first company. I am paying much more fees now. I called them few times. They couldn't explain why they changed the fees percentages and they will call me back...but no calling back. DON"T USE THEM. Save your self.
