I write to give a BIG thank to Theodora Giotsalitis@Sekure Merchant for helping me recouping my money from NAB, the processing company. After I cancelled with them and returned the Terminal back to NAB; however, they still deducted over thousand of dollars claimed that I didn't return the terminal. I called and the rep from NAB was soooo unprofessional. Basically the rep told me that I am out of luck. I was pretty sad and depressed in a way but later I called Sekure Merchant to give an one last try. And BOOM! Theodora immediately shown her professionalism and guided thru the process of how to get the money back from NAB. I followed her instruction and I GOT MY MONEY BACK IN FULL! So I just want say THANK YOU Theodora for your professionalism and care.
