Amazing Experience! First Honda I have owned and I won't get another car anywhere else!

I ve gotten a few things done. First thing I ended up having to go back in about they fixed it so I was happy to do business with the again. Second time I went in about my alternator. My battery light came on that morning and I was told to take it to a shop before I was sitting on the side of the road well I ended up on the side of the road. I had my car towed. A new one was put in but every since my battery light has been Coming on when I would drive going out of town driving between 75/80. I went in and was given the run around. They would look it up and call me,,, I never received that call. I was told no one would drive it that fast to find out. So time has past and now it s going off around town so I called them up got an appointment. Now I m told my warranty is out lol and they can do a test for more $ the same test I asked AutoZone do he said pretty much. Well no because I got it done from them all ready for free and it said 0 was wrong. If it s not the alternator then it s the wiring from what I looked up and told by another Mechanic as soon as I told him my problem. I was told to take it to Kia but After I left while still in my car driving home,,, witch I live walking distance I called the rep and manager. Lefted them both a message and yet to receive a call back.

Not the top notch I would expect....but still a pleasant experience....

Leased a 2019 CVR and I am been delighted with Kokomo Auto World. The sales staff, sales managers (especially Alec) were very helpful and friendly. Our finance guy Dustin was great also. Overall just an easy experience with a very satisfied lifetime customer! I have wanted my CRV for YEARS and thanks to the staff at Kokomo Auto World my dream finally came true. . Love one and all for all your help.

I would not recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. Being a female, they definitely tried to take advantage of what they think I didn't know. I even felt bullied at some points in the transaction. Conveniently after I signed all the paperwork and still went through with the purchase, they showed me a dent that is on the brand new car. They had me sign an We Owe You for them to fix it. I'm from out of town, so I drove over 3 hours for my appointment and the repair person wasn't even on property. I was told to come back 2-2.5 hours later after I just traveled all that time. All the time and effort it took for me to get off work and other accommodations I had to make, I didn't go back. Now I can't get a response back from my sales person or management and I still have that dent. Also, it's been over 30 days and I have yet to receive the paperwork. Needless to say, they rave about the service but they definitely believe after they made the sale that they don't have to follow through with any promises that they made and that we signed for.

Always a good experience whenever I bring my car in to be serviced! The staff is always very nice, helpful and friendly! The waiting area is great, with comfortable seating, TV, free coffee, juice, and snacks! And my car is always taken care of in a timely fashion!

Did not disclose fire damage on vehicle. I can provide proof!

Adam Richardson was extremely helpful and accommodating of my hectic schedule. He got me taken care of from test drive to completion of purchase extremely quickly. Adam made sure all details were taken care of before I ever pulled away. Adam and Dustin made this process as efficient and easy as possible with little to no stress involved. My family will continue making our purchases with Adam and Kokomo Auto World every time.

Sean was great, he went out of his way to make sure I saw every option I had in mind and kept at our budget with no pushing to go higher.

My experience. Salesman was great. New car was decent with some minor hiccups but was resolved. We purchased 2 vehicles.... brand new 2019 Honda Pilot with 2 miles on it and a week later a used 2015 Chevy Silverado. $70,000 dollars on cars. The Silverado. Back of driver seat/panel that covers it was rigged to hold on. after driving for a week it has fallen off exposing glue and screws holding it together. Rear passenger seat belt doesn t work. It will not latch. (Guess I should have tested the seat belts before purchase). Today 28 days after purchase my truck wouldn t start. The pig tail connector for the starter won t stay on the starter. It too was also rigged on and now won t hold. To start my truck I have to crawl under to rescuer the connection and hope it starts with out vibrating off. This takes several try s as it likes to fall off.
You would think they would at lest inspect the safety issues like seat belts working properly before selling a car, truck, and SUV. I know they say they do an inspection on a lot of items but you sure as sh*t let me down. I appreciate you getting me approved but I didn t expect multiple issues.

I highly recommend Kokomo Auto World. They are five star! Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful! I recently purchased a Honda Accord. My sales rep Jake Handy went above and beyond to make my car purchase not only a pleasant experience but also a very enjoyable one. Jake was extremely helpful in explaining all the details of every aspect of my new car. And yes I love driving my new Honda Accord!

Call Adam Richardson! I will never go to another dealership again. I live 3 hours away in the Chicagoland suburbs. I was looking for a very specific Subaru and had visited several local dealerships. The price point was a little high and the customer service at all the dealerships were lacking. As if the cars will sell themselves. Not at Kokomo. I contacted them via email and immediately Adam Richardson called me back. Answered every question or concern I had. And sent me a personal video tour of inside and outside of the vehicle being honest about every single detail about the car so there would be no surprises when I arrived. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and worked out all financing, details and negotiations before I even arrived so I did not wast my time. Their price was the lowest in a 200 mile radius and had the most features on the car. Adam was absolutely amazing to work with. Went completely above and beyond for me. This is how all dealerships should be. Andrew and Chris helped out in the financial aspect and got me an amazing interest rate. I couldn t have asked for better service than what I received there all around. No high pressure. Treated me and my family as if we were their family. So glad we made the drive out there. Will recommend this place to everyone I know.

Incredibly poor customer service. Complete inconsideration for their clients. I would never recommend the service department for they will make excuses to push off any warranty matters. Refused to supply loaner vehicles as well as refusing to service our vehicle. Beware of dealer. I d advise those looking in the Toyota/ Honda market to visit Ed Martin instead.

I had a break down and needed to be towed. My car was taken to Kokomo Auto World. It was a few minutes before closing time. Yet I was greeted warmly and with smiles. My car was repaired in a timely manner and it was Christmas week. I am not from Kokomo but I was treated like I was a friend. Thank you, Kokomo Auto World.

Used car department manager Andrew is slick talker, Chris in the Honda building is dishonest, the Managing partner always asks what can he do to make it right, and when you tell him, he says he can t do it. His son works in sale Cain. So guess who s making most the deals there. Conflict of interest much? All family works there, so they back each other up. You can t win! They give you invoice up front like it deal, then add pulse that you have to pay for and other fees. Your better off in Anderson. In response to the owner: Hey, so you can do nothing about it? Sure when and where would you like to meet?

I was in a stressful situation with my car, but they helped and made it relatively pain free. Linda in the service department made everything feel like a breeze.

I would not recommend purchasing or leasing any vehicle from this dealership. My lease is up on my Honda and for 3 months now it has been a nightmare and run around. Nick Teeter, supposedly a sales rep at Auto World, was a complete waste of time!! Not sure if he's afraid to speak up or just lacks customer service skills that bad, but the man went ghost on every occasion until I demanded an answer.

Honda kept referring me back to Auto World to handle the remaining balance that had to be financed. It was a complete mess and due to covid I had no proof of income except my self employment income. They refused to accept paypal as bank, refused to allow me to pay off 8k and finance 5k with a cosigner that had excellent credit and in the end I'm taking the car and dropping it off at dealership. Can't even get a response on how to do that.

This used to be a great place to buy a car, but it's went downhill fast over the years. Do yourself a favor, save your time and go to a better dealership with real customer service and sales!!

Update-Heard from Nick. Said he hadn't received the mileage onmy car so I forwarded a screenshot of the email I sent him 3 days prior with the mileage. And he's ghost again.

So today I am filing a complaint with the State Attorney General and with the BBB. Thank you Kokomo Auto World.

Another update-The sales rep Nick just emailed me today asking for my business. Said I was trying to get financed 4 months ago. Apparently, has no recollection of the harm he caused me a month ago. Twilight zone!
Their response to my review is complete lies. Nobody ever called me back from Auto World and Honda had no knowledge of me trying to get the vehicle financed.
I don't care if they accepted PayPal or not. The last time I heard from Nick he was supposed to be submitting my info for financing with a cosigner. All this place does is lie. Do not give them your business!!

I went to Sims Auto in Kokomo and they were awesome. I paid 10k cash for my 2015 Nissan Altima and I couldn't be happier. The money I was trying to use to pay my Honda off. Kokomo Auto World you are a joke!

Sold me a car without disclosing prior fire damage. They tried to hide the damage instead of being honest about it.

Sold me a vehicle that had been in a fire and did not disclose. I tried to take back but they wanted to offer me less than half what I paid for it a month after purchasing. Buyer beware!

Took my son in to get a truck, he knows a lot about anything with a motor. Jake Handy was our salesman & the two geeked out about cars / trucks answered any questions my son had! Jake was very personable and not pushy! I'm also a hard sale, so they have my future business! Also a big thanks to Mike for making my life a little eaiser!

Very helpful and caring couldn't get a deal done but the fact that they try and would rather see you in a quality car rather than make a sell is awesome.

I recently traded in my old vehicle with a new one with these folks and had a wonderful experience. I worked directly with both Martin in Sales and Chris in Finance. We were able to get a lot of the paperwork done prior to arriving and once we arrived the process went pretty quick! These two have wonderful and welcoming personalities and made the process great! This was our best car buying experience! I went in with specific criteria that needed to be met and I ended up with an even better vehicle that I was hoping for. Doesn't disclose damage they know about on vehicles. Really shady business practices. They are asking me to remove my review because they don't want you to know to what kind of business they are engaging in. They tried to sell me a vehicle with prior major fire damage.

My vehicle had 55,000 mile checkup. I was in and out in under an hour.

Car was in a fire before purchased. Dealer covered up knowing about it.

Great experience buying my first car. Chris was great but the entire staff was fantastic - they really take care of you and unlike other car dealerships they aren't pushy. They really listen to what you want and what your budget is and try to find the best car to fit your needs. I will definitely be returning when we need a new car in the future.

I m blown away by this place!! After a terrible experience at another dealership, I phoned Kokomo auto world and John Wayne gave me a great price and even an upgrade! Everyone particularly Kurt was so friendly when I got there. And John Wayne wasn t at all like the typical pushy sales guy. He was extremely professional and easygoing. Knowing that I m a Purdue student, he took great care of me from the start. Most of all, he kept his word and delivered on his promise!!! I love my new car and everyone compliments on how nice it looks! I usually avoid these places since I don t like haggling or pushy people, but this place is not like that at all. It's a friendly, casual atmosphere and I highly recommend it!

A relative, who lives out of state, recently asked me to help her purchase a used Honda Accord. The internet is a great thing, and I undertook a nationwide search, although it was my hope to find one locally. My search left me to Kokomo Auto World and I was eventually connected with Nick Teeter. Before, during and after the sale Nick was attentive to our unique purchase needs, understood our situation and went out of his way to accommodate us. It's not "one big things" but the "many little things" that made our experience great. And, I should mention, KAW had a great, Honda-certified Accord at a very fair price. I recommend this dealership and Nick Teeter to anyone searching for a new or used car. They will take good care of you.

Had an appointment at 8am for a simple diagnostic and a wire repair that would take me an hour at most. Now its 430pm and they are still not done. Something is fishy with the shady techs too. They unplug my dash cam every time for some reason

Had my toyota serviced & was pleased for the most part after questioning the bill difference from original estimate ($130 difference )reduced final bill to $45 difference, which I would have liked to have been aware of on estimate. Had a 1 pm appointment & got the car back about 4:30. They changed 2 light bulbs, checked fan motor on air conditioning . Waited the last 30 minutes for the paperwork after car was finished (thought it was finished ) after checking lights 1 had not been changed but service technicians changed it in less than 5 minutes

The folks at Kokomo Auto World are an awesome group of people! My wife and I leased a 2017 Rav 4 and we had nothing but stellar service each time we had interactions with them. The Rav 4 was awesome, but what makes the whole thing over top awesome is Kokomo Toyota's people! When it came time to ground the lease, Jake in Toyota sales and Andrew in used cars, went above and beyond in trying to find something within our very specific needs. In the end we were not able to purchase another vehicle, this time, but it was not for lack of their efforts!!! If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, do yourself a huge favor and stop on by to see one of their friendly and knowledgeable sales team members.

Drove almost 2 hrs to see a car and wouldnt let me see it because it was on the lift... as a customer i wanna see the vehicle in the air to see issues. Seemed shady and like they were hiding things.

I had been a Nissan customer for the last 10 years. I lease all of my vehicles because I literally never keep a car more than 3 years (I get bored!). Leasing is the best option for me. I wasn t sure what Toyota could do for me but I was really interested in test driving a Prius. Not just any Prius though, I had my mind set on a certain one. I m very picky when it comes to my cars. It has to be the right color and the right interior or I m not interested. LOL (Sorry Jake!) Long story short, I found myself at KAW and Jake Handy was the first person that greeted me. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and the price range that I was not budging from. I told him I want this car in this price range and if you can t do it then I m out. Jake and his team worked really hard to make everything happen and I m proud to say that I am currently leasing my perfect vehicle right now! I will say that this is the first car dealership that I walked into and wasn t treated like I knew nothing because I am a woman. Jake and the rest of the team treated me with respect always and REALLY listened to me as the customer. Jake and KAW has a customer for life now! I m so glad I stopped in because if I didn t I think I would be driving another Nissan right now that I settled on. Don t settle people! You deserve the best and Jake Handy is the best!!!

They sell vehicles without disclosing prior knowledge of fire damage. I can prove they covered it up. They sold me a car and fraudulently manipulated the carfax to hide fire damage. When I presented this information, they tried to deny it.
