I would like to thank Nicole Wan and only Nicole for her excellent service in dealing with this company. This company should have more employees like her - she is too good for them. For seven (7) months I talked to eight (8) different 'specialists, supervisors, relationship managers, and each one assured me that the charge that was being placed on our CLOSED ACCOUNT would stop and we would receive credit for what this company owed us. I was finally lucky enough to reach Nicole, she said she would take care of it - and - Within three (3) days the charge was stopped, the amount refunded to us. Nicole knew her job, she did what needed to be done and followed up to make sure it was done. I believe every employee should be trained by Nicole. She did in one day that it took 7 months and 8 different people to fix the problem. Just saying thank you to Nicole does not seem enough. She knows her job, she is the ONLY one that did anything to help me. My thanks are a hundred fold to her and her alone. To the other 8 'titled' persons - they should either be fired or retrained. 5 stars to Nicole - 0 to the other employees - 0 for the company that keeps employees that don't do their job.
