Payscape is not being fair. I decided I did not want the service and they are still wanting to charge me $495 for cancelling. Plus they have taken from my account $124, $49 and $15, none of which I have had returned. Also, I gave a typed, signed cancellation. Don't think once that this company is on the up and up.

I am a small business that started to use Payscape for my credit card processing. They have been nothing but difficult from the beginning. If you want poor customer service (from Scott) then go ahead and use this terrible company. They don t care if you are a paying customer and will not deposit your money correctly. I ve been in business for 16 years and can t wait to get rid of this company and switch to someone that cares. DO NOT USE PAYSCAPE! YOU ARE SIMPLY A NUMBER AND JUST A PAYING CUSTOMER FOR THEM TO RIP OFF!

Avoid this company like the plague. Sales is aggressive and make claims about the product that aren't true. Customer service is a nightmare. We tried the free trail over a year ago, found it to be a mess to integrate, so we canceled with notices to both the sales agents and to the on-boarding team. Our merchant account was never authorized. Then our accountant noticed $39 charges from some company called CAMPERREG LLC that we couldn't account for. Traced it back to Payscape. Took a month of calls to get them to cancel the account we had already canceled. And now they claim their "policy" doesn't allow for more than 4 months of reimbursement. They provided no service and were not authorized to make those charges. We will be disputing this with Visa and our bank.

[Update: See attached screenshot of cancelation request dated 12/19/19 ... well before the trial even ended. Again, THEY NEVER APPROVED THE MERCHANT ACCOUNT. They literally we charging me for nothing. If it hadn't been an unrelated name (CAMPERREG LLC??) on the charge, accounting would have caught it sooner. That's not our problem.]

Courtney has been the best ever helping our company by fixing all our issues. She has been with us all the way helping our needs. If we call or email she answers ASAP. If we could give her more than 5 stars we would give her 10. She is hands down the very best. Highly recommand Courtney for any problems you have.

I've been with this company since 2015 when their lying salesperson aggravated me to no end by calling, texting and emailing on nights and weekends to get me to sign a contract that he said I could cancel at any time if I wasn't happy. Well after 6 months I asked for a rate review, which extended my contract by another 6 months because I asked them to look at why I was being charged so much. Since then I understand the salesperson is gone and so is the customer service. During the 4 almost 5 years we have been with this company I have not heard from anyone. We quit receiving paper statements. I just recently found out how to go online and get electronic statements. Contacted to ask them if I could cancel the contract and was told only in January unless I wanted to pay a $495.00 early termination fee because obviously this is an auto renew contract that they hope you just forget about and keep on paying them endlessly or pay the extra fee to cancel when you realize how sorry this company really is.

I was approached by a salesperson in my BNI Group who misrepresented the product and I got stuck with a contract and a product I could not use in my business. I had to settle with their collection agent because they kept charging me when I could not use their service and they would have ruined my credit. Then they stuck me with another fee after we settled. Very underhanded and cold.

Payscape is without a doubt the best company I've ever worked for. They have provided me the stability and opportunity to build my career and the culture to enjoy doing it. I plan to be with the organization for the Long haul and would encourage anyone seraching for a new opportunity to come on board!
