I called and didn't receive a call back. Maybe they can't do what I need but, a call or text would have been professional. BTW- I needed my exterior painted and a walkthrough.
John Finney with Payne was great to work with. Building a home can be very overwhelming and we are glad to have worked with his expertise.He was very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions that we had. He responded in a timely matter and went above and beyond for us. He also lived in a Payne home and gave us advice of certain upgrades to think about. He was very friendly and we enjoyed working with him to build our forever home. We would highly recommended!

Sally Pratt was our main contact through the process and we can not speak highly enough about her, she is a true professional. She earned our trust very early on in the process, was very professional and provided great advice that was always in our best interest. She always kept us fully up to speed during the building process and helped guided us through every step of the process.

I Purchased a new home through Payne Family Homes. I worked with John Finney in the office. He was great to work with. Made the whole home building process easy and pain free. He always got back to me within the same day if I had any question or needed something. John always sent us pictures of our property during the building process to keep us updated and just incase we couldn't make it out to the site. He continued this even when he relocated to a different office/subdivision. He was very professional and friendly and made the whole experience very fun! I have no complaints.
