Enjoyable resort right on the Pacific highway. Close to everything and an amazing restaurant with top food and drink attached. Free bikes to ride the boardwalk and an amazing staff

I highly recommend this hotel. ALL the staff has been super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. Our room came with a free bottle of wine, water and flip flops. The location is amazing for the area. The bar and restaurant were great too. We borrowed chairs to take to the beach and they were the type you can wear as backpacks with a storage pocket. My family and I will come back in the future for sure. Great location, great pool area with a gorgeous view and awesome staff!

We came here for a wedding beautiful hotel, cool, hip and fun vibe. Location is wonderful right next to the pacific mall complex with shops and restaurants and of course, right across from the beach. I was surprised when we checked out that there was a $125 charge even though we didn t purchase anything during our stay. Turned out that was for 2 days of resort fees and one overnight parking

There s definitely a serious problem with communication between the front desk and housekeeping. I got walked in on by housekeeping TWICE. The first time was when I had first arrived and was showering. A housekeeping lady did not knock and let herself in before I had to yell that I was in the room. I later got a call from the front desk saying that they were sending housekeeping up to grab something from my room, but obviously that wasn t communicated the first time. The second time was in the morning where housekeeping knocked, but did not say they were housekeeping, my boyfriend and I said that we were still in the room, they went away, then came back 5 minutes later, to knock again, announced they were housekeeping, we said we were still in the room and housekeeping proceeded to open the door. We re usually pretty understanding, but whole experience kinda ruined our stay as our privacy was disturbed not once but twice. We were compensated for the first time by our resort fees being taken care of. Great hotel and would ve love to stay again because of its proximity to the beach and Pacific City, but after all this, it ll probably be a no.

Attended an event here. The room was as advertised. Staff was A++. The view is spectacular. Classy and Fun.

Stay was ok. But their central reservation system is lousy. Their staff at desk is helpful but central reservation is terrible and have zero customer service

This hotel is absolutely beautiful inside. My family and I stayed at the hotel for my sisters wedding. Let me just say that the bridal suite room is huge! The view from any of the rooms is just breathtaking. There was even a roof top singer above the pool area. Definitely a great nightlife surrounding the hotel. The hotel staff was very accommodating and very friendly! I even posted a picture of the cute room keys!! The outdoor event area was clean and put together perfectly for an outdoor wedding ceremony. Two days prior to the ceremony there was a family having a very large birthday celebration in the same event area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Huntington Beach area. It is literally right across from the beach and surrounding the hotel is a lot of shops restaurants and dessert places that will be perfect for the entire family!

If you smoke cigarettes, cigars, etc...I would not stay at this hotel. You can't enjoy a cigarette on your balcony, or anywhere (outside) on their (property.) If they do see you it's a 500 dollar charge to your card for smoking a cigarette (outside.) There should be a designated area for those who do smoke, but nope! Rooms are SMALL and way overpriced, they look super basic. (I've seen way better) at the Marriott and Holiday Inn, super small and basic in comparison to what you see online. (I was not impressed by the room at all.) All your paying for is the area and partial veiw of the ocean. Rooms don't even have a (microwave), and the fridge is so small, you can barely fit 6 cans of soda in it.... I'm so serious! Then they have the nerve to charge $45 dollars a night to park, on top of all the money you paid for their basic room, freaking ridiculous. For the above mentioned reasons, I would never stay at this place again. Plan on walking a very long distance down the street, off their property, to enjoy a cigarette or cigar if you smoke. ( Buyer Beware.)

can t beat location. Walking to main and restaurants and the beach is awesome.
Rooms with fridge and free white wine and water are cool but 1) ocean view doe not mean ocean facing. We can see the ocean if we walk onto the balcony and look left. Specify when reserving. 2) specify (preferably) west or south side for quiet and best views. Restaurant and bar to the north are loud at night. South is only loud if there is a wedding. Breakfast is good but under-staffed/slow.

Great hotel, the room was spacious, the bathroom clean and spacious too.
Please be aware that the parking is $45 a night, and then you have to pay the daily resort fee of $35 too. Considering that they don't service the room daily, I find that the extra charges very excessive.
