Walked into this dealership to perform standard service on my vehicle. Crossed paths with Kenneth at the service department. Ken was super helpful and made sure every single issue with my vehicle was outlined and addressed accordingly. Wasnt expecting to spend almost $4k but it was all worthy at the end. My car feels like brand new again. My advice would be to reserve a loaner even if you think you wont need one. Luckily for me, they had one available because a 5.5 job ended up turning into a almost one week project.

Ron was a pleasure to deal with. He is professional, kind and a great salesman. I recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a BMW.
