I have been waiting for 16 weeks now for my heating bill to be paid. My appointment was the first part of February 2021. I ve called more than 4 different times and told the same thing each time. Someone will call me back within 72 hrs. That has never happened and I have filled out the inquiry form months ago. I know people that have applied months after me and bills have been paid already. This is not good and should be looked into. You can t tell me that since I have been calling back to filling out inquiry forms and even going to partnership for community filling out forms and Iam still told nothing even after waiting 72 hrs later. Then Iam told to continue to pay my bill. That s okay but if I could continue to pay the bill then I would not have applied for energy assistance. Seems like to me that someone dropped the ball at my expense and Iam not being told the truth

This place is. Full of it they claim to want to help you ask you to submit documentation even when you do you. Can t get anywhere I usually go to other offices and be done I had a appointment in December and still yet today have not received a pink slip or anything this is a scam and they have all my. Documentation but still yet no one can contact me directly

I did not have a good experience at all with the person assisting me for my online appointment. She was very irritable & made my complicated situation even more complicated. So depressed already. I understand that dealing with the public can be challenging but we are not all the same. I definitely felt I
was being judged & treated harsher because of my situation. Pleased hire more compassionate people. Being talked down to when you're already at your lowest is the most humiliating & horrible feeling.

I am on a fixed income and I am disabled I thank God for the help I get from partnership Community Action. Even before the Covid the Personnel was very friendly they are still that way over the phone. So I appreciate our service workers everyone who helped me and others God bless you all.

Clerks are so professional. Twice I got Janette and the lady was top-notch.
Very respectable. When I called the office I was treated with respect and overall a great team of people. Keep up the good work.

Drop off paperwork to the person that actually completed my application. Very good

PCCI was a blessing. They helped me out to get established in my own place. I was in the homeless program for vets at Gateway. They will help all others as well as veterans. Thanks Al ..

I am very angry with these people! I got a denial letter to pay my Ga power bill after I had submitted all of my documents the same day of my appointment. They claim they did not get 3 things from me, yet they are clearly on the upload list. They don't answer the phone and now you can't go in person. Then I call and the message says they are out of funds! The first round of help in 2021 went smoothly and I was very pleased. This time, upsetting! I am not sure if this is a scam or somebody doing something fraudulent but something needs to be done!

I left a review on here about a month ago and it was deleted. Which shows my words rang true. Instead of deleting the truth why not look into what you are not providing the general public? You all dont answer phones, you collect the public's private information and you never follow up on urgent cases. It was never like this 5 years ago. Hire new staff that actually cares about the community. Scam, fraudulent and stealing government money. Report them to the governors office. They need to be shut down if they cannot be honest with government funding.

Not helpful! The Government gives them funding to help people with rent, yet they NEVER answer! They say they only take appointments on Mondays but they NEVER answer on Monday & when they answer another day it is call back Monday! ! It is unfortunate they make a conscious choice with Government funds to ONLY help people 1 day a week!
