We had been looking for a new vehicle and just dropped in at Paul Moak Honda in Jackson. We were met in the vehicle lot by a salesman. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle on the lot and was able to guide us toward a vehicle we were wanting in a price we wanted. They did not have one on the lot with the exact options we were after. In a few minutes they found one just like we wanted with the options we were after. It was near by and while we did the paperwork on the sale the salesman went and picked up the vehicle. We were able to take the new Honda Pilot that same day.
I have always had a great experience with Paul Moak service. I call for an appointment and they are ready when I arrive. The wait time to finish the job is not bad.
Paul Moak Honda took good care of me on a Saturday. My key was breaking and there is no dealership in Columbia MS where I live. I did not want to miss work during the week so I was so glad they were open on Saturday. Not only did they create a new key for me but they repaired my recall and washed my car. Their waiting area is very nice with a tv and coffee.
The service staff and technician was kind and knowledgeable. They were quick and thorough. The bathrooms, waiting area and facility was clean and cared for.
Great sales and finance staff. Jerry and Alex were professional and great to work with. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted. I will definitely go back and work with them again when I m ready for my next car!

For quality and value you cannot beat a Honda. Paul Moak in general has a patient, helpful, friendly and low pressure style. Our salesperson was terrific and my daughter and I both felt very comfortable (thank you Mary). Finance was easy too (thank you Kathleen). Best of all, we got what we wanted at a very good price. This was my fourth experience with Paul Moak Honda and they have all been great.

I got excellent service on a busy Saturday morning. The estimate was on target. I got a lot of service work done in a short amount of time. And my mechanic noticed a brake light out and fixed it. Very pleased.

Everything was great! I really enjoyed Samanthas professionalism!! The only thing I didn t care for is the hour wait for an oil change, but I guess it s because of the pandemic that we are experiencing. I also miss the car wash they use to do before COVID-19.
I bought a 2018 Honda Civic in February of 2018. On Tuesday, January 28, 2021 I realized my air conditioner wasn t cooling. I called the service department and they told me to bring it in. I explained to them that I had work that day. When I dropped it off, they gave me a loaner. It was a 2020 Honda Accord Sport and it was AMAZING! They called to let me know the car was ready and they then told me that my car was covered under warranty because it was a manufacturing error.
Recently purchased a 2016 Jeep, Grand Cherokee. Chip was super helpful and patient with me and my million questions!

I am always very leery of going to any dealership to get work completed on my vehicles because I think they are only concerned about making money and not about the customer. With that said, I have found that Paul Moak Honda has treated me very fairly and I always felt they were trying to take care of me and not their overhead. My latest issue was handled with clarity of the issue and the possible outcomes and I felt very satisfied. They also noticed I had a recall issue on my van and fixed it without even being asked. So far this is the only dealership I take my Honda to for repairs.

Great customer service. Service little over priced. Air filter, cabin filter and oil change was $176 even if I factor in the cost of the filters and labor. But it is the dealership. The professionalism and convenience was worth it.

I went in for scheduled test drive not expecting to buy a car for several months and was looking for low mileage pre-owned certified vehicle. I left with a brand new vehicle at an affordable note. They fit me in for a service appointment, diagnosed a safety concern, rented me a car while we waited for a part to be delivered the next day, and had my car washed and ready for me by the end of that next day day. We were traveling from Austin to Greenville SC . Spent the nite in Jackson MISSIPPI. Next morning blinking engine warning lite, engine misfiring. Google search found nearest Honda dealer fortunately close by. Got there before opening time. And Samantha let us in, took our info and from fixed us coffee. When service opened they took my Pilot right in and ran computer analysis . Needed software update and valve adjustment. Decided to do the update and delay valve adjustment.
My 2007 pilot ran perfectly on the way home.

For the first time, I went to the service center with a mechanical problem of my used Honda CRV that I bought recently. I was really impressed by the friendly and professional customer service provided by the service advisor, DiAnn and the technician, Adam. After identifying the problem relating to the throttle body and manifold, I was invited to enter into the workshop area and explained clearly about the faulty parts. Since, I love to fix some basic troubles of my own cars by myself, the price quoted for parts and service, with an additional 10% discount, was quite reasonable. The waiting area is supper clean, with sanitizing stations throughout the lobby.
Steven Smogetinsky was amazing! I can't say enough wonderful things about how he helped us be able to get in my 2016 Pilot! My husband and I have made a new friend! He truly took care of us throughout the process of purchasing and getting repairs done. Also, Chuck, the sales manager was fantastic as well! He went to bat for us to get the air conditioning repaired and helped us with the service department in correcting some other things. Thank you BOTH so much!!!

If I could rate this dealership 10+ stars I would. I mean wow just wow. First and foremost the staff is immaculate, I had the pleasure of being helped by Jerome and Kathleen ( the blonde in the finance department). I can honestly tell you I had no intention on buying a car that day. NONE!! They gave me the most pleasant experience I ve ever encountered. I was always reluctant about going to a car dealership because of pushy salespeople but let me be the first to say this wasn t the case at all. Mr.Jerome and Mrs.Kathleen were so warm, receptive, understanding and patient with me. Even the car salesman that were not even helping us came over and made sure everyone had a chair, water or coffee. I left with a brand new car and I couldn t be more happy about my purchase. You d do yourself a disservice going somewhere else.

Regularly scheduled oil change. Arrived at the appointed time. Car was taken to service and about 40 minutes later I was on my way. These folks have figured out customer service.
Professional and friendly staff. I had no issues with looking for a specific make and mode and color. They were thorough in explaining everything from the sale to how to work the vehicle.

I honestly didn t go to Honda to purchase a car on Saturday. My sister had recently purchased one from here. She raves about her saleswoman Mary. From our initial encounter she was very welcoming. I was able to take notes from our conversation and she was very detailed about each of the vehicles. Hours later I was signing paperwork and cleaning out my old car. My first car was the only car that I haven t gotten from a Honda dealership. Since being a part of the family I ve always been proud of my vehicles. Each of them have been good to me. Through purchasing and moving to another state, teaching a teenager to drive to getting a new car since my lease was up. Thank you Honda. A special thank you to Ms. Mary!!!

I could not have had a better experience purchasing from Paul Moak! I first contacted them through their website. Their media professional, Clarissa, was a great contact point for the company. She shopped around for me until I could make time to get to Jackson. When I was finally headed to Jackson to car shop in person, Clarissa instructed me to ask for Jerome Williams when I arrived. I'll admit, I shopped around a bit. Online and otherwise. I actually stopped at a brand competitor before my appointment with Jerome. I'm very thankful I did, there were many contrasts in every aspect of my experiences. I felt very lucky as soon as I met Jerome. His calm and relaxed demeanor, coupled with a strong and wise presence, immediately made me feel welcome. Jerome was never pushy, never seemed detached from our appointment, and was constantly searching for the car I wanted and showing me cars with my preferences within my budget. Finally he came to me with what I considered my dream Honda. Jerome was even courteous enough to take me to drop my rental car off so I could drive back to Oxford in my new car.
