The sales guy I had who they call Hercules ha was awesome. I was way upside down in my truck and he helped me get out of it in a new truck for me and the family. Aprpreciate it man and will definitly say go to him if you want a fun and good time at a dealership.

Our experience with Rogers-Dabbs was amazing. The salesman Laurence Anthony worked really hard to put my mom in a nice GMC Terrain. He made sure We understood everything about getting a car. He was very patient and really nice. He answered every question and concerned that we had. My mom couldn't be more happy about her new truck!

Mr. William; I hardly think that he would ever stand for this. I do all my business at Rogers Dabbs and I too, have had this finance manager Scott. My guess is, you knew exactly what you were signing up for but when you got home, you probably realized you were in over your head, am I right? But asking you to take responsibility for your choices, would be out of the norm for you... right? So MR. Williams, by doing this review, you basically said; My name is William M. And I don t read what I m signing, like a smart, well rounded person, instead I like to blame others who work hard for what they have and blast them on social media? I hope you get your issue resolved and you learn to NOT repeat your mistakes by reading what you sign up for. Don t worry Mr. William, I went back and gave this company a 5 star review to counter act your 1 star review because blaming others for your lack of knowledge might set in down the road and that would leave you feeling just AWFUL and Nobody should ever have to live that way. May you ALWAYS be humble and kind!

Scott the finance manager insists on running a warranty scam on me. I signed where he told me to sign. There were only places for signatures. Very deceptive auto purchase. I didn t ask for a warranty nor was anything ever explained about any type of warranty. I ve had the truck almost 3 weeks calling and texting Scott everyday asking him to remove the warranty but he continues say it will fall off if I don t use it. The finance company told me he was lying about that too. This guy has lied to me at least 25 times about things concerning the sale of this vehicle. I told the finance company when they called me the first time about Scotts scam and they put a temporary stop to the financing deal. Then he called the finance company back and lied to them saying he removed the warranty and everything between him and I had been resolved. Turned right around and submitted the same loan form to them again and surprise the warranty was still there. Ruthless and Very unethical! He has no intentions on removing the warranty. It s all been a scam from the start. I m reporting this to the attorney General, consumer affairs, and BBB first thing in the morning. Then I will call the finance company back to report that Scott lied and scammed them too. I put 20k down and Scott is playing games with me, my money, and the finance company. My lawyer is on standby to file the written demand statement of arbitration. I would not recommend Roger Dabbs to anyone that I care about! This has been a Horrible experience!
Buy your car from somewhere else unless you would rather get ripped off and lied to Over and Over!

This dealership is horrible!!! The salesman had me to drive all the way from Meridian because he claimed to have a deal worked out. When I got there he had no deal. Then he had the nerve to ask me, in front of my current husband, if I could get my ex-husband to co-sign on a loan?! I never even saw the vehicle I drove 90 miles to see!!!

My name is Barry Wilder. I came to Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet to purchase my first car. I had no credit, a down payment, I didn't make a lot a month. Tony Davis was able to get me in a car with low payments I could afford easy. I want to thank Tony and the management team for helping me. I know without them I would not be leaving in a car today. Special thanks to Mr. Scott Allen who told me he was once a a young man buying his first car and he wanted to help me. This have been a blessing to me. Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet is the Best.

They left us alone while we wanted to be left alon...

They left us alone while we wanted to be left alone and were there immediately when we were ready to be helped. They answered all the questions we knew to ask and had alternative vehicle options available to show that we had not even thought to look at. The salesman and internet specialist were extremely knowledgable, friendly, and accommodating. This was the first and ONLY place we looked for a vehicle. We came only to look, but bought one in record time for us because we felft it was such a good deal. The vehicle we traded was from this dealorship, also. When we brought it for service or for recalls, my husband was extremely please with the service department, which was nother big selling point. I asked for floor mats. The salesman didn't have any in stock, but ordered them. When they arrived, they did not fit. He deeply apologized and re-ordered. I hope it is a long time before I will need to look for a vehicle again, but when I do, this is where I'll start.

This 3 star rating may change. Depends on what happens tomorrow... The truck I bought here is a 2009 GMC Canyon SLE. When I went to test drive it I noticed the center armrest was sticky. By the time I got done with driving the truck home my forearm was all black and come to find out it was Grease that was on the center armrest. Also as I was test driving the truck I noticed my salesperson did not have their seatbelt on. So I politely asked him to put a seatbelt on so we wouldn't get pulled over. He responded with it's okay the passengers don't get the tickets. Joking It Off. I repeatedly tried to get him to wear it a couple more times and yet he still refused the entire test drive. Once all the paperwork was signed and I started to head home with the truck and got to the second red light and the tire pressure alarm went off and so did the service TPM light came on. I immediately turned back around and went back to the dealership to let them know about this problem. The salesman told me that they would take care of that along with the " I owe you " that I was to receive. I returned back the next day. Keep in mind this is over 50 miles from my home. The salesman informed me that this going to take a few days to get my parts in for the I owe you and then when they do that they will run my truck down to the mechanic shop and have the sensor fixed. The mechanic that checked out my truck said that none of the tires had anywhere near their correct pressure. Some more way too full and some were very low. To me this should have been one of the over 100 Point inspections that they do for a certified pre-owned vehicle. After almost a week of waiting for a phone call about my parts coming in I decide to call them myself. When I talk to the sales person he said " yeah they just called 10 minutes ago I was about to call you ". When I go in 2 days later to finally get my stuff my salesman tells me that the tire pressure monitor is not part of the deal, that I should take it somewhere else because it would cost a lot more here. After he had already told me they would take care of it along with the other items. The finance manager that I dealt with told me to come back tomorrow and talk with Mario about it, that he will get things taken care of. So I agreed and started on my way home. I didn't get 300 yards from the dealership and my check engine light comes on. I immediately return to the dealership to let my finance manager know what just happened. When I arrive back the salesman comes running out to find out what's wrong. When I tell him the check engine light came on before I even got to the stop light and we need to have them hook it up to see what's wrong with it because I have almost an hour drive back. His response was that's not part of the warranty. I tell him that I need to speak to somebody because this is ridiculous and start to head inside. As I get inside he darts into the finance managers pulpit to talk to them and leaves me standing out there waiting not informing me of what he's doing or anyting. I was able to talk with my finance manager and he said to come back tomorrow that they would put it in the shop and give me some gas money since this is the 4th time I've had to come back. We will see what happens tomorrow. I still would not recommend the salesman. In my opinion he's only interested in the sale and not taking care of the customer during or after the sale.... It's been a few months now and nothing has changed with them. Only offered to pay half of the amount for all the repairs. Also the finance manager lied about getting free oil changes provided by the finance company we used. I never received any of those so called coupons for the free oil changes. I won't be returning to this dealership for any type of services.

Went to drop of my vehicle this morning to have two lights installed in the bed of my truck. The install was only supposed to take an hour and ended up being almost three. Granted I dropped it off before my schedule time but was assured I would have a loaner vehicle but when I arrived they informed me that it if it was gonna take more than an hour they would let me know. At an hour I was informed it was installed but they needed to program the lights and the codes weren't included in the install kit.

Prior to begining the install I pointed that I had just had a spray in liner installed and that if the technician wasn't comfortable in cutting out the areas for lights in the liner without ruining it to let me know so I could take it back to the custom shop. I was assured that it shouldn't be an issue. Fast forward to when the truck was done. I came out to inspect it and the job was poorly done. I could see white (bed color) around the light mounts and there were areas that were clearly just hacked out on the one light. The service rep advised they were going to take care of the repairs but i also paid to have this lackluster work done when I asked up front for an honest assessment if it was over their head and it clearly was. Used my points for the part and paid for the labor which unfortunately is gonna cost me another day out of my schedule to have this all addresses properly.

Saw a car online. They text the details to me. I was going to go and look at the car that afternoon. Even got a call to confirm that I was coming to look at the car. When I got to the dealership the same guy that called 2 hours earlier to confirm I was coming to look at a specific car told me they sold it to the owner yesterday LOL??? Needless to say I left after that waste of time driving there for NOTHING!!!! Thank you for lying to me just to get me to come in.

I had to bring my vehicle into the service department at Rogers Dabbs because of another car dealership. I was SUPER happy with the friendliness of everyone I came in contact with. My service advisor Montez Wonsley was AMAZING!! I brought my car in on a Friday and I received updates daily on my vehicle. They would have had my vehicle diagnosed and fixed in one day but due to the other dealership it took 4 days! I will now and forever use Rogers Dabbs for my service needs and also future purchases!! Thank you again Montez I hope your boss sees this review cause he needs to know that your awsome!!!!

Drove 1 1/2 hours to try to buy a new silverado they had listed on their website for $34,000. When outside talking with the sales guy, even he said the truck could be bought for $34,000. But after sitting down and him back and forth with his sales manager lady he comes out and tells me that price is only for 3 vehicles they have (which all 3 had at least 3000 miles on them). I came back to Hattiesburg and bought a truck from Pine Belt Chevrolet that same day with no shady sales gimmicks. Oh and they allowed $3,000. more for my trade than Dabbsittoya offered.

I was the first to arrive but three or four people got their vehicle before me. I was there for a fourth recall on my vehicle 2019 Chevrolet Silverado. I also reported the key fob not working after installing updates I did not want and it does not work properly yet.

I was charged twice as much as what a shop quoted me from less than 5 miles down the road to do the exact same job. I had a condenser replaced (it was leaking coolant) and nothing else. After taxes, a 120.00 discount that I got only after I brought the extreme high price they charged me in comparison to their attention, I payed 1,360.00 dollars. $680.00 is what the competition quoted me. My ac is blowing cold now, but it was costly. I would steer clear of this place to have any work done on your vehicle unless you are under warranty.

This was originally a poor review, however the folks at Roger Dabbs exceeded expectations to great degree and rectified the situation to the point that not only did we buy a car, but we would recommend these folks to potential buyers as well. Above and beyond even when things got rough. A+.

If you do have a problem, these folks will get it fixed. Even if it s hard. And that deserves the highest praise I can offer.

I found a used Silverado online about a week ago, ...

I found a used Silverado online about a week ago, saw the listed price as 13,900 which was a little high but figured they would deal. I called Steve the used car manager to make sure it was there cause I had to drive 4 hours to get there. I have been looking for a certain model and color, nothing rare it's just special to me and the price was within reach. Me being disabled it is very hard to save up and do without but the truck was actually right and in the condition I wanted. I told them I was on the way to see it after lunch and during my trip down there the price went up almost $2000. I test drove it and was ready to deal and this is when it went bad, I showed them the screen shot of their advertised online price and they didn't stand behind it and only wanted me to deal down from 15,878, every new or used car manager I talked to gave me a different story of why it suddenly went up, guess they thought I would just pay it but that was all I had, I see why I was the only new or used car customer. They should be ashamed, no one cared or tried to make it right, I was actually willing to overpay for the truck but not to steal my only gas money to get back home with too. Rogers Dabbs has my number and never called back. I'm sorry I ever called them. Just a classic shady "screw the customer" attitude. You didn't deserve my time. Kurt Zellmer - Southaven,MS

Vehicles are overpriced, however most car lots are but this place was even more so than normal. Also not very willing to work with you on price. I was interested in a used vehicle with badly worn tires and stated they should either replace the tires or come down on the price to compensate and the sales person actually suggested I go to other dealerships to see what they have. Doubt I'll con sider this car lot in the future

Service manager in particular went way above her duty to satisfy me with a warranty issue, that was solved to my satisfaction and beyond. Also the service person who greeted me arranged everything getting me a loan vehicle, and kept a constant line of communication with me while my car was in shop over a 5 day period. The shuttle driver who took me to my job when I dropped car off remembered exactly where I worked from my last visit to dealer. The girl in the quick lube department recognized me and was very polite asking how I was doing, what was going on with car, was someone already assisting me. I truly had a VIP experience, thank you.

Came in to get glass vacuumed out of truck area after there was more than I wanted left from back window replacement. Waited five hours. Had to come back the next day because service personnel told me I had a lifter piece needing replacement that is under warranty. When they replaced my paneling, it was not flushed like I brought it in. I assumed the tech was going to wait and completely attach it right the next day since I had to come back. When I arrived the next day, I pointed this problem out to the same service check in person I had the day before. After servicing it the panel was still not attached correctly. I pointed it back out to the same service check in person. The service staff came out and tried to push it back in stating it must have been damaged where a piece is broken that won't let it flush back. They told me to let them see if it is under warranty and they would call me back that day. That was on a Friday. I called Saturday and left message. I reached out to Roger Dabbs on Monday leaving a message. No call. I called Tuesday and said I wanted to speak with a manager. Guess what the same service check in person called stating we are playing phone tap. No!! One return call after me trying several times does not mean phone tap. It mean your ignoring me. The service check in person stated the part is not under warranty and I will have to pay to get it repaired. I asked why I should pay for a part your company broke. It was not like that when I brought it in. I asked to speak with a service manager again. She said Brandy would call you back. Guess what? No call back or respond. When they are getting your business Roger Dabbs is friendly but the minute you have a concern they will ignore your request and not return your call. I purchased my vehicle from them and wanted to keep it well maintained. Roger Dabbs is very unprofessional when it comes to addressing concerns of the consumer. I will not recommend for service or purchase.

Out of my fourty yrs of buying automobiles, this was my greatest and most satisfying experience. They didn't play games with me. They just simply, pleasingly got the job done. Although I must admit that it was a team effort to deliver me from the clinches of a good product called ford back to the greatest invention, called, Chevrolet. For that, I can only say, thankya very much and God bless Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet. I also encourage customers to see Laura or Justin. They were honest and excellent in all areas.

The WORST car buying experience I ever encountered...

The WORST car buying experience I ever encountered! The finance manger GT was rude, demeaning, and THE BIGGEST CON ARTIST! They totally lacked tact, professionalism, and customer service! GT talked to me as if I didnt have the capability to comprehend. It was just dehumanizing!!! Initially, upon purchasing the car I was informed the car was equipped with certain features that it was not. I did not have the opportunity to choose a car of my choice because it was implied that this was the ONLY car the could sell me. But I needed a car so I went with it. Today, was the drawing the board. I asked for "john" to return my call to address my complaint. Can you believe that John no longer wants to talk!!! Someone obviously needs to talk to John about customer service training and ethics. He has no idea he is providing a service to the public and morale comes attached with that. They try to fast talk you, so you won't be able to ask any questions. They just want a sale. They don't have any morale whatsoever. I'm going to have a lawyer to investigate this place and to see what all Consumer laws they have broken !!!! Please don't be me and purchase a vehicle from this place. If you're going to be ripped off at least be ripped off with a company that act like they appreciate your business!!! Thanks

Bought several cars here previously, great salesperson but finance dept lacking in professional follow up during purchase, forgot my down payment money and I reminded them, forgot to get title on my trade in, then called me next day needing me to rush to bring it in, and gave me only a 4th of what the trade in was sold to me before the previous year. Said it dropped in value around $6000 in 9 mos time. Really?

Roger Dabbs Chevrolet will torch your car and blame you for it, then force you to pay for their service. Do not recommend, terrible management and questionable business ethics.

The incident in question was a corvette Z06 was left in for services of the fuel system and wiring. After the services were completed, a tech drove it and caught fire under Roger Dabbs watch. After the car caught fire, the blamed the customer and demanded they pay for the services. Immediately blamed the customer claiming the car had nitrous when it was dropped off (it didn t). Insurance deemed it a loss and Roger Dabbs put a mechanic lean on the car for the customer to come get it. Absolutely appalled at the management reaction. The car was in your possession, you took on the car, it s YOUR responsibility to take care of your customers. My family or I will never conduct any type of business with them ever again.

We pulled up and were immediately greeted by friendly faces. My cousin came with intentions to test drive an Equinox and a Colorado. The friendly and helpful Nick came to the rescue. He answered every question we had and was very patient with us. In the end, she picked the Equinox. I highly recommend the staff here. (Scott and Pamela were an amazing help too!) They were great and had wide variety of vehicles to choose from.

The sales and finance manager did their jobs; however they should have given me a better deal up front.

I was a very unhappy customer of Rogers dabbs Chevrolet on Monday morning, because I had a back glass to shatter when I turned on my rear heat while I was in Louisiana Sunday morning. The service dept was no help at all, even though I have warranty on the car, so have 2 phone calls with them, I decided to call Chevrolet home office, and the lady that answer the phone ask if I would please talk with Customer relations, which was Ms. Beverly and I explain my problem to her and she listen patiently, she pulled up my account and look at it and asked if she could call be back, when she did the back glass was ordered, she did share that I had a 100.00 deductible and I told that was fine. I would like share this, I am happy with the service I receive from Beverly, she is the right person for that position, and I will buy my next car from Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet,
