I have been using the Paul Moak Honda service department since purchasing my Pilot new in 2013. They are an awesome group of people to do business with. DiAnn the service advisor I use always fits me in and goes above and beyond. Adam, one of the service technicians, who I really like working on my vehicle, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and takes the time to answer questions and explain things to the customer.
