We were traveling from Austin to Greenville SC . Spent the nite in Jackson MISSIPPI. Next morning blinking engine warning lite, engine misfiring. Google search found nearest Honda dealer fortunately close by. Got there before opening time. And Samantha let us in, took our info and from fixed us coffee. When service opened they took my Pilot right in and ran computer analysis . Needed software update and valve adjustment. Decided to do the update and delay valve adjustment.
My 2007 pilot ran perfectly on the way home.
Thanks to Samantha and the service dept we were well taken care of.
