I was pleased that Paul Moak Honda and Samantha worked hard to provide quality services. They were patient, assisted with calling the Honda Warranty Dept. and the Honda Representative with and without a request from me. They worked hard to make sure my Pilot was fixed in a timely manner and provided a loaner. I greatly appreciate the customer service I received as well as the service from the maintenance department.
