I have had the most horrific experience working with PatientPop. I had to continue paying them $1250 per month due to a contract continuation with the office that I purchased. The website is cookie cutter and boring, the page doesn't rank well on google and isn't even on the first 3 pages, they are insanely hard to get in contact with. The blog posts are untrue and just insanely generic and it's so obvious they were written by a computer or a blogger, definitely not by a professional.

The worst part is the customer service. I had a "concierge" that I was supposed to be able to contact and speak with. After countless emails and calls (no response), I finally after like a month had someone reach back out to me and tell me "oh sorry that guy is no longer with the company"... It's just not a client centered operation and for the money they charge, I am CONFIDENT you can find better services elsewhere for less.
