Managing a family owned funeral home, it is my responsibility to take care of every detail from the time a loved one has passed through the whole process of the funeral services. I was looking for a tool which would allow me to serve those families more efficiently, giving me more time to attend to the little details which sets our firm apart from other funeral services. Passare was just that tool I was looking for, It allows families to have access to information concerning funeral arrangements and inputing vital information needed for services. Before passare everything was done by hand which was time consuming. I now have more time to talk with families learning more about their loved one and giving them a chance to start the grieving process.
In a recent interview the question was asked, " What would you say to a fellow funeral professional who is considering using Passare?" You sometimes hear people respond to innovation by saying, I can t afford it. But with Passare, I think you can t afford not to have it. Now that we have Passare, I couldn t imagine us operating without it. It s made that much of a difference to us. Also, I think it is very cost effective. Compared to some of the other systems that are out there, we were very impressed with the cost of Passare. Passare is so easy to use and helps funeral directors save time. The Family Collaboration Center is a game-changer! And being able to access my information from any device, anywhere, anytime gives me more freedom to be mobile!
Switching to Passare is one of the best moves any funeral home can make. I was working at one of our other locations that used Passare, and I absolutely loved it. The software was user friendly and laid out perfectly. After using the software one time, I had to make the switch. I was told to get in touch with Sharaie. I called Sharaie and she explained to me what all Passare could do. When I was making the switch, Sharaie mentioned that it would probably be 3 weeks before I would be live. I was up and running in a week! Needless to say the technical support at Passare knows what they're doing. Sharaie and my implementation manager, Sierra, are extremely intelligent and super friendly. Their knowledge and customer support are unmatched. Not only that, treat you like friends from the first time you speak to them.
We switched to Passare in September 2019 and it has been an outstanding experience. The Passare family (staff) is a perfect collaboration of knowledge and customer service. We would highly recommend Passare!
The support team is amazing! My favorite piece is the family collaboration center, because this allows out of town and hospice families to feel more connected even while they travel.
On 8/19/2020, I called in to Passare looking to speak with a representative that had assisted me via email to get a project started about a week ago. When I called on yesterday she was not available at that moment. I had the pleasure of getting Kelly that advised that the representative that I had spoken with was not available right then but he would send the message over that I was ready and needed her assistance. What came next was above and beyond. He text me to let me know that the representative would be available after there 10 am meeting. He went on to advise that if I needed assistance before then he would be sure to assist me. Well, he did indeed keep his word. He not only assisted me he made sure that what I was looking to have done was so! He also made sure to call me back at a later time to ensure I was okay. Did I mentioned that he worked with me for a few hours not minutes!! He made adjustments to some things that we needed and text me to follow to advise that it was completed! Now that is what I call making sure that the client is taken care of from start to finish. Kelly, did not have to take on a project that another colleague had started but he did to ensure that I was not waiting due to the fact that I advised I was on a timeline. I want to say thank you to Kelly personally for ensuring that our issue was resolved and that we had a clear directive. I want to add that this review is being written AFTER all of what I requested was addressed. So, Kelly truly earned the review of 5 stars!! Continue the good work Kelly because clients like me see it and acknowledge it!
The team a Passare are great! They quickly created our software so that we could get started right away. Always accessible and very helpful as we began to get acquainted with the new system.. Very easy to use and the collaboration element is a feature we are anxious to try out.
Absolutely LOVE Passare and the team that comes with the fabulous, user friendly service. They are constantly making improvements to a program that can't get any better, but it does. They are turning it into a one stop shop for the funeral industry.

I can not possibly say enough good things about Passare. We are beyond thrilled with the program -but, the customer support is second to none. The best part is, you call the customer support to better understand and utilize Passare, NOT because it isn't working. Which is a nice change from where we were previously. Passare is a very comprehensive program so it will take you some time to fully understand all that Passare can do for you, but take the time (and utilize the amazing customer support), in the end it is totally worth the time invested. I truly believe that Passare is the best, most comprehensive, most progressive funeral management software out there and they are constantly, proactively looking to make it work better and do more -I love it! I only wish more companies we dealt with were operated as well as Passare.
I work with Kelly Gilgenbach and Erin Merriott. They have been very helpful, transparent and a delight to work with. The call center employees are easy to talk to, very understanding, and actually do what they say they are going to do. Erin is my account manager. She is very patient and good at simplifying the training! I would recommend this Cloud-based software to anyone and everyone!
