I do not recommend this company. Try to find a local independent supplier that will give you the best deals and do their job properly. I've been with direct 365 for 2 years now and had nothing but bad service. My clinical waste is constantly overflowing and I have to contact them to ask for a collection everytime as the service is always missed. I then decided to leave as my contract ended and been told I had to pay a fee as I should have given them 3 months notice, the fee was so high is almost the price for the year of service! it's a real joke. Everything is in their favour and their benefit and now I have to put up with another year of this. My JANUARY service was missed last week so we're off to a lovely start.
Service are really bad. They always missed collection my waste and caused me lots of trouble. Need to spend time to call the customer service for help and usually I can NOT help.

JUST spoken with Charlie at Direct365 - now goods are going to be dispatched today at the price we were quoted - at least something good has now come out of this situation. They website is still showing the cheaper price!!! If only I could treat my customers like this. STAY AWAY

He s been excellent with ensuring my clinical waste contract was set up effectively and that I got the best price (which came in substantialy under my previous supplier) for what I needed in my clinic. He s been prompt with replies and answered any questions I have had. At first this seemed like it was going to difficult but Lauren made it extremely easy and has been so helpful and productive in helping me with my queries and complaints, even chasing up other issues for me which weren't her work to do so. I appreciate Lauren's efforts massively and hope all other staff are as helpful.
Extra charge you after 3 or 4 years being with them stating bin is heavy when it is not, poor service rather use council bin

Really poor service for general Waste collection. They ask You not to cancel your payments despite missed collections, and tell you they would pass a credit. When it comes to credit, they say no refund is due as their waste collector wasted a trip. When asked why the contractor came out even although we asked them not to, they denied us ever asking them Not to collect until We sort out the bags and tags with local

Shocking! Never collect your bins when they re meant to. No one contacts you or you never hear back from them. Would not recommend at all.
Terrible service. Keep charging for overweight bins which is complete lies because I've been checking the weight the night before they collect them. Customer service is terrible and completely unhelpful and confrontational!!! Stay away and beware of the FAKE REVIEWS that are uploaded by their staff who work for them and are on their own website!!! Absolute pathetic way of getting a good google rating why not just offer a good honest service instead!!!!
Direct 365 are very fast and efficient with removal of the business's recycling. I highly recommend these.

This is the 3rd time I am editing my review as it has been a bit of a roller coaster experience! There are a internal issues that need looking at eg lack of staff and certain processes however what I have come to realise is that from a customer service point of view they have made serious improvements. What I realise now is that alot of issues are outside their hands as they rely on a network of contractors to carry out the work as agreed and there are a few companies that let them down. This can happen with any company but the good thing is that there is a team willing to listen and help. Thank you to Jess and all for helping resolve issues and for making the improvements needed.
The company supplies our recycling waste and general waste collection. They are regularly missing collections and when queried it takes many days for a response. The customer service team just 'ask the depot' and a re then forever waiting for a response. We have been charged for a full servic, received only a partial service and cannot talk to anyone who knows anything about the issue. Direct365have failed to meet their obligations time and time again.

This company is awful - we have had nothing but problems - missed collections, broken promises to collect, arrived and left with out collecting. The accounts department are a mess - and every question is replied with "computer says no". We have changed supplier to one that about 50% of the cost - Thanks 365

I ve just opened my own business and direct 365 have been very helpful ensuring I am getting the correct waste disposal for me. I spoke with Andrew on the phone and he was very informative and professional. Overall a brilliant company and would definitely recommend.
Gross overcharging without justification. we have queried a bill for the collection of general waste. We have been unable to get a response as to why since September 2017. We have called and emailed many times yet the high charging has continued. We were told to allow up to 8 weeks to resolve these kind of disputes REALLY??, yet 5 months have gone by and we have not been contacted to resolve this matter. Our 660L bin collection is usually sufficient.However according to their records the bin was a whopping 266kg!!!! over our usual allowance during our quietest period in August 2017, when we quantified the excess weight it was the equivalent of four staff members inside the bin .. and they asked me if it could be food waste SERIOUSLY???
We have used Direct365 to organise our general waste and recycling collections for a few years now. The service they provide is excellent value compared to other waste collection companies and their staff are always friendly and responsive. Most recently I have been dealing with Craig Weaver, one of their customer loyalty advisers and he has been exceptionally helpful and efficient whilst dealing with me.

Andrew Lewis was very very helpful. I got a quote for my waste disposal requirements very quickly and with no hidden fees. It made it easy for me to compare other quotes that Direct 365 was the best so it was a no brainer. My sharps bin came very quickly too which is great!

Appalling service. We are a residential care home and have direct365 picking up our clinical waste, that is if they ever turned up. This is the third time in three months they have failed to come on their scheduled pick up leaving our bins overflowing. Every time we call to get them to pick up our bins they schedule a date and never turn up. Enough is enough. Do not use them

Avoid at all cost. It s just cost me 4 hours of my life (at least) trying to get our clinic waste removed despite being charged. I had to speak to different managers repeatedly. A gentlemen did collect it from a different out-sourced company, however 365 called after this to say someone was calling to do do the job they lied about doing tomorrow?? They don t know what they re doing!!

Horrible customer service staff who in my opinion are actually quite thick. Service is useless, bin collections missed regularly. Overall very frustrating dealing with these guys. Avoid if I was you.
I do NOT recomend this company to anybody!!!! Waste collection continuosly late or missed! Their reason is that the driver could not park, however there is s parking bay next to us. I have to chase them and each time i speak to someone i have to explain everything again and again, but nothing hsppens! The whole company is a joke!!!! Its 2018 and this company is still unprofessional and unreliable. The amount of lies they are telling is incredible. Me and my colleague continuously is on the phone with them and on the emails. Guess what!??? Again they are not collecting our clinical waste from our studio for 2 months now. Always the same excuses. The driver came but we were closed, the driver could not park, the driver went to the wrong place, the driver got sick, the driver went on holiday, they don t know what is happening so let s wait for the depo to call them back and give update. SURE!!! LET S WAIT AND UNTIL THAT I WILL PILE OUR WASTE BEHIND THE RECEPTION AND WILL MAKE THIS COMPANY RESPONSIBLE IF A COUNCIL AGENT WILL COME FOR A VISIT AND GIVE US A FINE FOR INCORRECT STORAGE OF HAZARDOUS WASTE. Not to mention the smell of 2 months old rotten body-fluids!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS SERIOUS! They can close down our studio!!!!!

What a breath of fresh air, after some time searching for a decent waste disposal company ( there are so many con artist companies around) I am glad I came across 365. No con type sales pitch and a trustworthy company. Great service and very competitive in their prices. For commercial waste disposal I would highly recommend them!

I have dealing with 365 on a few of our requirements a really positive experience. Today I dealt with James Jones regarding a matter on our contract, I must have asked a few silly questions but he was very patient and efficient. In a climate where it is difficult to speak to customer services, I would thoroughly recommend 365 as a go-to company.

I can say hands down this is one of the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with. Mis-sold a contract from the beginning and 3 months later now being chased for a debt that we will not being paying due to their sales team's errors. Also waiting for a bin to be removed from our premises 7 weeks after requesting it to be removed. Cannot recommend under any circumstances!
After listening to excuse after excuse for 6 months we have now cancelled this service. We were supposed to have fortnightly collections but these were being missed regularly, we would then have to wait another 2 weeks for them to rectify so we were constantly left with overflowing bins. Don't bother to use this company they do not keep to regular service but still want paying for 3 months in advance for a very poor service.
Good customer service and replay promptly... have 3 contracts with them and no complaints at all.
Avoid if possible. All direct365 staff work from an office. All physical collections are outsourced so there is no quality control internally. Collections never on the day agreed. Never let you know before hand despite saying so. Dont collect something and then they sign on your behalf and when you call to complain, the office staff don't beleive you and ask you to prove you didnt receive a collection.
Terrible customer service .. Terrible customer service ... threatening emails , rude staff called sales to say I was cancelling NOT bothered at all . Plenty more competitive suppliers out there. I recommend this company to over 60 clients of mine a year, not any more .
Craig Weaver has dealt with a number of problems I ahve experience during shut down his commitment has never wavered he has answered every email within a very short space of time he is an absolute god send to 365 wish that all the staff we as dedicated as he is and not just within 365 through any service industry I have ever dealt with. It has been a pleasure to have dealt with Craig and should be considered for future promotion within his field.

If there was 0 stars available I would have chosen that option. I believe that Direct365 only knows how to make customers pay extra money for the ''excess weight''. Not even once did they debit us the same amount as we agreed when we signed the contract. They charge ridiculous prices for the excess weight and even when you ask them to give us proof if the bins were actually heavier than what we agreed they never agree on giving us proofs. We asked them several times to show us how they weight the bins but obviously they didn't. The customer service is very slow as well. You need to wait more than 1 week to get a confirmation of the collection. I am really disappointed and as far as I have seen most of the customers have the same problems as me.
