We purchased a Chevy Bolt from Parks. The buying experience was great. We test drove two Bolt models and then left to consider things. No pushy sales tactics. We worked out numbers over the phone. Completing the sale in person was painless with no surprises. We haven t had a need for service yet but can affirm that the buying experience was top notch.

I was very pleased with the service that we received from Albert. He went out of his was to provide friendly and professional service.
We weren t completely pleased with our interactions with management. They offered us one price and we agreed on it ( although it was not the signed contract) the next day the car was $2500 more because according to the manager the computer gave us a rebate that we shouldn t have gotten because we were purchasing Pre-owned. I felt it should have been honored because it was presented to us in our informal agreement. The manager s remedy was to let us keep the $250.00 that was our required down payment. Then he told us that with our approved credit line he could put us in something lease. We had decided on this vehicle the night before. When we didn t agree he arrogantly walked away . I don t see 10% as a remedy for their mistake( blame it on the computer. He couldn t have cared less if we were happy customers or not.
On the other hand Albert and the Finance Manager went above and beyond to secure our business.
This is the second vehicle that we purchased from Parks Chevrolet . Our first was a GMC Acadia .I sure wish we could have dealt with the previous manger but I understand why he s no longer there.
I recommend Albert to anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle from Parks Chevrolet.

My Saturn VUE was totaled and did not know what I was going to do about another car. My wife had heard about how Parks Chevrolet in Huntersville was such a good dealership.

She was so right, from the minute I walked in the door and met Shane Helms, Sales Manager and Richard Marsh, Sales Rep it immediately, transformed from a nightmare to a pleasant experience. They fixed the prior issues minus the oxygen sensors. 79 days in, the transmission goes out. The 90 day, 3,000 mile warranty expires due to driving 6,000 plus miles. I asked them to buy the vehicle back and they refused. Their options were to put in another transmission or find discounts and credits to offset the balance, get me financed for another vehicle with a higher payment. I didn't qualify for the second option so the only option left was to approve the transmission overhaul. I was told they would take care of everything concerning the vehicle until I received a call stating there was a valve cover leak causing oil to leak on the engine and smoke. Sales would not approve the repair at no cost to me resulting in I pay $270. I refuse as this vehicle was not inspected prior to sale. They gave me a bogus inspection that was done and recorded by another inspection station outside of High Point and Kernersville. According to the repair technician the vehicle would have never passed inspection. According to another source at Park Chevrolet, all of the vehicles sold at Park Select are coming back for repair. So that means they knowingly sold defective vehicles to honest customers for a sale, gave a 90 day, 3,000 mile warranty that would expire before 90 days to evade liability. But to keep us from going to the Attorney Generals office, they are covering their tracks by repairing the vehicles at no cost. I asked them to honor me by buying the vehicle back. But they took a stance and chose not to. Instead they want to put a band aid on the issue and send back to me a smoking vehicle. This is unacceptable. I love GM products but this has been a horrible buying experience. Yes I understand that you take a chance with buying a used vehicle but I only had the vehicle less than 90 days and it has been in the repair shop twice. I am saddened that Park Chevrolet/Select did not fully inspect this vehicle before sale. I am recanting my previous review. I do not recommend them for purchasing a used vehicle. They do not fully inspect them before sale.

This place is the best I was looking for the perfect car with my mom and Sarai was the first one there to help us. She is so kind and helpful thank you so much for helping us. We Will deff be back.

I ask this dealership before I came out to have everything done before I got there! When I got there they tried to put me in a totally different vehicle that I wanted. They told me I didn't qualify for the vehicle that I wanted and that the vehicle they offered was a good deal. So I denied the deal on that vehicle and told them that I would think about it over the weekend. I wouldn't have been upset,but have an hours ride. They told me they couldn't help me with the car I wanted! But Monday they miraculously worked something out for me and the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle they first offered was the same price as the one I wanted. When They called Monday they wouldn't give me any details how they worked this out or give me any information on the offer. Just really disappointed! The salesman was really nice. Just felt they tried to deceive me and wasted a lot of my time.

Richard Steagall & his Sales Manager were among the few dealers that were willing to work with me by phone, giving me a straight forward price, below the competition. They went out of their way to make my long-distant purchase as convenient as possible, even driving my old car home for me. I am well pleased with their service.

Sarai was courteous and patient with me, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, she s pretty awesome and friendly. I highly recommend coming here to see her!

Parks Chevrolet Kernersville did a great job repairing my broken driver's seat and hooking me up with a sweet rental truck to use during the duration of the repair. I highly recommend Brantley Edwards as a service advisor. He is the BEST! Even though I gave five stars and a 10 recommendation, I do have one thing to note. I purchased a full Zurich protection plan and the plan did not cover a ding in my passenger side rear door. or fixing minor rear bumper blemishes. This is not cool at all. I do not recommend adding this "scratch and dent" repair plan to a vehicle purchase since it does not cover basic scratches or minor dents.

I recently moved to Greensboro and work in the Kernersville area. I have brought my car in for service to Parks a few times already and they have been nothing but accommodating. Each time I have been there they have either shuttled me to and from work or when they have had my car overnight they have provided a loaner car. The sales advisor Hillary is really nice and truly listens to all of your concerns. She explains everything that is happening with your vehicle and keeps you informed throughout the day. Caleb was the technician who worked on my car. He is outstanding. We were having trouble figuring out a noise in the rear wheels of my car but he kept at it. I even went on a ride with him so we can listen to the car together. Caleb really took the time to answer my questions and did not dismiss my ideas. In the end I had to have my rear brake pads changed even though they werent that old. Parks only charged me for the parts since I had them done in New York not long ago.

I will definitely be bringing my car to Parks for my Chevy needs as long as I live in the area.

We travelled from statesville to look at vehicles that we called ahead on. When we arrived we were told that the one had been sold after being told they had it ,but it was still on the website for some time, Then we asked about another one that the website said to ask for the price on, they didn't even have it in stock yet and didn't have the details,then we looked at the 3rd one, the inside smelled like smoke horrible, lots of parts were missing as well. There was also a discrepancy with the carfax on their behalf, the salespeople told me they had it for 21 days, according to the carfax they had it over 4 months, I questioned this after being told 2 different stories on this then one of the managers just came over and basically pushed us out the door without even disclosing the trade numbers, etc. Very unprofessional, makes me wonder what they were hiding, will never return!

Without a doubt the best customer service I've ever experienced. Every single employee I passed was just as friendly as the other. Melissa was wonderful and tended to every need a had or any questions I had. What would take most shops a few days to do took them not even a full day. I will most definitely be returning.
