I wish it were possible to leave a big fat zero. We ordered a set of kitchen appliances from Smeg last November for our new house. The oven won t light. The fridge won t come on. We have called, emailed, called again so many times. There are no repair technicians in a 500 mile radius. The company will not even take our calls anymore. Looks like we re out 9000 bucks.
Terrible customer service! I tried to contact them, after making me waste a lot of time they didn't give me any respond. I have 2 appliances broken after 1 year used.
Expensive fridge stopped working just after 2 years and 2 weeks. No customer service at all. No apology for selling me a device that was not properly manufactured. After a check by a technician, he told me that my fridge was loosing cooling gas and this leakage was probably caused by poorly assembled pipes. They don't seem to care about their products and they certainly don't care about their customers.
