This dealership has the WORST customer service. No one calls you back, left on hold for days, service department is terrible. I will never buy another vehicle here again.

I was able to finally have a day off to run by here and check out a couple of trucks. I was paired up with Mr. Daniel Lauten. He was super easy to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable, and he did not pressure us. Great customer service! When I finally decided on a truck, Mr. Lauten ,his team and I got all the details ironed out, and my wife now drives my new truck. I was looking online for a Toyota Tacoma. The pictures was worth going to see it. 2017 model. That's truck was dirty and had a cracked windshield. It appeared the truck was ran down. I asked was it used for farming? I traveled 45 min each way to see this truck.I called ahead to ask them to prep it for display. They had 30 min. 24 hours wouldnt have been enough.. I cant believe it is tied to the Parks brand. I wasted time going there when I should've been going elsewhere. Oh well. I'll try again next weekend. This is a vehicle with a list price of $29,000. I have prearranged financing. I wouldn't send pictures of this to my bank. I wish I had my 90 minutes of riding back..

I felt unimportant and unheard at Parks Chevy. I was looking for a specific pre-owned vehicle and started with Parks because they had a few on their website and were the closest dealership to me. After weeks of not being kept informed, I went there for the second time. They wanted to sell me a larger car than I was looking for with a much higher payment than I could afford and no warranty beyond the manufacturers 3yr/36,000 miles. I was given the wrong information about the size of the engine and learned a very valuable lesson. NEVER buy a car in the dark. When I went outside the next morning to deliver a few more papers to the dealership, I saw a car that did not look as good as it did the night before when I drove it home. All four tires had very little tread on them and there were numerous nicks in the paint. Thank God I was able to return that car and continued my search else where!

I was watching for an email from GM but haven't received one yet. I wanted to be sure I left a good review for this dealership. I've had to wait for over eight hours before at other dealerships when buying a car. Parks got me in and out and took really good care of me from the start. I made an appointment to test drive a 2019 Chevrolet Sonic. The sales person, Carmen, had already pulled the car to the front and met me when I arrived. She was exceptionally nice, friendly and knowledgeable. She stayed with me through the whole process. She even followed up that week after my purchase with texts. She was well organized and answered all my questions with expertise and caring attention. She is a valuable asset to the company. I'd recommend her to everyone. Sarah made sure Carmen and I had everything we needed to close the deal. She was friendly and checked in often to see if either of us needed anything. Greg handled the financing and signing of the papers. I had my own financing available, but I told him he could try one company to see if he could get a better rate, since I don't want a lot of hard hits on my credit report. He chose well and found me a much better interest rate, so I still only ended up with one hard hit for the auto loan. That made me really happy! Greg also was friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. Finally, Corey was the manager in charge. I could tell he inspired all of his people to do a good job but also to enjoy their work, because his demeanor was very friendly and upbeat. But also because all of his staff was as well. That's the kind of place I want to shop! When I'm shopping for another new car, I'll go there again and nowhere else. That's how good this dealership is. I think these four employees make an excellent, friendly, well organized team with many strengths and much expertise. The company is lucky to have them.

terrible took my car in for safety inspection they say need new tires that was $1500 the din't need tires they just want to rip me off at that point i understood they want my money

One big run around when I didn't select the vehicle they wanted me to take they really weren't interested I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

I had an excellent experience. I ended up having to stay a bit longer (my fault for that), but their sales and leasing consultant, Sarai helped a lot, and made the longer stay a lot better, and made sure everything was going to be okay. Great dealership.

Love the team here - especially Harris Dixon, who really makes it an efficient and exciting experience when you are looking for a new vehicle. He is super knowledgable on all the models and really helps you understand what features may fit you best. I have been with them for 3 years leasing a Cruze and just signed a lease for another 3 on a Blazer this weekend. Highly recommend them!

This was my first time looking for a used car. Harris was super nice and helpful. He made me feel very safe and assured that the car we were purchasing was good. The paper work was very easy. All we had to do was give him our driver s license and other personal information he took care if the rest. Very easy experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I felt bullied into getting things done to my car. Even when I said I can't afford he was like it was already done so too bad. Then when I needed a battery he stood there in my face while I priced the battery I was literally going to get when I finished. Then he didnt give me the price match. He only discounted a part that was not in the original estimate. I never felt so disrespected. The only good thing about my experience was the guy who gave me a ride to my house to pick up a credit card.

Made an appointment to buy a vehicle and when I drove for 2 hrs, they told me it was sold day before. I gave them a second chance because I liked the vehicle they had and asked them to send me some pics and video of the vehicle. When I showed up, the vehicle was all beat up and they purposely avoided taking pics and video of the damaged areas. Never again!!

I have bought 2 cars from parks chevrolet in Kernersville and both have messed up and caused me a bunch of money within a few months. With my first car the wheel came off with the second car transmission went bad and they were not helpful at all

Buying a vehicle was an easy experience. We appreciated our sales person, AK, knowledge and assistance in buying our car.

My wife and I traveled from Statesville to look at a f150. We drove my trade. Looked at truck and was interested. I told salesman Harris that I need it to be $20000 out the door with my trade. He kept going back and forth to the finance manager. Couldn't do it. I said no problem I will go somewhere else. He didn't like that so as my wife and I sat in his office he's talking to the finance manager. Finally the finance manager comes in, sits in front of us, didn't say hello or introduce himself, just got to talking about numbers. As he was talking he was spitting tobacco juice in the office trashcan! Very unprofessional!!! So than he tells me that I should keep my car because it was a piece of junk all because a week ago I broke my drivers side inside door handle and had pliers to open from inside till my new one came in. It's a mercury Milan in excellent condition. He rubbed me the wrong way. He said to stop making payments on it and get this truck. I said that's unprofessional and walked out. Went to Hilbish Ford and got what I wanted even better with the price I wanted plus $3000 on my trade. Will never come here again .

Today has been an awful experience. The service department is very slow and do not honor appointments. I have been waiting for over an hour and my car is still not ready. When asked how much longer, an employee was very rude and unprofessional. Customer Service means nothing to her, and this is not the first time. I am very much not pleased with the service today!

I really don t ever leave reviews..for anything, but after my experience with this place, I had to. These guys were great! Everyone was nice, but you gotta ask for Joe Blanco. He was super cool and actually knew what he was talking about. I called and texted a few times before going to see the car and he always got back to me, but he never put pressure on me to buy. He gave me a great deal and I ll definitely be referring him and Parks Chevrolet to anyone I know who needs a car!

After offering a great deal, it was all downhill from there. Poor communication and very little attention to detail soured my overall experience with Parks Chevrolet. Bottom line, online purchasing needs a lot of revamping. If you re not sitting there in front of a sales associate, it s very apparent that you become a very low priority. Things are slow to get done and promises that are made aren t kept. The business development manager says things will be fixed. Hopefully that s the case and the next customer won t have the same experience I did.

My experience with Parks Chevrolet in Kernersville NC was tops. Overall a very good experience buying my Equinox. Kenneth Bridges was very professional and helpful, answering my questions and allowing me to test drive the vehicle. Most important I got the trade in I asked for. Love my Equinox.would consider buying from them again someday.

First let me say how completely frustrated I became when I pulled into the parking lot and couldnt figure out how or where to enter the show room. There are "LOTS" of cars at this location!!! To the point that it looks very congested and not a good look when tryig to market and sale cars. I was very displeased with my experience with Parks Chevrolet and I hope that after seeing this review, the managment will be alot more aware of what is on their car lot and webpage. Not only was the car that I had an appointment to see, unable to test drive, (beacsue there were issues with the key fob, so the car wouldnt crank. Why was this not none before the car was put online???) but the car had some major body work being done to it. It had several big dings on the side and front that literally had tape holding it up. The inside of the car was not clean and clearly hadn't been detailed. The salesman Kevin was very nice and apologetic because he was clearly just as shocked as I was. I just hope that the manangemant team at Parks Chevrolet is aware of what is being advertised online and it is very inconvenient for someone to schedule an appointment to see and test drive a car that is nowhere near ready to be sold.
