Parks Chevrolet Kernersville did a great job repairing my broken driver's seat and hooking me up with a sweet rental truck to use during the duration of the repair. I highly recommend Brantley Edwards as a service advisor. He is the BEST! Even though I gave five stars and a 10 recommendation, I do have one thing to note. I purchased a full Zurich protection plan and the plan did not cover a ding in my passenger side rear door. or fixing minor rear bumper blemishes. This is not cool at all. I do not recommend adding this "scratch and dent" repair plan to a vehicle purchase since it does not cover basic scratches or minor dents.
