Bad business. Purchased a vehicle a week ago only to wait for two new tires for a whole week. Never got the vehicle but I put the money down because they were pressuring me to put money down because they had other people looking at the vehicle as well. Came back the next day to see if the tires came and my salesman said they never sent it out because it was still on his manager s desk. So they put me in a loaner (something I did not want only to wait for two tires). I asked for my money back only for them to have me wait longer for my check. Lack of communication and terrible business.

Horrible customer service and can t keep their word when it comes to holding a vehicle. Sold it out from under us when they said they would hold it until the weekend for us to make a 3 hour trip to get it.

Not the best car buying experience. I purchased a 2017 Malibu and 2-3 weeks after my purchase, I started having major issues! First off, I traded in an Altima and it took 3 weeks for them to pay off my Altima and the bank where i purchased the Altima was calling me threatening me to go into collections and at this point, i had my Malibu for 2 weeks. The next train wreck was, Chevy had my paperwork screwed up by having my Mother listed on my paperwork including title and tag. So of course, i get a call from my mom saying "why is my name listed on a 2017 Malibu". But the biggest train wreck of all was, 2 weeks after i purchased my car, I was having issues with my seat belt and my car ended up sitting over at the Chevy dealership for 2 months waiting on a freaking seat belt from GMC. Mind you, I was late to work several times and they put me in a 2018 Silverado for 1 month as my first loaner car. I spent about $300 in gas on this truck! The 2nd loaner vehicle was a 2018 Malibu. Needless to say, after the numerous disasters, the only option that i was given to compensate for the screwed up paperwork, being late to work 3 times, my bank threatening to put me in collections, paying a car payment on a car that I couldn't drive, and train wreck after train wreck, the only thing GMC and Chevy did was compensate me by reimbursing me for 1 car payment, which i still have not received! I am still not smiling as a customer and the one thing that ANY business should focus on, especially after a $20,000 purchase, is making sure the customer has a huge smile on their face. My Co-worker purchased a car from CarMax at the same time i purchased my car and did not have one single issue with her car or purchase. Chevy who is a very reputable company treats a customer like this, is unacceptable in my eye! FYI: I left Adam Parks, the owner of Parks Chevy 3 voice mails and he has yet to return my call! I am very upset and will not refer anyone to buy a car from Parks Chevy!

I purchased my Jeep Renegade from here on March 7. From the beginning Gama was extremely helpful he made sure that I had all the information requested before I came to the dealership he followed up as needed and assured me that everything would be taken care of once I arrived. He also knew I was driving from Charlotte NC to Kernersville and made sure to notify me if anything changed before I arrived. Once I arrived to the dealership it was a smooth seamless process with Gama, AK and Josh. The only recommendation I have is to Thoroughly clean the vehicle before putting it on the lot. While test driving the vehicle I could see and was told by Josh that the cars are not cleaned before placing them on the lot. Even after I purchased my car I could see the cup holders were sticky and the seats had never been wiped down or anything. Today I came to pick up my tag and had my car washed and they didn t even vacuum the entire car only the driver side and I could see water all over it smh. Beside the poorly detailed vehicle my car buying is experience was good. Thanks again Gama and AK.
