I was very pleased with the service that we received from Albert. He went out of his was to provide friendly and professional service.
We weren t completely pleased with our interactions with management. They offered us one price and we agreed on it ( although it was not the signed contract) the next day the car was $2500 more because according to the manager the computer gave us a rebate that we shouldn t have gotten because we were purchasing Pre-owned. I felt it should have been honored because it was presented to us in our informal agreement. The manager s remedy was to let us keep the $250.00 that was our required down payment. Then he told us that with our approved credit line he could put us in something lease. We had decided on this vehicle the night before. When we didn t agree he arrogantly walked away . I don t see 10% as a remedy for their mistake( blame it on the computer. He couldn t have cared less if we were happy customers or not.
On the other hand Albert and the Finance Manager went above and beyond to secure our business.
This is the second vehicle that we purchased from Parks Chevrolet . Our first was a GMC Acadia .I sure wish we could have dealt with the previous manger but I understand why he s no longer there.
I recommend Albert to anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle from Parks Chevrolet.
We love our new GMC Acadia.
