We had a great experience. We found the truck online for the best price available (and trust me I check everywhere, I work in IT). Drove from Palm Coast, FL and called and, luckily, we were transferred to ALBERT SAUNDERS ( best car salesman EVER!!!). We came in told them what we saw online and what we wanted and they didn't try to upsell us or bait and switch, we got what we came for at the price advertised no hidden fees nothing. It was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. HIGHLY recommend!!!! Don't forget ask for ALBERT!!!

I was ready to buy a car from these guys and then. I made an offer and they did not want to budge so I left to think about it and they were very animate they could not go any lower. Well to my surprise I received an update through cargurus the price dropped. I waited and a few days later received a text message about trying to get the remaining off; I called back my sales rep 10 minutes later (I have the logs) and he acted like he knew nothing about it. We talked and I called out the lies and inaccuracies about the car to him and made a counter offer. The people at the dealership if caught in a lie or wrong will never admit to it and will double down on their stance. The best part was having the sales person yell at be through text that they are losing money on the car.... seriously... After a couple back and forth the price of the car had dropped over 750 dollars but the out to door price they quoted me had only dropped $532.

This was our second vehicle purchase at Parks. Both times were great experiences. I found the vehicle online and made an appointment to test drive during my lunch break. I was able to buy the car and return to work. Our sales person, Richard, was professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. The finance person (can t remember his name but I know he drives from Charlotte) was also great. We especially love the oil changes and roadside hazard assistance for 60 months. We will definitely keep coming back to Parks.

Easy process and they were very friendly. I bought a used vehicle and I get that a dealership wouldn t want to sink a lot of money into it but it would ve been nice if they would ve programmed a couple of key fobs instead of just leaving the one regular key. Other than that great experience overall

I went in expecting to have a pushy sales guy that was trying to make a sale like I did when I bought my first car at a different dealership. This was not the case at Parks Chevrolet! I went to the information desk to ask to speak with a sales person after I had already looked around the preowned lot and I didn't have to wait long because Gerardo Barajas was there to help me. I told Gerardo exactly what I was looking for and the price range I wanted. I really appreciated that he only showed me preowned vehicles within my price range. When I purchased my preowned Equinox it had a small crack in the windsheild and Gerardo set up an appointment and took care of it for me and even personally picked me up from work to pick my equinox up. It hadn't been even a week since I purchased the vehicle when the check engine light came on and the preowned equinox would not move at all unitl I turned it off then back on. I immediately contacted Gerardo and he told me to bring it in and would get it fixed. He kepted me posted on what the issue was with the equinox and came to pick me up from work again. Since the part was not going to be in for a week and mine had to stay in the shop Gerardo made sure I had a vehicle to drive while awaiting for the part to come in to fix it. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come to Parks Chevrolet and ask for Gerardo Barajas because he really goes the extra mile for his customers!

I had warranty work on my Chevrolet a few times with no troubles. They took care of it. But I recently inquired about trading my vehicle for another used vehicle on there lot. This used vehicle was listed on their website, I made an appointment to look at it. When arrived for my appointment it took a while for anyone to greet us. Finally the manager came out unlocked the car for us to look over it. Clearly I was not ready to be sold. It had not been cleaned up from the previous owner, and the salesman proceeded to tell us that they haven t even inspected this car yet, that it would need to go though the shop before we could talk about the price. My issue and question is, why even post this vehicle for sale on your website, have a price listed on the website, and let me make an appointment to look at this vehicle if it wasn t ready to be sold?

We will not recommend or ever use Parks Chevrolet again. My husband had been looking for a truck and found one on their website that he wanted to check out. So he set an appointment to go see it. When we got there we were helped fairly quickly and they took us to the vehicle. It was unbelievable that a dealership would even put this vehicle on there lot to be sold. The lights were falling out, everyother corner was crunched in. The inside bolts were very rusty like it had been in a flood. We walked away from that one.
We then asked if there were any other 2008 diesel trucks that we could look at and we went in to his office to see if there was, and we did find another vehicle we wanted to look at. He goes to pull it around and apparently it had been on the charger (we found this out later) so it was pulled around, we drove it and felt like it could be a good fit if we could get the money right. So after that part he was going to pull it to the service department to have it cleaned up, and the battery was dead, we had signed all the paperwork, put a down payment on it and drove back home (1.5 hours away) in our trade in... but not before being told that service would check it in the a.m. and we would be called mid morning to let us know about picking it up. Well next day (Saturday) no call, we tried to call, got voicemail, then called service, they didn't know anything about the truck other then it was back there. Called back to our salesman again, no answer was just sent into the queue and placed on eternal hold. My husband hung up very frustrated. The salesman finally returned my husband's call and said the service was working on it and my husband had talked to the service department a few minutes before this and they knew nothing of the truck. I called back asked for sales manager and got sent straight to voicemail, I then went back into the queue and was hoping to get the operator to get me to a manager, but my call was picked up, put back on hold 4 times and then without speaking to me sent me back to the sales managers voicemail, I left a message but to this day never got a call back. Then I hung up called back and my call was immediately put on hold and then ended up being just forwarded to the sales managers phone again. I then got online found a person from the web center that would try to help me and had Marla call me, she was more helpful then anyone there. She checked on the truck, spoke to the service department and let me know they were having to replace the alternator and batteries and the radio, it wouldn't come on when we test drove it but they felt it was due to low battery. She said it would be Monday before they knew what exactly was going to have to be done and a time frame. She promised to keep in touch through the process and she did. They ended up replacing the radio as well. And that's another problem... the radio that was in it when we looked at it was a higher end radio then the one that was installed as the replacement, so it was not replaced with a comparable radio. Marla had said she was going to have the vehicle delivered to us but when it was ready our salesman who barely had been a part of the process started calling with final updates and said we had to pick it up... Then drove it home, had a burned out headlight that we had to replace, and it was never disclosed to us that the heat and air was not working properly. My husband called back to speak to someone about this matter and was told someone would call him back. We have now had the vehicle for 5 days and we have already had to spend money on the vehicle we should not have or at least told us about so we could make a decision weather it was worth buying based on the repairs needed. I have never dealt with a company so dysfunctional, and I have worked in the automotive industry for 20 years on various ends of it. We like our truck but feel that we may not have made the decision to purchase the truck had we know everything about it up front.

Bought a used vehicle this weekend and Erich Jenkins made sure that all our needs were met. He was professional, understanding and very down to earth. The buying process was not stressful like a normal visit to the car dealership. He listened to us when we told him our price range and what we were looking for - Now I m loving my Hyundai Santa Fe!!!

Horrible customer service. I couldnt get anyone to call me back. I sent a few pics of my vehicle to trade to the salesman. He couldnt answer my questions, so he said hed have his manager call me back. He did but left a voicemail because i was at work. I call backed and left him a voicemail. The next day i tried calling the salesman. He wouldnt answer, only text. Then salesman tells me through text that his manager had a conversation with me and basiclly cant help me. I explained i never spoke to anyone and he must have me confused with someone else. 2 days later i get a phone call after i left a bad review. I explained i did not want to do buisness anymore that i had never been treated at a dealership the way they ignored my calls and text trying to get someone to just speak to me.

Absolutely best car buying experience I ve ever had! Allyssa and her coworkers did an amazing job helping me get into a car that was affordable and great on gas. I am glad my uncle David Paddock, who worked with GM for many years, sent me to this location. Both my dad and sister bought their cars from here and absolutely love them! Thank you again for making your customers feel important, valuing their opinion, and not creating a negative atmosphere which most car dealerships have.

Finally got the vehicle in to be repaired and the part as glue together and not replaced.

We purchased a used vehicle. Since we signed the papers and the vehicle became ours no one has responded to us without two weeks of calling daily and having to get firm. Then we get wish-washy answers. We have called, sent Facebook messages, called managers and still no answer or reply. We were assured of a price for another vehicle that our oldest daughter wanted but then were told no they can't honor the price they gave us once it was time for the deal. After posting a negative review on Facebook we have been bombarded with others saying how once Parks gets your money they are done with you. But we still have had NO response from Parks. We have tried to be nice and patient but enough is enough. If you want good customer service and a dealership who wants to earn your trust and money go to another dealership and do not buy from Parks Chevy.

The time that I spent there was interesting and eye opening. I learned a lot about the Equinox 2019. I am thankful to Albert for the time he spent with me teaching me about Chevrolet and Parks Chevrolet.
