Parkmobile makes parking so much easier! I love just driving up to the lot, paying for my parking while in my car and heading out. Also, the reminders are so nice so I never have to worry about getting a ticket!

Paid for parking. Still got booted because my account with the registered license plate wasn t the license plate of the vehicle I was driving. Showed it to the guy who booted me and he told me he didn t give a *** either pay or get towed.

Now I have to call corporate park mobile to have them reimburse me for getting booted.

PS the company they have booting for them in Atlanta empire parking has reviews of employees threatening to shoot them multiple times and one instance where a customer has been shot.

This is the most crooked company out there. They give you tickets when you park in their spaces and pay the fee. They don't pay attention and hand out tickets to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and park in a parking lot. If you pay for parking they're going to ticket you anyway. When you try to explain this to them they don't anything about it.

Terrible website. They cannot make it work long enough to sell tickets when they open them up to a specific event. I was told to refresh my browser. I did so for about 3 hours straight and it still doesn't work. Worst company ever in terms of selling tickets.

My wife and I use the park mobile app in Delaware and New Jersey beach towns. Recently we parked in downtown Cape May,NJ setting the time period for one hour. We returned within a minute of the one hour period and had a ticket on the windshield. It would appear to me that the parking authority is somehow alerted to the expired meter. Admittedly we were late - but only by a minute and they got us. I am going to test this theory and it it is proved true I will complain bitterly to park mobile and the parking authorities.

I really enjoy being able to extend my parking without having to go to a pay station or meter. Dinner running long? No worries! The app is easy to use and works great!

Don't respond to appeals and then lie about it saying they did. Garbage company who steal and lie. Find another place to park or they'll steal your money too.

If you drive - you need this app! Best parking solution app out there. Covers all my needs.

I have been using this app for 4 years and now all of a sudden it no longer works. Called into the office NO HELP without a $5 charge . For what, I already pay everyday!!!!!! Wish there were other options!!!!

The worse customer service ever encountered. My credit card deposit disappeared and no one could tell me how or why.

The app works okay as long as everything is set up but, when your credit card info needs to be updated, it sucks. I spent 20 minutes trying to add a credit card. Finally said, fine, just use this credit card without signing in. When I added it, poof, I was signed in but the credit card didn't show up. When I tried to add the card, it wouldn't let me. Also complained about my sign-in. I tried to change my password but it said it didn't have any account with my email. When I log in online using my phone number, there's the email address just like I entered on the app. Fortunately this time, I did not get a ticket despite not paying.

When attempting to purchase parking in Chicago the app said they could not process my payment. When I logged into my email later that day, I was charged. I have sent 3 emails with no response back on when they will issue an refund.

Gio, the valet at the Juniper Row parking lot ,in midtown, was really great. Very polite and professional. Please take care of this guy. He deserves a good tip.

Love the service and the Company. Everyday we are coming up with new ways to make drivers lives easier!

Convenient and easy to use app, saved me from getting parking tickets.

Very disappointed in the application. Very disappointed in the City of Wilmington, DE. The Park Mobile App took my money for a day, and the city ticketed me for parking for more than 2 hours. Appealed to the city and lost. Now ~$52 in the hole. $40 ticket. $8 paid parking. ~$4 convenience fee.

Website crashes, and poor customer service. Haven t been able to purchase parking in 24 hours with other angry fans of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. No one gives a solution to the problems on their own website. This is two years in a row if you can t handle the job, don t accept the contract. Hopefully the executives will smarten up and choose a different company to handle parking next year.

I contacted ParkMobile because I chose the wrong car while parking and immediately realized it. They said they couldn't swap the license info and they couldn't refund the parking fee even though I was 2 minutes into parking. ParkMobile is the worst.

Makes parking in downtown Atlanta a breeze. Payment info is pre-loaded so I just enter my zone/spot # and duration and I'm done.

This company is a huge scam. I pre-paid for parking at an event, but when I showed up there was nobody there to take the parking pass so I had to pay again. I tried contacting their customer services department, but nobody replied to the email. I contacted my bank, but because nobody responded to their questions they refused to reverse the charge. I contacted the BBB, but nobody responded to that complaint either. They stole $23 dollars from me.

I got a parking ticket several days ago. I paid for the maximum time as stated on the app and 15 minutes before the time expired i went down to my car to leave and I had a $50 ticket. I left a correspondence on their website and I have not heard back from them. One business day has lapsed. This is a problem.

With an 11 month old daughter in tow this app made it incredibly easy to pay for parking without having to wait in line in the cold or entertain her while waiting.I downloaded the app and paid for parking without having to leave the warmth of my car in less time than it would of taken me at the kiosk.

I have to give it to your company. I LOVE IT; having this alternative way of paying for parking !!! I got my I Parkmobile App about a year ago. I was vacationing in Fla and from my hotel, I saw a public parking lot which was a lot more economical than the Hotel charges for parking in their garage. I parked my car there and from my Hotel room, was able to add time to my parking space, or park, go up to the room and activate.

Then, I came home to Boulder Co where I use the Park and Ride to park my car, go to the airport, come back and get into my car. If I need to extend my time, I do it on my iPhone, and not panic that I m not home to add money into a machine. In addition, I am 79 years old, and those machines confound me. I get so nervous because I m not sure of the instructions, if I put the receipt in the right place etc....This way, I just enter the zone, and it is done!!!! Also, in inclement weather, I am not out there on the street trying to figure out how much time to put on the meter, then walk back to my car to put the receipt in the window etc...I just sit in my warm, dry, car and put in the zone, the time, and I m on my way.

Thank you for devising this method of paying for parking. It is Fabulous and I have told more people who were unaware, even though they have seen the zone numbers, of what they are.

Not a reliable app, ultimately wastes your time. If the parking kiosk isn't working you are in the fate of the parking meter maids, because the app doesn't work. Even if you go on their website, after you register, the browser times out. The phone number posted at the kiosk by Park Mobile says that they will charge $5 if transferred to a person. So what is this toll-free number I see on their website? I can't get 30 minutes back, but I will never park in a place that only relies on this app. I hope Georgia Tech changes partners to work with, because this is a total mess.

Totally outdated technology. Not user friendly at all. Took 30 minutes to pay a 3 dollar parking fee. Completely absurd. Almost missed our train.

Do not use this company for parking. Unclear policies and extremely unhelpful customer service. 10/10 would not recommend

I'm not sure why Rehobeth beach uses this app. I thought the whole point in using this app was so that you didn't have to walk back to your car when your meter was about to expire, well I had to. This app would not let me renew my parking space, (it said I had used my alotted time in that spot and would not let me add money to the meter) so I had to walk 5 blocks from the beach to feed the meter at the parking spot. Enough said!

Well, I was going to download your app for its potential convenience. But I am forestalled by what the app says it needs.

Why does you app think you need to see these items on my cell phone:

Device and app history (You don't need to know anything other than that I am using your app)

Contacts (You gonna write Mom and tell her where I am parked?)

Location (you have the car, and that should be enough for you to know. Do you want to insure you can run me down in case the Alzheimer's kicks in and I forget where my car is parked?)

Photos/Media/Files (Really!?!? How could any of this possibly be your business?)

Camera (this is really over the top. I am flabbergasted. Maybe I use this in the bedroom; you want those photos??? Cost you $250.00 each, and then let's talk.)

Not a damn' one of those matters is any of your business!!!

Nuts to you guys, unless you can either (A) justify every blasted one of them, or (B) build an app that uses just the information you actually need.

And judging from the other comments, your app doesn't work all that well anyhow.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS. MERCEDES BENZ STADIUM SHOULD NEVER CONTRACT THIS COMPANY. i went on the Mercedes Benz stadium website and saw that they offered pre-order parking through this company. i paid online thinking that i would have a stress free parking situation and enjoy my night. WRONG. there was no attendant on duty to verify my parking request and i had to pay for parking AGAIN on the machine in the lot. i have called and called and emailed a bunch to get my money back and have yet to get a response.

I've used this app in Atlanta, Dallas, Fort Worth, Denver, Boulder, and Philadelphia in the last couple of months. LOVE how easy it is to pay on the go and extend when needed. The parking reminder has saved me $$$ in tickets multiple times!

I think they get commissions from cities parking departments.
1.5 left on parking still got a ticket, no one is responsible but me.

They trick you in to parking with violation.

This app never works when you want it too. It won't let you select the correct time that you want, and now they don't even send you notifications when your parking expires. A total waste of resources disguised as something beneficial.

Attempting to use the machine it refuses to print a receipt. I attempted to call the company to rectify the situation but the system is completely automated so you cannot speak with a person.. it tells me at the end of the message to have a great day which I am finding infuriating.

Paid for parking, printed the parking permit, downloaded WAYS as suggested and when we arrived at the location there was not even a parking lot at that location. Customer service would not even attempt to help me. They kept transferring me over to different departments and each time no one knew any of my information. I contacted customer support several times with no resolve. I paid $23 dollars for a parking pass and ended up parking closer to the event for just $6. DO NOT USE PARKMOBILE........

Gone are the days of searching for change or using your credit card while some unsavory character lurks nearby! Great app with convenient service for both on and off street parking. A true lifesaver for the urbanite!

Parkmobile is such a great company and their app easy to use. I use it when traveling and anytime i need to find a quick parking place. It's great not worrying about using a meter and simply use my phone that is always on me.

I parked today using PM and it would not turn off. I was in the spot less than two hours and was charged for nearly 12 hours. I ll park elsewhere next time.
Calling Bloomington tomorrow, what a scam.

Purchased parking at MercedesBenz Stadium but could not find the entry to the lot. Their APP has you use the WAZE app to get to entrance. The directions were wrong and it turned out the entry was over a quarter mile away from the location provided by ParkMobile. Have made 2 requests for a refund and have not gotten a single message or call about my situation. Will never use them again

App is terrible; customer service is terrible; whole experience is terrible. Park in a parking lot instead.

Frustrating experiences with app and each time customer service has been unable to properly assist me. Recently, I reserved parking through the app and after purchase, was notified in the app that I would need to print a permit from ParkMobile in order to proceed with parking. I didn t receive a confirmation email for my order (until 24 hours later) nor a link to access this permit to park. I spoke to 2 representatives on different occasions and neither was of any help. One emailed links that were broken and the other told me to just drive up and see (though it says in bold on my reservation MUST BRING YOUR PRINTED PERMIT TO PARK but he didn t believe me, suggesting that buying from the site and the app might provide different instructions. I ended up just canceling the reservation since it was clear I was not going to get this permit. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I don't know about people complaining, maybe I am just lucky: this app works perfectly! Quick, easy, never a problem logging in or executing payments, I can prolong parking from my seat at the restaurant without having to walk back (unless the max allowed time is reached).

One of those great, simple and convenient apps.

Beware of parking at their lots we parked at one for the weekend and yes the app was convenient and were able to pay for the weekend easily. However, we got a boot on our car on the first day and were told we had to pay for 3 days. We showed them receipts for everyday we were parked and they said they would reduce it to 1 day ($75) but that's the best they could do. By paying/signing you are signing away your right to fight them. So unless you are willing to leave your car there for months to get a court date there is nothing to do. They prey on people and will be allowed to do this until the city does something about it

They may say they don't wire the tickets but they make the contracts for the companies to give them out... They know what's going on and they're fine with it

Booked a place at Carolina Beach for the weekend about a month ago and when I tried to cancel due to the tropical storm coming in, no one at the Carolina Beach parking office would pick up the phone. I finally called Parkmobile after exhausting my options with Carolina Beach and within hours my reservation was canceled AND refunded. Great customer service!

If I could give them a 0 I would.

I was charged 46$ to park in a closed down lot that had chains with a public closed notice on it. The company still posted Lot 432 on paper to the closed, chained lot. Don t expect them to refund your money either. Their representatives are rude and unhelpful. I was told I would need a receipt for another lot I had to park in, yet the only ones open were cash.

This company is a scam.

I use the app four times a week to park in D.C. At least once a month, I am unable to login on the app or a computer. Today is one of those days which is what prompted this review. The login page refuses to load saying the server cannot be reached. This issue is so frequent that it seems as if they are obtaining some sort of kickback from the tickets the city gets to issue from nonpayment. Please fix the issue Parkmobile.

My car was booted illegally and park mobile have me bad info to help resolve the situation. They have me the wrong phone number and said that there was nothing they could do to help. After calling the ATL police department, and being held up for 2.5 hrs. The boot company took the boots off and didn't charge me any fee. Park Mobile did not seem to be interested in helping me to resolve the situation at all, and I feel like they gave me the run around with bad phone numbers. Definitely choose a different parking app if available.

Quite possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. Their app doesn't work. Their website is worse. I filled out a support request, but no one responded. There is no published customer service number, so I called their main HQ. I was transferred to a phone rep who said she understood my problem but she couldn't help. She suggested I contact the US-based customer help desk when they were open on Monday. (The event I am attending is Sunday afternoon, so a call Monday morning will be 18 hours too late.) I found a toll free number online, but it simply goes to a prompt to set up a new account.
Honestly, I will never do business with this sham outfit again. Several local sports teams have partnered with them to provide parking at their venues. I hope they wake up and realize they are forcing their season ticket holders to endure atrocious service and a complete inability to park at their events. I hope they realize this and cut ties with these morons quickly so we can all go back to a world where parking is easy and ParkMobile is on the trash heap of frauds.

This parking system should be challenged through the courts as it erodes basic constitutional protections. Similar to cashless businesses, forcing someone to download an app or call (and pay a $6 setup fee) is de facto discriminatory to several protected classes (the elderly, the disabled, lower-income families, which in some communities are immigrants or members of varied racial classes). It also negatively affects those who are unable to afford phones/credit cards. Moreover, no one should be forced to have a phone on them at all times, which this system presupposes.

Caveat emptor for communities who chose to enact this system. You re doing so at the cost of your communities right of privacy and to be free from discrimination. If I, a technologically savvy millennial living in major cities, was completely confounded by being forced to download an app to park in a small town that I rarely visit, how do you think grandma or someone who doesn t have a credit card is going to navigate/feel? This feels like profiteering for boroughs/cities and Park Mobile rather than a system that provides true utility.

Mission impossible: Password Reset. The function does not work on the mobile app, and I've never seen an email response to any of my inquiries. Yes, I looked in spam. It's like asking for help from a black hole in space. If you're going to have an application that takes money, you MUST provide customer support in a timely manner.

wow looking at these reviews, people are obviously morons!! This app is so convenient and easy to use to PAY FOR PARKING that is all this company provides a payment option instead of standing in line at a kiosk, or putting change in a meter that you have to run back to from blocks away before it expires. They don t own the lots, and they don t control enforcement. Anyway I love being able to add time to my meter without leaving the table, or having to cut my shopping trip short! I am always disappointed when I go somewhere and don t see those little green signs! I am relieved to see that Parkmobile continues to grow into many cities that I travel to

The app seems like a great idea but we used it correctly and we still got a ticket in DC. We were just traveling through and we didn't have time to contest it.

LAME customer service. App has not been functioning and they could offer zero advice. Waste of my time to call.

Great app and great company. The app was a life saver(!!) when I lost my contract parking spot and had to use street parking for a few weeks in downtown New Orleans.

Fantastic application! I was able to pay seamlessly with the app on multiple occasions. I had to park in a parking garage a few days ago and thought that I would have to pay using the parking machine on the main level. Shortly thereafter, I came across a green Parkmobile sign and was very excited to use the app once more and didn't have to waste time walking all the way across the other side of the parking garage to pay using a machine. This app is a must-have for all drivers.

Best parking app around! I can pay for parking on the go or reserve ahead of time! Love being able to extend my time and not rush through dinner. If you drive you need this app!

Awful awful awful!!! I was charged for parking in a remote location when I never authorized it.

We prepaid parking for the Cleveland Browns game on 9/8/19 at First Energy Stadium. We arrived 2 1/2 hours early for the game. When we got to the parking entrance they let us in but said "we don't know where you're going to park". The lot was full. They sell prepaid parking but then continue to let cars in without monitoring how many prepaid spaces were sold. We ended up having to leave and pay for parking again in another lot. I'll never use them again.

Two tickets while using the app. They wont respond to any emails trying to resolve

Parkmobile lets you pay for parking on your phone, which is awesome. Unfortunately, the Android app has always been pretty rough, which isn't awesome. I originally gave them a bad review due to the crappy app, but it's improved dramatically over the last few months. Surprisingly, it's become one of the nicest looking apps on my phone. 5 stars Parkmobile.

I have used the app for years and have been very satisfied. Currently, I m unable to update information, and cannot reach anyone in customer service for assistance.
