Quite possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. Their app doesn't work. Their website is worse. I filled out a support request, but no one responded. There is no published customer service number, so I called their main HQ. I was transferred to a phone rep who said she understood my problem but she couldn't help. She suggested I contact the US-based customer help desk when they were open on Monday. (The event I am attending is Sunday afternoon, so a call Monday morning will be 18 hours too late.) I found a toll free number online, but it simply goes to a prompt to set up a new account.
Honestly, I will never do business with this sham outfit again. Several local sports teams have partnered with them to provide parking at their venues. I hope they wake up and realize they are forcing their season ticket holders to endure atrocious service and a complete inability to park at their events. I hope they realize this and cut ties with these morons quickly so we can all go back to a world where parking is easy and ParkMobile is on the trash heap of frauds.
