Stayed 3 nights in November,,,Nice rooms located in between burjman and adcb metro station,,, very easy accesible to number of spots in dubai,,,smoking and non smoking rooms are available,,,a lot of Indian restaurants around this hotel,,,nice and helpful staff's,,, good swimming pool,,,but food may costly,,, nice bar ,,superb room service,,,reception and bag cloak are very good,,,over all i am waiting for my next trip on this hotel,,,

Good hotel for stay at bur dubai, you find good indian food nearby

Very disappointed that I was asked to leave the gym for wearing a normal casual shoe. It's an empty hotel makeshift gym, not Gold's gym for god sake. Then when questioning the policy the manager just stood in front of me repeating "sorry sir, it's our policy" because he couldn't explain the logic behind the policy.

Good location. Staff friendly and buffet breakfast offered a good choice. Hotel near metro station and shopping centre.

We visited this hotel in September 2018. The Staff are not as professional as you would expect. Our main concern was the fact the hotel failed to deliver on promises made.

We had enquired about watching a boxing event in our room. We enquired before we left the UK and also on arrival and both emails confirmed the event would be shown in our room. On the night of the event the fight did not show in the room, it was only available in the sports bar which was full of smokers and nuisance crowds.

The management failed to acknowledge this and just offered 2 nights stay back as a refund. No real apology or effort to mitigate us.

The hotel is about 5-6 minute walk from Burjuman shopping mall which is convenient. There are places like Dominos, 7Elevent, Pizza Hut, London Dairy all within walking distance which was useful as the hotel itself is quite expensive for food.

We wont be staying here again but would recommend it for anyone who is not fussed or bothered about communication barriers and breakdowns with staff and management.

Love this hotel, overall I stayed 6 times now and many memories attached here. Good interior, well mannered staff, rightly located hotel. Best experience is to have breakfast on 19th floor and having the view of sheikh Zayed road and blur view of some well known buildings.

We had a great stay. Hotel staff were friendly and caring. Hotel is near to a metro station, which is helpful if you try to save some money on transport. There are gazillion food options around this hotel. We were upgraded to a suite room, one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in.

The hotel is very bad and all Filipinos and Indians would never recommend staying there

I asked double bed....they joint two bed and gave when and we had uncomfortable night. Counter did not have any regrate for wrong doing and busy for new passengers

Liked the bars one at the rooftop isuch better the one at the reception level is typical sports bar good drink (range not as wide as the one on roof top) but good beers on tap including hoegarden (I don't look beyond that)

It's one good place in old Dubai, it is very close by Dubai frame Emirates mall and bhurj kalifa

Hotel old but confortable. The guests are mainly from middle east, few european. The service is very good and also the breakfast could be appreciated from people from wherever...it is equipped with several type of foods ( Indian, American, European, etc..)

It is a very nice property located in Bur Dubai. The stay was perfect and the family enjoyed the trip

A magnificent and beautiful hotel. The rooms are wonderful and the pool ... Dreamy! Very close to the meters and restaurants for lunch or dinner and a few minutes from the airport.

I came in the club seven and after 2:45 I went in the washroom there was cleaning one guy his name's babar public area attander he asking me abou my phone number my have request to this hotel management ask to this guy why he need my phone number and this is not a first time before he was doing this with my friend

Staff at reception at worse management waisted my time talking in the airport , the manager is also not we ll trained how to deal with the customers, my friend almost missed the flight

One of the major benefit staying at this property is that it is centrally located near metro station, have many indian restaurants in vicinty, indian food is good, rooms are spacious and decently maintained, have taxi parking also

Great location. Just between the Burjman and ACD metro station on the Main expressway of Dubai. Also surrounding are very good Indian restaurant that offer lip smacking Indian foods of all variety. Has a rooftop pool , steam , sauna and a Jacuzzi as well. Rooms were clean and the staff also upgraded my room.

Good hotel. Nearer to Sukh Saver and other Indian places. Competitive tariff.

Nice hotel with all the amenities. You can enjoy complimentary Spa services including Sauna and Jacuzzi. The view from the top is amazing as The Burj Khalifa as well as other skyscrapers are also a sight to behold. Can get a bit crowded during Holiday season. The breakfast offered is great as all cuisines are available.

Gets a star because for me this is only a 3 star hotel and as stated five stars. The breakfast room can be seen with the view.

Rawaaaa and advise you to try it stayed in a suite of two bedrooms in the 18th floor and the views were Khairrrrvih especially night and service very wonderful and fast despite the overcrowded ... the only problem is the lack of a kitchen and microwave .. Only a coffee machine and a small refrigerator ... Expanded room and clean and bed very cool and wonderful .. For a beautiful experience I advise you ..

the white people working as the higher authorities think that the indians are beggars and treat them pretty badly.

The hotel is definitely not 5 star. The location is far away from everything and is in the old part of Dubai. So in the evening if you want to go out on foot, you won't find anything for a walk or to eat except Pizza Hut or Burger KING. Fortunately, taxis are cheap (40 AED per airport - 40 AED for Dubai MALL and 70 AED for Dubai Marina). The metro stop is also attached. The photos on their site are misleading. The restaurant on the 19th floor has a nice view but both breakfast and lunch and dinner nothing special. The pub on the ground floor has satellite TV for live events but unfortunately you smoke. The rooms have nothing to it. To our arrival, after booking with Expedia they asked us for an EXTRA bed supplement because for them a 6-year-old girl sleeps in the double with her parents (ASSURDO). They also asked for a deposit of 2,000 AED for this reason. The ns. room also didn't smell good. Working WIFI and swimming pool and gym on the top floor not bad. Staff quite courteous. Unfortunately there is also a night club on the first floor (avoid adjacent rooms due to noise)

5 star hotel but seem like 4 stars. Close to airport and metro but far from beach, business bay, palm and marina. Lobby/lounge area is basic. Hotel staff are polite enough. Be prepared to wait for hours if you arrive before check in time. House keeping and room service is slow. Didn't offer basic things like shower robes and slippers. Breakfast is okay- live omelette station, french toast waffles pancakes basic but they did have a lot of options like Asian breakfast. Pool on roof has nice view but tinyyy.

Really a great place to stay in Dubai. 5* hotel. Pool, Jacuzzi, Night Club, Food Court, Dedicated Indian Food Court...all you want under one roof. Their rooms are good and service are moderate. If you prefer low price tasty asian foods, within 50 metres distance there is a hotel called Ravi which is great value for money. Medical store, Money Exchange, Departmental Store are all near the hotel and the bust stop is just opposite of the hotel. It is placed just opposite of Burjaman Centre in Dubai. The nearest Metro station is 100 metres near the hotel. This hotel is mostly occupied by business or corporate customers and family tourists.

Update: This hotel is still clean and decent but I had to remove at least 1 star in the rating. Still recommended but lower your expectations for the following reasons..

Things have changed. It must be new management or owners. No longer luxury just basic. Staff are good but not nearly as attentive as they were before. The rooms are still neat and clean but missing that extra touch. Customer base has also changed.
On a positive note, the area around the hotel has improved on congestion.

Best place to stay with modern aminities
It is in center of city it will be easy for tourist to visit city tour .

Park Regis is a great place to be there because prime location and various amenities and calmness and no doubt and economical.

Great view from the top. Their breakfast and dinner is also good. Indian menu is there. Good staff. Very well located. Surrounded by good Indian restaurants. Connected well by metro too.
