Really not impressed and not worthy of the Hilton name... Frustrating check in process where we had to wait in two long lines very unnecessarily while plenty of staff could have helped but didn't. Lobby is poorly designed but nice and the rooms are the opposite..

A beautiful hotel with lots of great amenities like breakfast, fast WiFi and great room service. The views are awesome and there s so much to do around that you don t even need to use a vehicle but you can get to the pier if you take the trolley cars which I highly recommend trying. It s very fun. There s no pool which is a little disappointing but it s not a dealbreaker, is stay here again

The Parc 55 SF is a lovely hotel with great meeting space. But, what truly sets the hotel apart is their staff. I worked with Darya G., an Event Manager & John C with PSAV to set up a terrific program. On meeting day, the staff assigned to us - Michelle W., Will & Jimmy were fantastic! Wentt above and beyond. The food was excellent and overall service from the staff was exceptional! I am already planning to begging this program back next year!

Extremely glad to have been able to spend my time in SF at the Parc 55. The hotel is clean and located in a great spot - only a block from the Moscone Center, right at the edge of Chinatown and the financial districts, and a quick MUNI ride to literally anywhere you'd want to go. The hotel itself is pretty unassuming once you get past the fact that the lobby is located on the second floor, but it's well-kept and the staff is really courteous. I'm probably the furthest thing from a VIP guest available but they never hesitated to personally hand-deliver items to my room if I needed anything. The one thing I wish it had was a dedicated free shuttle to the airport - theirs runs about $50 - but truthfully one of the local bus lines can get you there, too, and the BART station is less than 200 feet from the hotel door, which is invaluable for getting to and from SFO assuming your flight isn't at the crack of dawn when the BART isn't running. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a business-class stay in San Francisco.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the service was fantastic! I got multiple contacts from the hotel making sure everything was to my liking. The best part was the proximity to the BART station - walk up the stairs and you were facing the hotel. Wonderful!!

Great location, and big rooms. One downside is that house keeping is annoyingly early at 8ish so for holiday travellers who would like to sleep in longer, that would not be ideal. (Ive requested to not service mine but sound does travel from the loud vaccum machine). Overall, still great as long as you got your earplugs in!

Took family and grandma to SF Giants Fan Fest. Hotel is middle of everything. Took cable car to Chinatown, Fisherman's Warf, and Union Square. Great Area, yes a few homeless people, nothing scary. Walked around at 1am and felt safe!

Somewhat old-ish. Good service from every staff member, except the day the shower went cold, and they weren't able to propose something to excuse the inconvenience. I would go again, but ask about the state of the boiler room first. Oh, and the water bottle in the room costs 6$ + taxes.

The room itself was ok, but the street noise and thin walls was so bad we couldn't sleep. We could hear the neighboring room flush their toilets, and most every single word of conversations and endless yelling on the street six feet below. Stay somewhere else if you want to actually sleep.

I arrived very late after a delayed flight, around 3am. The staff was accommodating and quick to get me to my room. The room itself was very comfortable and well equipped. I had nothing to complain about. And the view was nice too! Convenient location as well, being located next to the Powell Street Bart station.

The area is right next to the tenderloin and is really sketchy. The hotel is a little dated and the prices are insanely expensive. I know it is San Francisco, but I've seen prices above $700 at times.

Great location. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and shopping. Clean modern hotel with a 24h gym. The gym is surprisingly good for a hotel gym. Several cardio machines (treadmill, elliptical, bike), several weight machines, some free weights, and lots of space.

Went to the restaurant Kin Khao. Had about a 15 minute wait. Food was very good, and also loved the drinks. We were seated at the bar. Bartender and servers were really nice. Seems like menu rotates. Worth a try!

I attended a friend's event at the restaurant. Everyone of the staff I interacted with was very professional and super polite. The food and drinks were excellent, the atmosphere was perfect. The music at what I thought was an appropriate level, noticable but still possible to have a conversation over.

Great location close to just about everything, the room was clean and staff quick to act on requests. Theres a great little resultant downstairs that I really enjoyed. parking here is extremely expensive as it is everywhere around here so beware

This hotel is better and quieter than the nearby Hilton. Nice room, good service. The only disappoinment was the fact that in daytime, one can only access the lobby restrooms with a room key. Imagine coming to pick up your bag on the way to the airport and having to ask someone to let you in.

Top 3 things

Top 3 things
1) We arrived around midday and were able to check in to our room straight away which was brilliant.
2) Excellent location - just a short stroll from Union Square.
3) Room was not large, but beds were comfortable and shower worked well. Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries were a nice touch of luxury. The bay window was nice and let a lot of natural light into the room. Would be great if part of it could be opened - more than the existing slot at the bottom, to let some more fresh air into the rooms.

Considering how central this hotel is, noise at night did not disturb our sleep. Staff at check in and at the restaurant and bar were excellent - friendly and efficient. Food at the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great range of foods from dumplings and congee to oats, cereal, fruit, bacon, eggs, toast, bagels and pastries.

Beautiful hotel, very central, the only bad thing is that the parking lot is exaggeratedly expensive 80dlls per night approximately, but around the place you can find up to 45dlls per night. The rooms and the hotel in general is very beautiful and elegant.

Hotel located just off Bart (Powell Station), across from department stores, on Market Street.
The reception makes you feel like you are in a beautiful Hilton hotel. Unfortunately, the sound insulation is abysmal. From the 14th floor, you can hear everything that is happening in the street. It is very annoying when tipsy customers come out of bars and argue. Housekeeping is not up to the standard of a Hilton chain hotel.
