Nice hotel. Good location but noisy cos windows not sound proof.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed the service and hospitality.
The place is real clean and well decorated. The restaurant we ate at was great!
Really not impressed and not worthy of the Hilton name... Frustrating check in process where we had to wait in two long lines very unnecessarily while plenty of staff could have helped but didn't. Lobby is poorly designed but nice and the rooms are the opposite..
Since last year October 2018 Parc 55 is not a good place to stay. New black manager is dangerous man who may abuse your children. Please stay safe , please watch your surroundings.
Stayed in the presidential suite and it s amazing. Great view as well.
Hilton owned, comparable levels of service, quiet meeting rooms, lots of diverse events inside and nearby, easy access to Bart, public transportation, shopping
Clean rooms. Great tvs. Very close to cable car start. Bart. And visitor center. Room very hot on side with sunrise facing window. No microwave.
Great location and the people provided excellent service.
A beautiful hotel with lots of great amenities like breakfast, fast WiFi and great room service. The views are awesome and there s so much to do around that you don t even need to use a vehicle but you can get to the pier if you take the trolley cars which I highly recommend trying. It s very fun. There s no pool which is a little disappointing but it s not a dealbreaker, is stay here again
Great views, friendly staff, rooms are very average.
Convenient and convenient hotel in the city center, comfortable and luxurious, moving
Great location minutes from bart. Clean rooms. Nice bar and restaurant.
They need to downgrade this hotel to a 3 star. It s ridiculous they call it a 4 star. There is no room service. No minibar. No robe. No conveniences. Not a good neighborhood either.
The Parc 55 SF is a lovely hotel with great meeting space. But, what truly sets the hotel apart is their staff. I worked with Darya G., an Event Manager & John C with PSAV to set up a terrific program. On meeting day, the staff assigned to us - Michelle W., Will & Jimmy were fantastic! Wentt above and beyond. The food was excellent and overall service from the staff was exceptional! I am already planning to begging this program back next year!
Hotel was nice n clean. Stood in line for at least 25 minutes trying to check in. Hallway smells like rotting meat or garbage sometimes. $88 overnight valet parking.
Extremely glad to have been able to spend my time in SF at the Parc 55. The hotel is clean and located in a great spot - only a block from the Moscone Center, right at the edge of Chinatown and the financial districts, and a quick MUNI ride to literally anywhere you'd want to go. The hotel itself is pretty unassuming once you get past the fact that the lobby is located on the second floor, but it's well-kept and the staff is really courteous. I'm probably the furthest thing from a VIP guest available but they never hesitated to personally hand-deliver items to my room if I needed anything. The one thing I wish it had was a dedicated free shuttle to the airport - theirs runs about $50 - but truthfully one of the local bus lines can get you there, too, and the BART station is less than 200 feet from the hotel door, which is invaluable for getting to and from SFO assuming your flight isn't at the crack of dawn when the BART isn't running. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a business-class stay in San Francisco.
Spent a few nights for conference. Nice place with several good restaurants nearby.
The rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the service was fantastic! I got multiple contacts from the hotel making sure everything was to my liking. The best part was the proximity to the BART station - walk up the stairs and you were facing the hotel. Wonderful!!
Great location, and big rooms. One downside is that house keeping is annoyingly early at 8ish so for holiday travellers who would like to sleep in longer, that would not be ideal. (Ive requested to not service mine but sound does travel from the loud vaccum machine). Overall, still great as long as you got your earplugs in!
Took family and grandma to SF Giants Fan Fest. Hotel is middle of everything. Took cable car to Chinatown, Fisherman's Warf, and Union Square. Great Area, yes a few homeless people, nothing scary. Walked around at 1am and felt safe!
Somewhat old-ish. Good service from every staff member, except the day the shower went cold, and they weren't able to propose something to excuse the inconvenience. I would go again, but ask about the state of the boiler room first. Oh, and the water bottle in the room costs 6$ + taxes.
The room itself was ok, but the street noise and thin walls was so bad we couldn't sleep. We could hear the neighboring room flush their toilets, and most every single word of conversations and endless yelling on the street six feet below. Stay somewhere else if you want to actually sleep.
I arrived very late after a delayed flight, around 3am. The staff was accommodating and quick to get me to my room. The room itself was very comfortable and well equipped. I had nothing to complain about. And the view was nice too! Convenient location as well, being located next to the Powell Street Bart station.
Beautiful hotel, with very accommodating staff. Close to literally everything! Would stay again!
The staff are professional and dedicated, however the breakfast staff are disorganized and no buffet of this quality should cost more than $15, let alone the insane $35 charged here.
Nice hotel in downtown San Francisco! Service is great, bit noisy on the streets in the morning. Overall good.
It is good place to go to airport from airport to Powell station. A place where you can go to night by car, except when the time is too heavy on the sofa handle. Public transportation
A little bit outdated hotel, mut we got a huge suite with great views. The breakfast buffet is super overpriced, but if you can get a free voucher, go for it.
The area is right next to the tenderloin and is really sketchy. The hotel is a little dated and the prices are insanely expensive. I know it is San Francisco, but I've seen prices above $700 at times.
Great location. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and shopping. Clean modern hotel with a 24h gym. The gym is surprisingly good for a hotel gym. Several cardio machines (treadmill, elliptical, bike), several weight machines, some free weights, and lots of space.
Phones in the room didnt work and power in the bathrooms went out. They were prompt in addressing and correcting the issues but still inconvenient.
Fantastic location and clean, spacious room. Stree noise can be annoying and limited in-room amenities.
I didn't stay there but was visiting a friend. Very easy to get to. The elevator system is amazing. The rooms are beautiful.
Went to the restaurant Kin Khao. Had about a 15 minute wait. Food was very good, and also loved the drinks. We were seated at the bar. Bartender and servers were really nice. Seems like menu rotates. Worth a try!
Very nice large room, I was on the round corner of the building so the room kinda wraps around but great views, quiet and Hilton quality
Not worth the money at all. I would not recommend going here. Plenty of other quality places to stay.
Unimpressive, pricy hotel with cheap looking backdated motel-6 themed rooms. Clean and convenient.
Service in the restaurant was pretty poor and the dinning area not clean.
Clean rooms. Good food for the meeting. Polite service.
The area is decent and beat shopping. The only issue is that it is very close to a bad neighborhood
The bar makes a fabulous Cucumber martini and they are macaroni and cheese rocks! I would suggest adding the mushrooms!
Yet another addition to the all awesome North Beach restaurants
Nice but a little dated. AC never got cold and leaked a big puddle of water on the floor. Great location though.
A little old decoration of the rooms and corridors. The beds excellent and the service good.
I attended a friend's event at the restaurant. Everyone of the staff I interacted with was very professional and super polite. The food and drinks were excellent, the atmosphere was perfect. The music at what I thought was an appropriate level, noticable but still possible to have a conversation over.
Nice hotel. Nice rooms great view and a friendly staff.
Great hotel, follow too firm for my taste and early noise (I live in the woods, not used to city noises)
Right at the exit of BART Powell. Martket Street is a few steps away. Good location. Clean room
Great hotel. Not to far from Moscone center. Comfortable beds.
Great location close to just about everything, the room was clean and staff quick to act on requests. Theres a great little resultant downstairs that I really enjoyed. parking here is extremely expensive as it is everywhere around here so beware
This hotel is better and quieter than the nearby Hilton. Nice room, good service. The only disappoinment was the fact that in daytime, one can only access the lobby restrooms with a room key. Imagine coming to pick up your bag on the way to the airport and having to ask someone to let you in.
Good location the just need to do better with their food selection. Even with all the doors and windows shut the city sounds were disturbing
Nice staff, clean rooms, free wifi after you register as Hilton guest. I hope I'll be back here!
Hotel is still very good, parking for 75 nights is not happy
Top 3 things
1) We arrived around midday and were able to check in to our room straight away which was brilliant.
2) Excellent location - just a short stroll from Union Square.
3) Room was not large, but beds were comfortable and shower worked well. Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries were a nice touch of luxury. The bay window was nice and let a lot of natural light into the room. Would be great if part of it could be opened - more than the existing slot at the bottom, to let some more fresh air into the rooms.
More
Considering how central this hotel is, noise at night did not disturb our sleep. Staff at check in and at the restaurant and bar were excellent - friendly and efficient. Food at the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great range of foods from dumplings and congee to oats, cereal, fruit, bacon, eggs, toast, bagels and pastries.
Great location. Close to town. Lots of shopping and restaurants.
Beautiful hotel, very central, the only bad thing is that the parking lot is exaggeratedly expensive 80dlls per night approximately, but around the place you can find up to 45dlls per night. The rooms and the hotel in general is very beautiful and elegant.
Moving inside, swearing, swearing, oh, black, oh, strange, and crisis, who wants to listen to it, who is ok, can be blinded, and then can be from the brain.
Hotel located just off Bart (Powell Station), across from department stores, on Market Street.
The reception makes you feel like you are in a beautiful Hilton hotel. Unfortunately, the sound insulation is abysmal. From the 14th floor, you can hear everything that is happening in the street. It is very annoying when tipsy customers come out of bars and argue. Housekeeping is not up to the standard of a Hilton chain hotel.
