I ve had a couple of issues with my account, most of them having to do with billing. In every case that I ve called them, they were able to resolve my issues and make sure that everything was correct. They were willing to wave fees and work with me. I still have a memebership at my gym mainly because they have been great with customer service.

This company issues credits to gym member accounts that have been requested by gym management, slower than I've ever experienced anywhere else. I have been waiting well over 3 weeks to see the credit that was told to my gym management would be issued within a few days after the request was made. My gym management is also having frustration over the length of time Paramount is taking to credit member's accounts. This practice certainly needs to be looked at internally to make it better for both account holders and gym owners...

This has been the single most unhelpful company in regards to trying to cancel an account. Its near impossible to receive any substantial help in cancellation. The fax doesnt work, the emails dont work, calling constantly did not work. It finally took legal action for them to actually cancel the account and reimburse the money that they took.

My experience at VASA in Greeley was exceptional. Everyone was very helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I signed up for personal training and my trainer Shawn was wonderful. I unfortunately had to cancel my membership and even that process was great. Bonnie took care of everything and I couldn t be more happy.

Usually, customer service people tend to be a bit snippy when it comes to rates, fees, etc. They forget the human side of things. This did not happen to me today. The agent I spoke with was level-headed and reasonable. Her supervisor was too. I'm grateful for people like this who are willing to hear the whole story and try to understand before seeking to make you understand. A refreshing breath of air and a plug for the good in humanity! Keep it up Paramount.

WORST PLACE EVER, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TRIED CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION VIA PHONE CALL.. SUPPOSEDLY IT WAS CANCELLED ALL WAS GOOD 4 MONTHS LATER 200 DOLLAR BILL THRU A COLLECTION AGENCY THEN THEY WOULDNT HELP ME.. TOLD ME I HAD TO DEAL WITH THE COLLECTION AGENCY THAT THEY COULDNT HELP ME OVER A 30 DOLLAR CANCELLATION FEE NOW I HAVE TO PAY 200 AND THEY HIT MY CREDIT WORST PLACE EVER

I'm leaving a mixed review because I had a mixed experience.

After a month of attempting to contact Vasa Fitness for information on how to update my form of payment (left several detailed voicemails), I heard nothing. It wasn't until my payment failed to process that Paramount reached out to me via email. I had no idea that I had to deal with a third party company to process my payment, otherwise I would have contacted them to begin with.

I first called and spoke with a crewmember by the name of Connor. He was incredibly rude, unwilling to listen, and the very little information he provided was only given to me after I asked to him to lower his voice. Truly unprofessional.

I called again today and spoke with Cooper. I explained to Cooper what my situation was (my card had been stolen which is why I was attempting to contact Vasa - to update this info so that my payment wouldn't become delinquent). He was patient and listened to my situation. When he suggested that I should pay a late fee, I asked him how this could be waived since Vasa had never contacted me. I had done my part, they had not done theirs. He helped me contact my bank to verify that my card was stolen, and was able to waive the fee. All it took was a little patience, and his willingness help.

Overall, I'm unsatisfied with how Vasa handled this, and unsatisfied with my original experience with Paramount. That said, I am so appreciative of Cooper's willingness to help and provide real customer service. Give this man some kudos! He deserves them.

HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to cancel my membership and they want to charge me the annual fee for the upcoming year when I won't even be using the facilities. I stopped using the gym due to COVID 19 and would have returned but they are still charging me money when my pass has been on hold. The rep would not work with me at all even though I agreed to pay the normal cancellation fee. Do not use VASA or any company related to paramount acceptance. The billing and service is horrible and they do not treat you like humans. Let alone the managers are not properly trained and will try to speak over you.

The supervisor I dealt with Tanner deserves 5 stars, and should be handling all of the training. He was the only representative who was actually nice and genuinely cared about helping. Before that the individuals we talked to were dismissive, condescending, and down right rude to the point of stalling to connect us to the supervisor. Vasa fitness was not a good gym, their sales folks lied to get us to sign, and the only good interaction I ve ever had with this company was on the phone cancelling my membership with the help of Tanner. The workers of Vasa and this company could
Take a page out of Tanner s book and greatly improve how everything is ran.

Because of Paramount Acceptance I will not be renewing my Golds Gym contract. They charged me a late fee because they said my card was expired. Turns out it wasn't expired. Called my bank customer service and they informed me that Paramount Acceptance had entered the wrong expiration date when they ran my card for the month of July. So they charged me a late fee. I have called them numerous times and they still won't credit me back the late charge even though it was their fault. I even had my personal banker from Chase call them and explain to them the situation and they still won't do anything about this fee. A $20 late fee is nothing. It's the fact that this company won't admit they made a mistake. Every time I call them, I encounter rude and arrogant reps who have no customer service skills whatsoever. I am done with Golds.

About a year ago I was threatened by Paramount Acceptance that I was going to be sent to Collection agency for not paying a yearly maintenance fee $180 for (Vasa Fitness) Gold Gym. When I only used their gym for 3 months. I told them I wasn't going to pay the maintenance fee since its been less than a year, that I became a member of this gym.

One year has past and I haven't heard from them or the collection agency. This was simply a scam.

Since the closure of the VASA gyms due to COVID-19 I had some issues with my account that Rachel took of. Specifically since there would be no access to the pool (the only reason I go to VASA). Rachel went ahead and froze my account. I really appreciated her help and professionalism!

Had to call Paramount to change payment arrangements the credit card I was using had been closed by my bank for fraudulent activity. I received a letter from Paramount about a fee for none payment. That prompted me to call. I spoke with a lovely young lady named Noelle. She was pleasant, helpful and quick to solve my issue. She was also kind enough to look into getting a late charge removed which Paramount did. I asked her some questions about my account and she was able to answer them with no hesitation. Thank you

I called & paid my account & asked for my membership to be cancelled LAST MONTH. Following month I get billed AGAIN for the account I cancelled. I ve called for 4 days & NO ANSWER. I don t get called back when I leave my number for a call back & ive emailed regarding this issue and haven t gotten a response. Vasa is actually a nice gym but if this is the company I have to deal with when regarding payments etc then I won t be doing business with them.

So let me begin I'm leaving 4 star for 2 reasons first reason is Robert Daniels great guy I had issues with my wife's bill spoke with 2 customer service reps regarding it one was a supervisor and just terrible service I tell you frustrating so Mr. Daniels called me back a few days later and told me he happen to listen to the recording of our conversations and compensated my bill appreciated that Mr Daniels I wasn't Expecting that but not only did he do that but he expressed to me he would address the situation with the people I spoke so it would not happen again highly appreciate that after what I went through with them so Robert Daniels your awesome need more like you 2 and the second reason the gyms are pretty well maintained so good job besides the small issue with the payment center people I spoke with or I would have gave 5 stars

This is by far the worst company, i called to tell them my debit card number changed so they wouldnt try to charge it any more, and got a call 2 months later saying that i was behind, i asked how much i owed them and it was upwards of $150! they said there were about 5 late and nsf fees that needed to be paid because they couldnt get a payment... from my old account!! i went into the world gym and told them that i wasnt going to pay that, and they took it down to $116 but my gym membership was only $20 a month! cancelling my account, so i never have to deal with either company ever again.

Chris was my representative with paramount acceptance on behalf of VASA Fitness, and he was utterly amazing at helping me to explain a billing issue, as well as making sure that I had all the correct expectations regarding canceling the auto renew. He had a great bedside manner so to speak and I hope that they re grooming him for promotion. In any case, if your gym uses paramount acceptance then you re in a good place
