very pleasant expirience, sharon was very helpful when she went over the features of the ILX I was planning to lease. Patrick was also very helpful in working out my deal and tried to accomodate me as best he can. Mike and Rob were able to make the deal happen and I thank Paragon Acura for catering to my financial needs and having me drive off in a new 2014 ILX.

I've been dealing with the General Sales Manager Murat since 2010! He has always done good by me and the customers I have brought him. He is honest and tries his best to get you the best deal he can and works with your budget! He has always worked with me and always has given me the proper advice when getting into a new deal. In my recent deal he and his sales person Patrick again were outstanding. Patrick was very politely, relayed all information properly to me and made my transition into my new car fast, easy and no stress. Mike the Finance person tried his best and was very patient in making this deal happen as well too. I was able to go in and out and not spend my entire day there. IT IS WORST DEAL I EVER MADE. DO NOT TRUST its quality of certified pre-owned car. It is ACURA certified not any cheap brand car. How come the quality is such a low and even cheating the warranty period.
I was owner of 2013 RDX and bought certified pre-owned 2014. I was so satisfied and 100 % trust about certified vehicle. So I also decided to buy certified preowned to 2017 MDX by trading my old RDX this time.
However, It was worst deal I ever made. first of all, It was my biggest mistake not to check the car careful. As I trusted the certified preowned so much, I had basic trust of it not likely buy car on the street.
After all deal was made, I found that, -.The sensor of collusion and lane keeping has been out of order which sales guy was said it could be reset easily. but found that the font window has been replaced before. He said there was small dent on it and replaced it to be certified.. -.Driver side mirror has been broken not folding properly. is it broken after inspection???? -.The conditions of The steering wheel is not clean as it the car having 16000 miles. -.There is 2 spot dent on rear bumper which I skipped it because I thought that it is just simple scratch. but it is not, there is exact 2 dent and the distance of it is just like the mountain bolt of front number plate. which means, the dent had been made my collision of the car. -.The front wheel left and light cover has been mis-aligned which means it has been removed and reinstalled for some reason. which I am very afraid of possible hidden reason. -.The tire thread is worn. it doesn't look like depth of it for 16000 miles car. so the wheel might be replaced. -.It is listed year 2017 car but warranty start calculating 2016.. When I made a deal, saleman said verbally it is started 2017. but after all done, I found it calculated 2016 by Carfax... salesman just said "SORRY"... what kind professionalism it is.. They didn't even provided warranty document.
I tried to return the car next day but salesman said you will be losing $8K if you return it(which is totally not acceptable) also said please give him a chance to fix the problem and promised to replace new steering wheel.. However, Salesman changed his word and steering wheel will be cleaned only... They ended up replace it but I think this kind of playing game is not for ACURA dealer class manner and customer care.
This is my main concern of purchasing this CERTIFIED PRE-OWN vehicle. How come the sensor and mirror went bed after check to 182 point to be certified preowned. So How come I can trust their inspection result of this car. It is serious matter of quality issue. It looks like there is a hidden problem of this vehicle as mentioned above. This is CERTIFIED PREOWNed of ACURA. I need more assurance on the quality of this vehicle. it is totally unacceptable for the customer who has 100% confidence on your product before became 110% disappointed.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!Horrible service and wait time for service is unexceptable. I waited 4 hours for a oil change. They don t provide any rental. Then they send you for a free car wash near by(classic wash ) and worst car wash ever!!! Go see their reviews. I should of looked at that before i even Took my brand new car there. How they do business with that company. They use regular towels which scratch your paint and do not clean it well. How do they stay in business damaging peoples cars. I had to take it to professionals to clean it well then noticed scratches all over due to the cheap towels they use. Now I have to fix my car at my own expensive.NEVER AGAIN!!!
I went to Paragon Acura without thinking I would come home the same day with a Acura ILX 2020. Carlos was a great help. He was professional, and he definitely went above and beyond for me. Good experience. I have never experience this before buying a new car in a dealership and so far im very happy. they helped me out alot coming from 2010 Pilot to 2018 MDX. I found the valet service very easy and convenient. I went to Paragon Acura's website to setup an appointment and they sent someone to my home to pick up my MDX. The person that picked up my car immediately to measures to protect it by wearing gloves and placing a protective cover over the steering wheel. Overall, I'm very happy with the service provided by Paragon Acura.
My experience with paragon Acura was not as I expected , when I review them online I thought this would be a Smoove transaction . Boy was I wrong . The sales clerk that I had appointment with was not upfront she took a down payment on the car and them told me I had to come back the next day because the credit department was closed . I was furious as she did not let me know this upfront . The next day I come to seal the deal she goes very hard to sale gap insurance ,she told me a story about how people leave the dealer and crash all the time . I thought nothing of it until I finally left the dealership with the car , as I m driving of with tlx sh awd car I notice my feet are slipping every where there was wax on these mats I was scared for my life . Overall the Car was great experience was not
Horrible experience i arrived at Paragon Acura and was told the system was down...i was seated with no further info on my car or service. I was there for 3 hours waiting to b seen althought i had a 1pm appointment no one came out to see if i was there. I speaks to the service guy Ricky and he tells me theres no freon for AC services...i wasted 3 hours of my time there i was given horrible customer service...i would not recommend this place to anyone they dont care about your service just the money is all they want :(
I enjoyed how welcoming, informative and patient the staff were at Paragon Acura. Thomas Ng made sure to know what we were looking for and offered us a test drive which we did. He shared his knowledge on the TLX A-spec and we got to know a bit about him too. My partner and I were very happy with the excellent customer service (As well as the car :D) we received and hope we can continue in the future.
Joe rosa was great. He was able to get me out of my previous car and into a new one in a timely fashion. Mike was just excelent. They found me the best rates and helped me out with what i needed. This is the only place I bring my car for service and they haven t let me down. Every service advisor I ve worked with is very friendly and goes to great lengths to make sure I understand what s going on with my car at all points of service. They really do go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met here!! Just this morning I brought my car back because a part was loosened after my complimentary car wash and they took me in without having scheduled an appointment and fixed it. Highly recommend.
Hello people. I had to write this because of an exceptional experience I had with one of the employee I met at this location. WILSON MATEO. I was at Paragon Acura on 04/08 with my Sister and husband to test drive and if possible to lease a MDX. Wilson Mateo was very helpful and completely transparent about the vehicle pricing. Unfortunately my sis decided to wait for little while more to get the car. I have some previous experience dealing with car dealership(s). They will become rude once you say we not getting a car now. But Wilson Mateo was very understandable. So if you planning on going to this location talk to Wilson Mateo. Wilson is an asset to Paragon Acura Team.
This is my first time doing business with an Acura dealership within the confines of New York City. The interior of the dealership is nice and warm. Like anything else in NYC, everything is compact. I went for a service appointment. I felt as though I only got a bare minimum service and if I wanted more, I would need to pay extra. I can say that overall, the experience was not bad.

I just had the best experience with Alex Munoz at Paragon Acura. My car needed service and he walked me through the whole process and made it so easy. Knowing that it would take a few days to fix because of the holidays, he made sure to get a taxi to take me home and have the car delivered to my house so that I would have no headaches. This dealer is unique. Never seen before. The frequency of oil changes is really fast. Every time you change the oil, you can only use 1,000 miles. And within a month. Never before. Changing the oil at other dealers, nothing happened. This happens again after changing the oil this time. I will never come back.

Worst experience ever!!! I just purchased certified 2014 MDX. car has engine noise first they said they are going to fix it. After more than 2 weeks on the Acura service center they said it is behavior for Acura MDX. They put scratch on my car and left water bottle and coffee cup on my car. when I purchased the car Manager said he's going to take care the scratch on the car but after polishing scratch was still there. Sorry to say- I hated overall service and will not recommend anyone to go to Paragon Acura.

Visiting 5th time here to cancel warranty that I purchased on my Acura car. On my 3rd visit I did paper work with another finance manager to cancel. But that paper work never somehow reached her. On 4th visit got the finance manager to do my paper work and was told with 30-45 days. It would be reflected on my statement. After 3 months warranty is still active and I have to chase down people here (finance manager Carleen) .
This place is SO much better than Acura of Brooklyn. I live in Brooklyn but I'd gladly drive the extra distance to get here - better service, better environment (clean and bright and friendly), faster, and didn't make me worry l was getting ripped off. Definitely recommended.

I am so impressed with the service. They picked up the car and delivered it back after the service was done. Everything was done on the same day, so we did not have to wait for long. Chris was the one who helped us. He was very informative and respectful.
Horrible experience at Paragon Acura. I bought an Acura RDX back in November. I quickly had to bring it back because some of the parts in the car were broken. Also, my windshield was all scratched up from the windshield wiper (We didn't notice it on the day we bought the car as it was dark outside). We were told that everything is going to be fixed. I got my car back, the windshield and one more thing were still not fixed. We brought it back again. They kept a car for over three weeks. Finally we got a call, that it is ready for pick up and that the windshield is not fixed because it is not covered under the warranty. The car was just sitting in the yard for almost a month!!! On top of that one of the service guys, told us that we could just put in a phony insurance claim that the windshield broke in order to have it replaced. Seriously??!! NOT HAPPY! I will never buy a car from them again.
I went to Paragon Acura to check out the new RDX. Brian Wagner was my sales consultant. Initially he was helpful in explaining leasing vs finance options. When it came to actually checking out the vehicle the experience was horrible. The RDX A-Spec trim was brought out front with no gas. He attempted to fill it at the local gas station with no luck. I got to drive the RDX around the block from the dealership. This wasn t my first time shopping around for a vehicle and I expected a better experience. I have shopped at Paragon Honda before and have even been offered test drives with no issues whatsoever. I felt very uncomfortable at the end and Brian was super pushy. I had to ask for his business card without him even offering. When he was crunching some numbers for me I inquired about truecar and he said he was not a truecar representative. Again this was not my first time shopping for a vehicle and I was not impressed with the service here.
Jose was a great salesperson. I was treated with the utmost respect and i couldnt be anymore happier. This is my first time here at paragon and im glad to say im going home with a new 2015 acura mdx.

This is a terrible dealership with very competitive pricing.
They will advertise great prices online, but once you go there you can expect all of the tired games. I'll give a few examples: 1. I discussed my trade-in on the phone with them, and they offered me a price. I gave them the VIN and sent photos. We had an agreement until I drove an 1.5 hours to them, then they offered far less. 2. When negotiating, they do the old trope of making you sit and wait while they go speak to the manager. 3. Expect young men with slim-fit suits, slicked back hair and no manners. 4. Expect to spend more than 5 hours there. I wasted 6+ hours.
Ultimately, it was an ok deal, but an awful experience.
I took my car back to Chris Risnes about a noise coming from my vehicle. He was very helpful in getting the best mechanic to meet my need. After making sure the problem was found, he made sure the best action to take was performed, saving me money and heart ache. Thank you chris for making my experience a pleasant one.

We traveled from Philadelphia, GO BIRDS !, and it was well worth the trip. Your price for the vehicle was well below the Kelly Blue Book. We looked at the same car in Philadelphia, with more miles, and it was $5,000 more than the car we purchased from Paragon.

i went there a couple of days ago , i was so ready to buy the car i saw on their website. arrived there , the people on the reception desk were like robots the obviously don't know how to smile . told them i have an appointment with someone to show me the car, i had to wait until they found the salesperson who again seemed so uninterested in selling. i had to ask for the car fax and when ever i ask a question he said he doesn't know !!!!!! i mean really man!!!. Anyways i assumed he is a new salesperson , he started talking like robot who has to memorized certain boring things and started reciting them, a waste of time ,so i told him let's talk about the offer . he took my offer to his manager as he said and came back and literally said the offer was not accepted by the manager, but thank you very much for your time!!!!!! seriously!!!!! no negotiation no trying to convince me to make another offer, i was so surprised i left really angry . Bad experience, So UNPROFESSIONAL. They Don't seem to care about losing customers at all. I DON"T recommend.
If you need your Acura to be serviced then Michael Kunen is your guy. I went in for a simple oil and oil filter change and Mike really made me feel at ease. I have some future work to do according to the free 8 Point inspection they provided at Paragon, but I m not worried because I know Mike and the folks at Paragon will take care of me.

I have 4 stars becsuse they didn't tell me about the price on the warranty it was my fault for not looking into it but it's just wrong to lie to somone and sell them on a 2000 warranty the guy said it cover for 5 years when I read the paper it say 12 months . I've been there a few times and they are quick and honest. Last time I was there they saved me $179 in diagnostic fees by noticing a small problem and fixing it with no charge at the entrance of the service department. Car didn t even have to go into the shop!!!! If this dealership were to ever lose Mark Caceres as a service consultant I would be reluctant to return.
