My experience with paragon Acura was not as I expected , when I review them online I thought this would be a Smoove transaction . Boy was I wrong . The sales clerk that I had appointment with was not upfront she took a down payment on the car and them told me I had to come back the next day because the credit department was closed . I was furious as she did not let me know this upfront . The next day I come to seal the deal she goes very hard to sale gap insurance ,she told me a story about how people leave the dealer and crash all the time . I thought nothing of it until I finally left the dealership with the car , as I m driving of with tlx sh awd car I notice my feet are slipping every where there was wax on these mats I was scared for my life .
