I found the valet service very easy and convenient. I went to Paragon Acura's website to setup an appointment and they sent someone to my home to pick up my MDX. The person that picked up my car immediately to measures to protect it by wearing gloves and placing a protective cover over the steering wheel. Overall, I'm very happy with the service provided by Paragon Acura.
