I just bought my 2018 Traverse through a different dealer in May. I had traded in my Dodge because it was always breaking and I had horrible luck with Dodge service centers including never being able to get ahold of the service advisor along with them "finding" more things wrong with my car that a second opinion said didn't need to be touched. I was hesitant to buy a new Chevy after having one 6 years ago, but all that changed this week. I am extremely impressed and grateful with the service center, courtesy rentals, and Chris! He called to update me everyday. My husband is deployed so its just me with 3 bio kids and a foster child; they were very understanding and helped make sure I had a car big enough for 4 carseats. My car was also fixed way faster than expected. THANK YOU PARADISE CHEVY!
