DO NOT HIRE PAR AS YOUR TRANSITION SPECIALIST/ RESOLUTION SPECIALIST OR RECOVERY VENDOR **FINANCIAL FIRMS BEWARE**
BBB rating not up to "PAR." TERRIBLE COMPLIANCE!
Unethical practices, poor management.
I work for a Financial Firm myself, and this company is shameful, even under the new President, Lisa Scott. Unprofessional, lacking even the slightest knowledge as transition specialists, no etiquette, poorly trained staff, terribly managed; I could go on.
Recently had a claim myself & investigation done through Chrysler Capital; PAR denied my claim, even though my attorney & I submitted an extensive detailed letter of damages done to my vehicle, attached with very vivid before & after picture of the vehicle (pictures prior to the tow company obtaining my vehicle & the second I picked it up, still in the lot, of the damages, prior to even touching the vehicle). I supposedly am now liable for the extensive damages done, that were no fault of my own. It was mentioned that I can pursue PAR directly; however, I am not sure what is more disappointing, Chrysler not fighting for their customers or an outside middle man hired, named PAR, that for no reason at all, just denied an obvious claim that they are liable for. Whom ever hires vendors at PAR, should be immediately fired, as there are apparently, zero standards required for hire by PAR; just convenience of locale. There is definitely no compliance protocol, though their site states it, and NO inspections of the vendors they hire; terrible and quite deceitful.
They have absolutely no professionalism, and car companies beware upon hiring PAR; they are extremely slow at processing simple paperwork, and your customer satisfaction and quarterly numbers will surely decline if you hire PAR. This is due to the under-trained employees, a staff that lacks the simplest knowledge of service in their field, they also massively lack the ability to take accountability for their malpractices, or whom they hire as vendors or services, or even acknowledge that they are a poorly managed company, with clear unethical practices. They do NOT exceed expectations, they lack the simple class and knowledge to call themselves, the leading transition specialist; the only thing they are leading, is your Company into the ground if you hire them!
