Very bad customer service. Took me 3 in a half months to resolve a claim that should have only took 45days at max and still it was a bad customer service experience. Highly recommend not dealing with them or figuring something else out. Their main supervisor seems to be the only professional person there and that will get things done. Ever phone agent has Very poor phone experience and seem to have bad attitude, will say they will do something and never seem to get it done then will get smart with you on the phone. Definitely one of the worst businesses I have dealt with for a claim and on a Unacceptable professional service level.
