The service is great and the experience is good! The helicopter is so cool!

Fantastic experience. Due to strong winds, our tour had to be rescheduled for the next day, which turned our to be our luck. The weather was much better. Flights were a little delayed, but pilot was very nice and we even got the 45min tour without booking it. Highly recommended

Long tour out of Grand Canyon is great, paid extra for upfront views, not worth it, best views are on the left behind pilot, which of course they don't tell u this when taking that extra money!!

Quicker tour than expected. You don't see much that you wouldn't see by going to the national park at south rim. The view is breathtaking but you can find it elsewhere for cheaper.

They do not let the filmmaker have a grip like the osmo! They weigh you to know the place you are going to have in the helicopter.
It is an impressive feeling to fly a few meters from the ground and suddenly the canyon opens !! You run out of air of emotion !! It is worth flying !!!

Tremendously expensive, tremendously recommended. I think it's the best way to see the canon, and although it's very expensive, in the end you don't regret it. If it touches you in the front row as is my case, you enjoy it as a dwarf. If I had touched in the back I guess the experience would not have been so good.

You won't experience the Canyon in any better way. Very professional and friendly service by all involved. We paid for the upgrade to the better, quieter aircraft with more windows. Jeff our pilot was extremely professional and very experienced, we felt safe in his hands the whole ride. Also, special mention to Sean who checked us in. He was super friendly.

After buying the tickets, need to watch safety measures, which is vital. Waiting time to get in the helicopter little bit long, but still OK. I paid for 45 minutes ride which is very good. Spectacular view, perhaps longer time can see more than that.

I was pretty disappointed. The helicopter flies very high and you don't get to choose the front seat even at a price. Basically like having your plane fly over it..

In my opinion, it is worth paying to see all that from heaven. Is awesome. The pilot was very nice and gave enough confidence. During the flight they give you an audio with information about the great canyon in your language with very interesting things.

You are ruining one of America s greatest natural treasures. There is beauty in silence not in helicopter noise. Please reconsider!

Did the 30min helicopter tour and the views were AMAZING.

I would have given this a five-star review had our initial communications with the company been on par with the rest of our visit. We had a small dog in an RV and we were told we would be fine as someone there would check on our dog and we would have no problem plugging in. There are two plugs on the outside but in order to use them you would have to be able to pull up right in front or sideways in the parking lot and they had cars there and no one was willing to move anything. My husband ended up having to cancel and stay behind with the dog. Having said that our pilot was fantastic. She was professional, thorough, and very informative. We all were masks and kept social distance. She made sure to give us a very nice tour of the Canyon. I would have a suggest this outfit, but we did not use or check out the other two outfits in the area.

This is one of the most amazing things to do on vacation. Flying over the Grand Canyon was breathtaking! Added together with a great pilot who was knowledgeable about the canyon it was an emersive experience.

We took the 30 minutes trip, for $180. Quite reasonably priced for the experience you get. You will be amazed by the splendid aerial views of the Grand Canyon. Absolutely worth it!

Very nice, but if like me you have the place in the middle, it's expensive for not much view ...

When making reservations the customer service was excellent. Then upon arrival for flight they were prompt and efficient in getting us checked in. THEN time for the flight....I can t find the words to express the moment we flew over the rim. Our pilot stopped talking, provided great music and let us absorb the moment.

I will NEVER forget this tour and have nothing negative to say. If you can afford this tour....DO IT!

The place is very clean and the staff is helpful. The flight crew is very strict, but that's to be expected with safety being so important. It is very pricey for a ride but the views are surpassed by none other. If you have never flown in a helicopter, it'll be terrifying. The vibrations and turbulence takes your breath away..and nearly messes your pants!

The most anticipated thing in the American trip is to take a helicopter in the Grand Canyon. There is no disappointment at all, and even exceeded my expectations. The visual shock of overlooking the entire South Gorge from the sky is incredible for a lifetime. incredible view

We had a 6-seat helicopter over the pilot (one next to him).
Beautiful ride with the ability to see things and take pictures that otherwise could not be done (paying close attention to the reflections of the glass obviously closed).
Audio guide recorded in many languages including Italian.
Tour maybe a little 'short.

The staff at Papillon are great. And the pilot we had Donn Houser, was friendly & very knowledgeable. If you want to see the Grand canyon I mean REALLY SEE IT, definitely hit up papillon for a helicopter tour, it's worth the money. They can't solisit tipping but them pilots sure do deserve & appreciate them

Experience to live at least once in a lifetime!
Incredible and breathtaking flight over the Kaibab National Forest and the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, complete with an explanation in Italian!
If you have the economic possibilities (a flight for two people is not cheap), do it absolutely, you risk missing out on a truly unique experience!
Also very helpful staff: we had the misfortune to find a very windy day, and we had to do the shorter tour (30 minutes), despite having booked the longer one (approx. 1 hour), and even before the flight the girl at the Banco had already reassured us that we would still have a refund, and only paid for the shortest flight!

I did the plane flight, comfortable and they met the time, 75 minutes, the only problem is that the sound from my headphones was very low and with the noise of the plane I could not understand the explanation. We also left half an hour late, but they made up for it by giving us the photograph with the pilot of the plane

We loved this and what a.special way to see the Grand Canyon. Papillon airport facilities are very nice while you wait. Our pilot (Jason) was friendly and top notch. The helicopter was comfortable and fun. It's a slurge but so worth it.

Super welcome, it's well organized and it's clear, and obviously it's so impressive seen from the sky (with a super nice pilot)

A fast helicopter ride, but worth a look. The little break in the middle of the canyon (with champagne "de california") remains like a good time. If you are given the choice, take a seat at the front of the helicopter, and avoid the middle seat at the back.

Top experience. Had hoped that the helicopter would fly into the Canyon (down). All in all, unforgettable flight though :) Also expensive by the way, $ 200.

With 199 dollars, though expensive, but with a helicopter flying over the Grand Canyon one will not forget his whole life!
