100% worth the money. This was an incredible breath taking experience! Papillon made the entire process so easy and fun.. Esther was such a pleasure to work with! So happy we went with this company and decided to spend the money and experience the canyon from above, the longer tour was definitely a once in a life time.

Two members of my group had a great experience, one in the front seat the other in an outside seat. Unfortunately, the middle seats are simply a helicopter ride and should become discounted substantially. The company will not tell you this, let them know you want a desirable seat or save your $300.

Despite unfavorable visibility conditions (fire smoke) and a time reduced to 25 minutes compared to 50 initially, it remains a very nice experience to discover the spectacular Grand Canyon.
Ps the departure is outside the park therefore without the need to pay access.

It was the first and amazing time of my experience in helicopter! The pilot was so nice and within the whole flight he was telling interesting facts about the canyon and turning the music at some fabulous beautiful places!

It seems like they fly at high speed and low altitude over the Best Western hotel and the folks camping in the adjacent National Forest on purpose. It seems like it wouldn't be that difficult to avoid strafing the campers, and it would be safer. Watching them blast by overhead at top speed and low altitude does not make me want to ride on one, that's for sure.
Great views and once you've seen the Grand canyon out of the sky seeing it any other way just doesn't measure up. The tour was over quite quickly though and half of it was over a forest as you have to get to the canyon first.

I take a helicopter ride at every place I visit. I travel a lot and I must say this was one for the books!! The pilot was professional, funny, and knowledgeable. The views were breathtaking and the memories will truly be unforgettable. I really liked that the pilot played music during parts of the flight and also tried to make sure everyone had the same view. My recommendation would be to not have six guests on the flight because the 2 people in the middle don't have an unobstructed view. It is a little pricey but worth it!!
Reasonably priced helicopter tours. Must-do when you visit Grand Canyon.
Sure it will cost you, but when you think about it. it s not a simple drive but a helicopter and owh man the view is amazing.
After you see the GC from the sky walking the rim is suddenly mediocre

Firstly they check the weather and confirm whether we can fly or not. I admire the safety procedures in this agent.
The pilot is well informed us about the national Park. I like the way she explained about the South Rim, North Rim and West rim. The journey is about 30 minutes but worth for the $ that we spent.

We came here a year ago and did the 4 hour tour. There were 6 of us and we thought that it was great value for our money. The helicopters were good quality and we were given a picnic lunch halfway.

We visited Papillon on the morning of Sunday the 13th. Check in process was easy and everyone was very professional. Views were fantastic. Would definitely be conscious of which helicopter you are in and which seat you will have.
The tour was a little pricy, but it was worth every dime spent. I thought the Grand Canyon was beautiful fr the ground until I saw it fr the air. I was totally speechless of the view. It was beyond BEAUTIFUL. I will NEVER forget my experience!

Had a great flight and took the 30 min dragon loop. Jeremy our pilot was funny and and answered all our questions.
It was an amazing flight and i really enjoyed a lot! A little bit expensive, 25 min for 189 $ but it was good flight with a good pilot! And the only problem was the glasses are not clean and we didn't take a good photos!

We flew all the way across with our whole family. The pilot was friendly but I couldn't talk to him because of the recorded narration playing over our headsets.
The most impressive part of the flight was flying out over the edge canyon. Once the ground dropped away we lost our point of reference and it seemed like we just stopped. A quick glance at the airspeed indicator reassured me, however.
Children all enjoyed it.
This wasn't the cheapest activity we did on this trip...but these machines are expensive to run.

So we were very disappointed. We would not recommend it. To understand, we had booked the helicopter tour over the Grand Canyon one day after our wedding in Las Vegas with our parents. The pick up from the hotel worked as far as everything went well, there everything went so far, until suddenly someone came to us and wanted to separate our group. Of course, we were not enthusiastic, let us explain the problem (it was about the weight distribution in the helicopter) and then agreed, then formed 2 groups. Another 20 minutes later another woman came and said we could only fly in these 2 combinations. My husband and I of course separated after we got married yesterday. Stink sour, but we did not want to miss the Grand Canyon (on the other hand, we had already lost too much time) Have gotten for compensation 5 free pictures, that has nothing compensated. I then flew with my parents and when we went to our helicopter and I saw who flies with us fell with the jaw, a picture of my husband and his mother, the same stature and size, minimum possibly 5 kg different. Of course, that made the mood boil over. After our flights then again to the counter and have personally complained there, there I was not really taken seriously, allegedly an email was written to the management or anyone. Had to give extra again my data, thought maybe again to get feedback from Papillon, until today nothing.
The pilot was nice, but could not make up for the bad service.

Beautiful and unforgettable helicopter experience over the Grand Canyon. Breathtaking views and ad hoc music. If you can, don't miss it! The ideal is to do the first shift in the morning because it is less hot and there are spectacular colors. We've been around for 45 minutes.

What an amazing experience! If you visit Las Vegas this is what you need to do! The helicopter pilot we had was great, he was very entertaining, polite and made me feel safe flying thousands of feet over the Grand Canyon. The picnic that they set out for you is perfect, just the right amount of snacks to hold you over until your tour is over. If I have the opportunity to do this again I definitely will choose to do it with Papillon.

Unforgettable You think you have seen the great Canyon and that the helicopter is but one more perspective. Great mistake So far you have not seen anything. From the air you can copy the entire magnitude of the Congost, which from the ground is impossible to imagine. Awesome
This was the most exciting thing about our trip to the Grand Canyon and we did two Jeep tours rented the side by side and this topped them all !! This is a must do if you go visit the Grand Canyon! It is breath taking !!!
Our trip was postponed ALL day long, we were never able to take our flight do to weather, I get it they cannot control the weather, BUT! The customer service was horrible. Staff at the facility was disrespectful and lazy. A courtesy call from the facility informing us of our postponed flight flight was in order yet it was left up to us to call in and confirm, it was a waste of a day.
