Very helpful and understanding customer service, got me signed up easily and any issues that came up from my previous supplier they got sorted very quickly. Can only imagine the 1 star reviews are once off's as my experience has been very good and along with plenty of people i know.

Have gas, elec and bins with them and the star rating here doesn't reflect the service I have received over the past 4 years. Customer support has always been friendly and very efficient. Online platform is very easy to use and has all the relevant info available.100% renewable electricity is also a great achievement.
Highly recommend.

Was lied to to sign up. Told cheapest on market. Would save x amount. 2 months later price hike followed by another 3 months later.
No the most expensive on the market. Basically got told tough luck by the customer care. Oh and instead of directly informing customers of price hike they think it adequate to put an ad in the paper i dont read and on radio stations i dont listen to..

Very upset about the misleading hard sell that was done with my aged mother at her front door.
When I asked sales person to leave they refused to do this.

I had been with Panda for 2 years. However I missed the renewal and called when I received 2 Bill's in the same month for 600euro (gas and electricity). I called to renew my agreement and asked for a rebate or discount for the months passed. The representative while cordial made no attempt to help me. Advising he could give me a discount from today. I was very disappointed. Now changing provider.

Not sure why they re only just below a 3 star rating here. Customer support has always been top notch. Had one billing issue during the two years I ve been with them and they were super quick to sort it out. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Tried singing up 4 times over the last week. Each time I call they tell me they'll "schedule a callback" and then don't call back. By the fourth call they guaranteed me a callback within the hour, and still no one has made any contact. Was coming close to the deadline where the electricity would be cut off so I rang energia. It took just the one ten minute phone call to energia and it was all sorted out. Dont know what they're at in panda power but they don't seem to be too keen to make any sales.

Can i Give zero stars?? On the panda power level pay for 2 years , my account is now 500 euro in credit, contacted customer service to ask why they have 500 euro of my money and they didnt care... contract is up in June and will be leaving, Panda is okay for rubbish ...BUT RUBBISH FOR POWER, AVOID.

Very happy with panda power.was with pre-pay power previously.i got my first bill in and it was almost half the price which i was being billed with prepay power.got my bill on time.plus got 50 credit on my waste bins with greenstar.extremly happy.

Stupidly switched to Panda from Airtricity after doing an energy comparison on switcher.ie. As soon as I switched they hiked up their prices so my first bill was more than it ever was with Airtricity. When I questioned it I was told that that they can raise their prices when they want (its in the small print.) Cooling off period is only 2 weeks so it's over by the time you realise that you've been charged more. So I'm now stuck in a contract with them for a year. Wish I'd read the reviews here first. AVOID PANDA POWER.

I tried to sign up for a new connection with Panda Power over a week ago. I did this because Panda Power are my existing supplier in my current house and I wanted to give them the new business. After one email that wasn't answered and then two phone calls that were answered by an overflow service, nobody has come back to me since. This is appalling service and clearly not a one off failing. I have now signed up with Electric Ireland where the experience was seamless and massively better. One star for Panda Power is far too much.

I have recently switched to Panda Power and from the onset i have found their pricing , customer service and payment options to be excellent. I had and issue with my direct debit which was resolved immediately. I would have no hesitation to recommend Panda Power as an Energy Provider- No Wait times and very friendly Staff. 4 Stars!

Comparing my last 3years bill, panda power is most expensive one than(sse. bord gas.electric Ireland -every two month my E+G bill never over 190. Panda power bill will be around 230 )other company have more welcome bonus than panda power as well. 40by6time=240+extra bonus=nearly 400 pre years.

Shocking company if there was half a Star I would have gone with this.
One Star is too much.
I signed a contract with this company but ended up renting out my house. They charged me 45. Cancellation fee for both Electricity and Gas even though I got my tenant to sign up with them for the year. I'm sorry I told him to stay with Panda-Big mistake. They sent out threatening letters and all to me.
This company is a joke- stay well clear!

If I could give zero stars I would - stay far, far away from this company! They sent texts threatening legal action even when our final bill was paid on time (we were switching providers). We requested on numerous occasions for them to stop, they kept blaming the "system" for sending out the wrong texts. REALLY annoying and frankly not good enough. Customer service or the "system" gets a ZERO from us

Was contacted by their "Customer care team" to see if I wanted to sign up for another year as my contract is expiring shortly. I told them that I would like to see the terms of the new contract which they emailed to me.
About 5 minutes later I get an email and text confirming that I was signed up for a further year! without me ever agreeing to it. When I called the guy back he said that he hit the button by accident and signed me up. Wouldn't trust these guys again...

It's crystal clear that the company is creating alternative google accounts to provide 5 star ratings with the same statement/comment each time not to mention they only got 1 review on record. I was thinking of switching to this however thankfully did my research.

Also to those stating it's a once off thing the majority of the reviews are negative therefore it's not a once off thing common sense.

Been with this company a number of years.I would not recommend them as the level of service I have received is disgraceful.Where do I start-telling lies on billing dates, problems with billing and not being notified when contract up.Staff are generally unhelpful and completely disinterested when you call.They never reduce their prices either even when other companies do.They have a customer service department and frankly I don't why as they care about customers and don't provide any type of service.Sent in a complaint recently and the response I got was a joke.Again displayed the disinterest and apathy towards customers I have become used to.I would encourage anyone to shop around to save money on your energy bills.Stay away from Panda Power however.They don't care about customers and are a very greedy and unprofessional company.

Give you a reasonable unit tariff for 2 to 3 months and then increases cost by over 20% without any notification. When I pulled them on it I was told to read terms and conditions and I would be subject to a 50.00 early termination fee. I payed the 50.00 as it was economically better to switch than staying for an extra 3 months to finish contract. I will never have anything to do with this company again. Company policy despicable. AVOID

Really bad customer service , Did not deal with my situation ! I got my gas meter locked and was not informed nor by email nor by post.they said the letter got returned so I did not receive it.they said they tried to contact me on my phone but didn't reach out that was their escuse .I got charged for locking and unlocking fee that I was not informed on either .They are money takers . When I signed up after few months they put their prices really up so my bills were huge . I really advice you to avoid avoid avoid Panda Power .Other gas and electricity providers are much better they deal with their customers much better than these guys . Avoid ,never will I be going back to them .

Very Helpful customer service i had an issue with my bill and it was sorted straight away . Highly recommend after being with some of the other electric suppliers. Also great to have my electricity ,gas and waste with the 1 company.

Was with them 2 years , and after research found another company which was cheaper , they sad what I steel have 1 day left on my contract , what mean I have to pay 100 e fee for changing the company , I ask them to wait that one day , on what they sad no , even after they could offer me better deal , just took the money from me , not recommend this company to any one. Total disgraceful and shame to you power panda .

One star is way too much! All you can get from this ''company'' is: fake discounts, extremely high prices for electricity and gas, bad customer service. Very first experience when I switched to PANDA POWER was they charged me 74 euro for gas after just one week of usage with explanation ''this is the way it is, we can't cancel it now even if we don't know where this bill is coming from''. That's all you need to know guys! Save your money and nerves and stay away from this ''company''! (sorry about my English, tried my best) Cheers!

From my experience I would say avoid this company ...

From my experience I would say avoid this company and GO WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY IN IRELAND!

1st: This company swapped over contracts on my electricity account with my permission or signature (while my housemate is largely to blame for telling them he wanted to they never got permission from all of the account holders);

2nd: when I called up and didn't have the account number to hand (as my housemate had it) they were unable to find the account through any of our names, or EITHER of the house addresses they were charging us for!

3rd: when we moved out we said they wanted to move house and they messed up and started charging us for BOTH houses!

4th: when I instructed them to stop charging Direct Debits to our account for the old house THEY REFUSED and said they would not close the account unless we gave them the closing meter reading - even though they had been given it 2 MONTHS PREVIOUS!

5th: USE ANY COMPANY OTHER THAN THIS ONE!

Worst electricity company I have dealt with (I used so far Electric Ireland and Board Gais, did not have issues with them).
But this guys are careless, not organized and it is a nightmare to work with them.
Do not switch to them no matter what.

Shocking Company. Attempted to strong arm there way into a new estate by offering a "free" month to new home owners to reduce the stress of moving. No T&C's provided. When I decided to move before the end of the month, I was issued a bill for the "free" month. When I called to complain, the service people had not idea what I was talking about (which was evident in the internal email thread I was accidentally included on later). I was told I would be contacted again to follow up. Instead I had no contact until a solicitors letter arrived months later. Honestly, just awful from start to finish, do yourself a favour and go with a company that actually knows what it's doing.

Where to start. Moved into a new build and Panda billed me 550 after a month even though I never even signed up with them! When I asked for proof of an agreement they claimed I signed one with the developer of the estate (??!!) and to ask them for the agreement. Really bizarre carry-on. Credit control dept quite rude on email also. Avoid at all costs. Would have left zero stars if I could
