Was contacted by their "Customer care team" to see...

Was contacted by their "Customer care team" to see if I wanted to sign up for another year as my contract is expiring shortly. I told them that I would like to see the terms of the new contract which they emailed to me.
About 5 minutes later I get an email and text confirming that I was signed up for a further year! without me ever agreeing to it. When I called the guy back he said that he hit the button by accident and signed me up. Wouldn't trust these guys again...
