I had been with Panda for 2 years. However I missed the renewal and called when I received 2 Bill's in the same month for 600euro (gas and electricity). I called to renew my agreement and asked for a rebate or discount for the months passed. The representative while cordial made no attempt to help me. Advising he could give me a discount from today. I was very disappointed. Now changing provider.
