Really nice pancakes and wide selection to choose from, very fresh ingredients and friendly staff. We had to queue for approximately 20 mins, but it was worth it.

The gluten-free Dutch pancakes are DELICIOUS! I had the veggie + pesto (added mushroom) and it was absolutely incredible. They even use soy milk for a vegan version :) My husband had the smoked salmon + guac + creme fraiche and he was in HEAVEN (non-gf version). The people next to us ordered American pancakes + Nutella, they were a large and fluffy stack of pure chocolate DECADENCE! In search of a lighter option, we stuck with the Dutch pancakes for dessert too, topped with fresh strawberries, yogurt and lemon honey drizzle. It was DIVINE. We could have gone back everyday to try a new one every time - that's how absolutely DELICIOUS it was. And the staff was very friendly (ask for Thomas if you go to the location near Centraal Station), the cafe very clean. This place is a MUST EAT while in Amsterdam!! Don't miss out.

The service was glacial but the food quality was fantastic; warm, fresh and very tasty.

Premise: as indicated by the name here they serve pancakes, so it is not the right place to stay light. That said, pancakes (Americans, taller, or Dutch, lower) are good and present in both sweet and savory versions. Fast service. It's not an unforgettable place, but in the genre it's nice. Not a bit of advice for groups because it is small.

Okay pancakes, not mind blowing, but good enough. Generous lemonade portions! Service was a bit slow.

This place was downright delicious. A very nice location it a nice little store. You definitely might have to wait but that's due to its popularity. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very great portion sizes and super delicious quality for good prices. Most definitely recommend!

A very cozy, small place, it is very tastefully decorated, the staff is very friendly and attentive and you can try some of the best pancakes in the Netherlands, sometimes they have an offer and some souvenir or gift details.

Tasty pancakes, good service. The pancake itself is large but very thin so it might not fill you up. Only a few tables available so there may be a wait during busy times. Prices are fairly expensive, but worth trying at least once.

As a French guy, I have to admit maybe the best "crepes" (pan cakes in France) I ever ate ! Go there blindly and go again.

We came right when it opened because the first time we tried to come the wait was too long. The place was recommended by our hotel, and it was definitely worth it. The pancakes were HUGE and not too expensive. The bacon and apple pancake was delicious, as was the banana caramel and sea salt pancake.

Very tasty, simple, Dutch pancakes! Best part- gluten free batter for celiacs and gluten free people! They even mark gluten free cakes and tell you if yours doesn't have one, don't eat it.
They were very friendly, and the place was was, but very cute and cozy. They only take card, no cash, so just be aware.
They gave us an adorable souvenir when we left too. Cute touch!

Very good pancakes and crepe well stocked service is very nice and fast. Little more than a small keychain as a gift at the end.

We tasted the Dutch pancakes with ice cream and stroop: delicious !! Choice, and a cozy decoration. In addition, when you eat outside, beautiful view of the canal. There may be some waiting, but it's worth it.

I really really liked this place! It's very small but really cozy. The staff was great and food was absolutely DELICIOUS! And the prices are really really fair. The only problem is that they don't accept cash, only payment by card and they didn't tell me before my meal. If you're going there, be aware to have a debit or credit card with you.

There was about a 20 minute wait when we got here that might have been a fluke, but I can't be certain. There was no line after we were seated. The wait was worth it, though. We tried the ham and cheese pancake and the banana almond. Both were excellent and plenty for two people.

Oh, Pancakes! I visit here every time I come to Amsterdam. Their gluten free pancakes are amazing. I usually have a vegetarian savory one and then a dessert one. It's nice to sit outside there.

Some of the best Dutch pancakes I tried. I got the special of the day which had fresh whipped cream and lots of berries. the service was super nice and I even got a clog keychain souvenir!

too crowded pan cakes are oki not really amazing just normal pan cakes. I think this place is overrated

Small shop, delicious pancakes. You scan the QR code on the menu which takes to you to a picture menu - really convenient and helpful. Had the bacon and cheese, smoked chicken and guac and apple crumble. Would order the savory ones again - sooo delicious. Fried in butter, crispy on the edges, soft in the center, just perfect!

Nice pancake restaurant right next to the Anne-Frank house. We were lucky and got a table very quickly, but afterwards there was a queue waiting to be seated. They offer a big choice of pancakes. We were very pleased with our selections. In summer you can sit as well outside. One can only pay via card however.

Good attention and very delicious you just have to consume in a short time since there are people in line waiting for a table.

The exceptional food did not make up for the horrible service I experienced. The waiters were very rude. I got up to use the toilet and one of the waitresses accused me of not being a customer and almost didn't let me use it! After I politely told her I was a customer, she called me rude and never pointed me to the toilets. The other waitress who took our order was also very rude, to my bf and I and other customers around. Granted the food was really amazing, I won't be going back there again.

Great pancakes! But playing Ed Sheeran on loop made me want to end my own life

What's wrong with everyone? This is not a 4 star deserving establishment. I know pancakes, I REALLY DO! But in a city FULL of great food and GREAT pancakes, this is not the spot. It's cheap, cheesy, small and crowded for no good reason. There's zero atmosphere on top of poor quality food.

FIRST, the server messed up BOTH of our orders and was "matter of fact" about it. She didn't offer to get us the pancakes we ordered or apologize.

SECOND, the pancakes were sub-par. greasy, garlicy (and we didn't order garlic oil) and luke warm. Epic fail.

THIRD, a cappuccino is a cappuccino. It's espresso, steamed milk and frothed milk. When you're paying 3 euro for a cappuccino, you expect the cup to be half full and hot (and not burned espresso). Well, I've have better cappuccino out of airport vending machines.

Oh, lastly, the kitchen is located next to the bathroom. No thanks.
