After 11 years still very happy with our dormer. Expertly placed at the time and still no problems. We also like the dark color, so you don't have to clean it often. Top!

It can sometimes go wrong. A few years ago paid 1550 euros (2x as much as with other contractor the following year) for dormer renovation. There was a hole in it first, so big that a bird can make a nice nest in it. The second time they sent some kind of macgyver with no material apparently to fix the problem. He sawed the gutter in half to use it to close the hole. Instead of going outside, the water went into the house! Of course, this kind of situation is ruining it, not just for the company itself, but for the other people in the sector. After urging, everything was restored. Good time third time. There were still complaints about this company on cluster radar. Seen too late. We are now a few years later. It looks like there are also good reviews. So with a bit of luck, only skilled craftsmen now work.

2 dormer windows and a skylight set, this went at a pace that you say against, but with quality! I am from construction, so I can judge what the boys did, but a perfect job was done! also the service is perfect, one of the inset screens had come out of its frame, within a few days there was a service technician, who repaired the screen spots, perfect! satisfied for almost 2 years now.
