It has a good location next to the bay, good size rooms, with good equipment although the bathrooms feel a bit old.
It has a Buffett for breakfast service, of good quality, but with little variety.
What I did not like about the breakfast service is that the tablecloths are always dirty.

Lisa at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my sister and I had a wonderful stay. When we arrived, our room was not ready yet and so Lisa offered to keep our luggage for us, provided us with keys to the fitness room so that we may get ready there, and went above and beyond to accommodate us.
Although we were only staying for one night, Lisa made it the best experience we have ever had in a hotel. She offered to upgrade us to a different room if we were okay with sharing a king size bed, which we were. The bed was extremely comfortable and more than enough space. Our room had the most stunning view we have both ever seen! It was also superbly clean.
Thank you to Lisa and the other fantastic staff for truly making our experience enjoyable and memorable.
I will be visiting again and will surely pick the Pan Pacific Vancouver.
sincerely,
Sara and Ana

Stayed in a room with a city view but also partial view of the Harbour. It was beautiful! Honestly I really like being able to see the city, it really showcases the vibrance of Vancouver. I love this hotel, very considerate staff, clean rooms, and great food.

The Pan Pacific only hires highly experienced employees, whatever you ask, the staff never says no. They are accommodating, friendly and quick. This is the best hotel for booking large private parties whether it's a wedding, meeting, reception or fundraiser. The staff really care about the people.

Very convenient to the cruise port, only an elevator away. They were able to print out my travel docs with a simple email and drop it off to my room. They collect your luggage in the morning and deliver it to the ship for you. Great customer service, beautiful hotel in an awesome location.

We stayed at the Van Couver location as part of the Rocky Mountain Train Tour. The hotel is very nicely decorated, elegant, and clean. The pool is refreshing. The location is great for walking to other locations. The only suggestion is for the hotel to provide free Wi-Fi. Everything else was great!

Reserved a Deluxe King Room for an NYE stay with my wife. The room itself was fine -- 17th floor with a water view. (Side note: I originally booked this hotel primarily because of the close proximity to the fireworks, only to find out afterwards the city cancelled them because they're it moving in 2021...? Thanks Vancouver)

As a consolation the two of us were planning on spending a quiet evening at the hotel bar to ring in the New Year. However because the lobby bar was hosting a ticketed dinner party that evening, a temporary bar was setup in the Cypress Room upstairs. What the gentleman at the front desk fail to communicate to me when I asked about it was that the other bar closed at 9 p.m.! There was literally nothing to do on the property otherwise, which needless to say was a letdown.

As I result we were left wandering the street to find an alternative. Interestingly, the ARC bar in the Fairmont right across the street was open.

Beyond that we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and everything was sparkling clean, although the design inside is on the dated side. Robes were in the closet and you can ask for slippers at no extra charge. The eighth floor outdoor hot tub and pool are nice -- albeit the latter is on the small side -- especially at night under the stars. The gym in the basement is fully equipped and open until midnight.

The location is convenient as well with quite a few cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and the Waterfront SkyTrain station is just around the corner.

Pretty nice, overall. Drink specials, friendly staff, bag service, umbrellas and bikes. Nice lobby. Room had a sliding door that did not close completely, causing us to hear noise all night and have to crank up the heat. We closed the blinds to help. King size bed. One soap in the bathroom. We would stay here again if the price is good. Central location very close to the harbour.

Stayed in room 1936, six window room overlooking the ocean. Was a beautiful view. Had room service breakfast and was so awesome. Loved my stay, hotel was clean and quiet. Window leaked in a few spots but didn't affect my stay. TV was a little haywire also and night, couldn't get the Chanel's to work but was no loss. Loved it and would stay again.

I'll start off with the positives. The hotel has a great view and friendly staff. Food meets expectations and location could not be any better. Unfortunately, for such a prestigious hotel the rooms and bathrooms are kind of outdated and the tv in my room was not working properly. That was quite a let down for such an expensive room.

Looks better than it is. Love Canada Place and the whole area but the hotel was lacking. Very convenient being in the conference center but the TV didn't work, the toilet didn't flush and the room didn't have cold water which is just odd.

The hotel is probably situated in the best place in Dubai. It s by the beach and The Walk. The Walk gives the area character and has a slight Mediterranean feel about it.

The room was spacious and clean and overlooked the beach. Breakfast was fantastic so no lunch was needed. In the evening we had hors-d uvre in the lounge. The chef had these down to perfection.

The pool is smaller than similar hotels but is not a problem. The gym was good and the staff helpful.

In general the staff made us feel welcome and were always happy to help with trips or other travel matters.
thanks all staff

We valet parked, the attendant told us it would be 28 for the day, but it came out to $40 and they only accept cash. I only had $32, after speaking with the manager I was able to get it resolved

Nice hotel with clean rooms. And a great location! If you are looking to stay in downtown Vancouver staying here is perfect. You are minutes from the waterfront, sea plane terminal, sea bus and more. Lobby is expansive and nice, staff is friendly. Their breakfast buffet is nice.

This place focuses a lot on service provided which was excellent. Despite the hotel being a bit aged, they managed to keep the place perfectly glossy and clean. The lounge food can be a bit more special however. That's just my pickiness if I were to pay for a 5 star hotel :)

Old hotel in need of maintenance. Torn and stained lampshades. Charged for a phone call!! Bubbling in wall behind hallway wall paper. $32/day parking if you don't move your car. More a convention Center than a hotel. Hot tub broken but could go across the street to the Fairmonts hot tub. The bed was very comfortable. Would not recommend.

I was greeted promptly and staff were very friendly in directing me to my meeting (with the convention centre staff). It's a little confusing when you walk in, but easy to find someone to help show you around!
