Attentive staff, beautiful hotel, views are amazing. Great outdoor pool with views of Coal Harbour and North Shore mountains. The hotel is within walking distance to Gastown, Robson Street and other shopping areas.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Had a great water view room. A five star hotel with all the amenities by the convention centre. Reasonably priced a bit off season. Highly recommended.

Have attended many cases here, very nice facilities, BUT when I was there she a crowded leadership conference most of the women's washrooms were closed. It was ridiculous! I complained by lunch time, they were opened, but then by afternoon break they were closed again!

It is one of the oldest Fairmont hotels in Vancouver. With an in-house restaurant and few high-end stores(Omega, Gucci...) in the lobby. All other high-end stores are within walking distance. Also, there is a myth that FAIRMONT HOTEL VANCOUVER is haunted. If you want to stay at Fairmont and don't want to spend money, this is cheapest among the other Fairmont in Vancouver

I actually can't believe that this hotel is rated 5 stars.

The hot tub was disgusting, some of our bar items were expired, and we were given food poisoning from the hotel restaurant Oceans 999. While we were there the hotel was hosting a conference which made the hotel loud, crowded, and hard to enter or leave.

I would never stay at this location again. We started our stay at the Westin and regretted moving hotels.

The Pan Pacific Hotel is super centrally located on Canada Place - and that's probably the best thing about the hotel! It is very upscale, but sometimes seems a bit "old" and could certainly be modernized again. All in all, the room was clean, we had rest at night and the day due to the great location everything perfectly. Right on the doorstep are buses that take a Drive directly to the Capilano Suspension Bridge - the seaplanes are also within a five-minute walk. We had nice days in the hotel, the staff was very nice!

The main reason you should stay here is the service! The doormen, the front desk, the wait staff were all exceptionally helpful. They went beyond just giving directions and offered recommendations that helped us get the most out of our visit!

I have stayed at the Pan Pacific several times on business and for pleasure, and they have never failed to disappoint. The rooms are spacious, most views are great, and the amenities in the hotel are unmatched by most in the area. Several restaurants offer fine and casual dining. The hotel is attached to the convention center, and there are events and attractions galore. Be aware that the events can sometimes lead to a very busy atmosphere.

I went to Oceans 999 for Dine out 2 times this week. I was surprised to be served one and a half pieces of the Crispy Pork Belly as appetizer tonight compare to 3 full pieces on Friday. My friend who ordered Ling cod has less Pesto on her serving than mine. The quantity of food is so inconsistent.
After we complained to the manager on duty. She apologized and gave us free coffee and a creme brulee. My friend and I got a piece of Black forest each as birthday cake.

I won't suggest to go in a big group, the service was so slow, it took almost an hour to get our appetizers and the server didn't apologize or have the courtesy to tell us there will be a delay.

Overall I think giving a 3 stars rating is more than they deserve just because they turned around and complimented us with coffee and extra desserts after we complained.

Remembering our Brunch with Santa in December 2018. Probably the best Santa and the best dressed Santa we have ever seen. This man was absolutely amazing with timid and shy children, we look forward to visiting with him in December 2019.

We've stayed at many hotels and this is by far the best view we've ever had any hotel in the world. The staff was super friendly and very attentive to our needs. Even the house cleaning staff was five stars. Outside the hotel areas had all of the tour drop off and pick up spots within a very short walking distance. Very convenient for taking in all the tourist attractions Vancouver has to offer. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

The rooms are very clean and modern (club floor rooms). The amenities, toiletries, club room and service are all first class. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Definitely worth the relatively small fee to upgrade!

If you go to harbor view, you can enjoy the view quite well.
However, there is no free water, the voice of the housekeeper in the morning and the door opening and closing are noisy, and it is also true that the luxury hotel has a feeling of cheapness.
It is an impression that it would be enough if staying at one time.

Staff go over and above, even during covid you can tell they really care. Their harbour view suite is perfect for a few night stay! The rooftop pool is nice for the family and has a gorgeous view.

We were there for a modeling conference. I found the staff very friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable beds. I was already expecting high parking prices for downtown Vancouver but was hoping the hotel had some better deal. The only thing that I could really say that kind of stumped me was paid WIFI in this day and age especially as a business class hotel I have stayed in cheaper places with free WIFI
