Unfortunately, my father in-law was diagnosed with...

Unfortunately, my father in-law was diagnosed with prostate cancer two months before our family trip to Singapore to celebrate my wife and her sister s birthday. He underwent surgery two weeks later. Two weeks after the surgery the post-op tests indicated he needed radioactive and hormone therapy. Sadly, this meant that my father (and mother) in-law had to cancel the trip so we contacted the airline and the hotel providing the doctor's certificate to request trip and accommodation to be cancelled.

The airline ticket, which by the way was a non-refundable economy deal fare, has been refunded immediately on compassionate ground.

The response from the Pan Pacific hotel staff, instead was: "We cannot provide a reimbursement, but we can give you a voucher to be used within three months."

Shockingly inconsiderate.

By the way, me, my wife and her sister and husband did stay at the Pan Pacific. The lifts were slow and the rooms were dated. I previously stayed at the Intercontinental for a similar price and the Intercontinental was by far superior.

Modern city hotel in a good location, great breakfast.

Very modern, located between 2 MRT stations and within walking distance to Marina Bay.

Rooms are very modern and big enough, depending on the location, you have a beautiful view over Singapore or the bay.

The breakfast is some of the best we've ever had. The selection is huge and also prepared for European tastes.

Overall, absolutely to be recommended.

When I went to Singapore, I stayed a lot at Marina Bay Sands Fullerton Bay, but I was curious about how it was across from Marina Bay.
Worst! The staff's service is poor
The room smells like cigarettes. I stopped, but the woman who was trapped in the elevator next to it asked if it was okay, but she didn't even pretend to be with me
And the lounge on the first floor I asked the staff to wait because they didn't have a seat I liked, so I waited.
Putting in a team And then we look absurd, so we don't even look at the staff There is no luck with the staff.

Beautiful, modern and well-equipped rooms with a fantastic view of Singapore. Pool area was also very pleased. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Prices at the bar extremely expensive but that's just Singapore. Breakfast buffet was very rich and the food was very good. Unfortunately, the mood at the breakfast was very hectic and there was a very loud background noise.

I went in the night for few drinks and to party and I wasn't disappointed. I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. I first went to match and the went to bang bang . Both these places enjoy really amazing crowd and the real party starts after 1 over a weekend and can go on till early morning. I would highly recommend getting a taxi to and fro from Pan Pacific. I am certain of one thing whenever I am back in Singapore I definitely visiting to have fun time.

This was a great place to stay while attending a conference at the Suntec Expo Center. It is more convenient located than the JW Marriott and the rooms are at least 50% larger. The pool area is very nice.

Very pleasant staff.

Very pleasant staff.
Quick checkin, with unsolicited offer of late checkout to accommodate my evening flight (thanks).
Room very comfortable although complimentary chocolates mysteriously vanished the next day, not eaten by me...
Truly amazing breakfast.
Great king size bed.
Showers to spend hours in.
Convenient for convention centre, shops, Gardens by the Bay.
Overall a very good place to stay.

Very elegant, modern hotel. Here are no wishes left. Centrally located, Singapore Flyer, Marina Bay Sands and The Garden by the Bay are within walking distance. Great beds, breakfast, pool and fitness center. A wellness oasis with direct access to the shopping center.

This hotel is worth it's 5 stars in all of the ways possible. I have been given my room earlier than set check in. The team was amazing. And it was such a nice touch to get chocolate and fresh dragon fruits with no occasion.

Liked it very much! Great first class hotel! We were lucky and got a suite on one of the upper floors: great view, living room, bedroom, each with a big Flatscreen TV, FREE Wifi was great! Even if we had only one night, because it was just a stop over, we got a late check-out at 2 pm and we were allowed to stay in the hotel the whole day and could use the pool, etc. Big thumbs up!

Quite a mixed review to be honest. Planned a surprise proposal for my girlfriend. VIP services upgraded me to a skyline suite, experienced fantastic service.. however this was dampened by their poor handling of parking coupons. Asked for parking coupons for my guests but was outrightly rejected with a 1 coupon per room policy reason. Had to explain to my guests which put me in a spot. Was told by concierge that Pan Pacific guests faced this issue before, but they didn't seemed to have structured a solution quickly to solve it. Eventually I reimbursed my guests myself to save the waiting time. Looks like paying for a suite doesn't get you a guaranteed 5 star service. FYI, I have never faced this at other local hotels before.

I used JTB lounge. There is an instant but free coffee. There are Nikkei newspapers, travel magazines, and social information magazines. You can collect information and adjust the time until departure.

Great location to explore the marina area, lots of options for f&b connected by walkways to the hotel. Rooms are big and has great view of the bay and MBS. The check in was easy and quick. A great weekend getaway. Will definitely consider staying there again

I would suggest the Pan Pacific to any of my friends or family. We truly loved our time there, the staff were more than helpful & and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms are excellent with great views. It also had plenty of space and everything we needed in one place.

If booking again I will be sure to pay a little extra to get a Pacific Club room which was absolutely wonderful.

Only small downside was the pool & leisure facility was not the greatest (compared to everything else the hotel had to offer), no steam room or sauna.
