Pan Pacific Singapore Review

The lobby lounge is so relaxing and pretty. It is a good place to chill after work. One of the nicest lobby you can find in town.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff are extremely kind. Feel really hospitality.

Big hotel. ,, little old ... I did not like the smell in the room ... but it s ok and convenient

Always had an awesome stay here. I always took the Panoramic room because I love the big windows and the layout of the bathtub (which overlooks the tv and the windows as well), and the space is good enough for one person. Service is good, hassle-free, rooms and facilities are always clean. The pool is not really extraordinary, but there's enough lounge chairs for everyone to soak up the sun so I'm happy enough. Will definitely book again next time :)

The hotel is big and convenience. We could go to Suntec or Marina. The room is quite spatious & nice with free wifi. Breakfast place is large, serving many dishes.

Greater expectations naturally result in greater disappointments. I wouldn t guess a 5-Star accredited international brand would not be able to prepare the guest rooms on time for check-in. I wasn t able to recover from this disappointment at the onset and thus gave it a poor rating.

More details:
Have booked a Deluxe King Room (which by default, comes with a King Sized bed) and specifically indicated a King-Sized Bed as well just to ensure there s no misunderstanding. I arrived at the hotel for check-in at 3.15pm.

When I was checking in-
I was told there were no more rooms with King-Sized beds. If I insist on having a King-Sized bed, I would have to wait 1-2hrs more for them to prepare the room. I opted to wait for it cos if I don t get a King Size Bed, it is no different from staying at home. Afterall, I am a local.

I then called up Pan Pacific hotel line to escalate the matter for resolution. Sam (from the hotel) picked up and explained nicely that there was nothing she can do except to advise me to wait for it. She asked frankly, what else do I want? . I would guess, upgrade me? of course, this inner voice of mine did not manifest out loud. With great disappointment, I hung up.

Was then directed to a hospitality lounge to wait which I thought could be good but, nope... it was filled with other tourists who had checked out and were just waiting for their airport transfers / flights. The lounge had only a TV and sofa. It was depression-inducing.

After about 1hr, I received a call from the reception that my room was ready for me to pick up my card keys. As I walked across the pool, my favorite hotel was directly in my line of sight - Conrad (which costs about $100 more). I lamented at my poor decision to save some money, settling for Pan Pacific. I thought they were comparable but I guess not. Pan Pacific could not meet the standards of Conrad. Not even in the speed of checking in guests. There was a very long queue at the check-in reception. It took me 25mins before it was my turn to speak to a check-in reception (which I then receive the bad news of no -king sized bed )

Would I stay at Pan Pacific again? Probably not again in the near future until this sad episode fades off becoming a distant memory.

Attended company event, the hotel had really nice buffet food

It was a very beautiful place. The food was also very good.

We stayed for a week in a Pacific Club room recently and totally enjoyed our time there. They consistently delivered first class services throughout our stay. All staff we came across were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. A truly 5/5 star hotel!

Pan Pacific Singapore Atrium Lounge is finally open.

Open from 11am-10pm,a great place to enjoy the afternoon high tea from 2:30-5:30pm from Monday to Thursday and 12:30-3pm for 1st seating and 3:15-5:45pm for the 2nd seating Friday to Sunday @$38++ daily. Discounts apply for AMEX and Citiback cardholders at 15% and 10% for OCBC,MAYBANK and HSBC.

Magnificient hotel.

It's pricey all the way around - many people here are running off of corporate expense accounts and through money around like it's pretend.
But we have little to know complaints. Service quality high. Rooms are nice (Our bed was very firm).

Service was excellent, there was no short of amenities for our event and the staff were all attentive to our needs, attending to them before we could even ask for it at times even

The hotel was excellent. Service is good and staff are friendly. The atmosphere there is good as well.

My husband and I loved this hotel. The staff were consistantly gracious and professional. The room (Panoramic) was spacious and clean with an amazing view.. The bed (a king size) was very comfortable and the bath was the biggest we have ever seen and very inviting after a day of sight seeing and shopping. The way the hotel is designed (around a massive atrium) means that there is no hallway as such so no rooms opposite and no doors slamming outside your room. The hotel is very close to everything with excellent public transport access.The choice of restaurants is great and the food 5 star catering for every possible taste.We stayed for 9 days in May and I don't think we would stay anywhere else in Singapore in the future.

It's one of the best hotel staycation i ever had. The team from concierge to housekeeping to service was fantastic.

The ambience and experience was good. The food was impeccable and the staff was very very helpful. All in the consistency of the experience was on point.

To me this is the best hotel buffet in Singapore, bar none. And I have tried most of the 5*, so trust me :) I've been there 6 times on various days.
My favorite day is Sunday brunch because of the extra-quality ingredients. Pricey, though!
Second would be weekday, where the price comes down to a better value.
Third, as a foreigner, would be Saturday because then it's mostly local Asian cuisines with a bit less European-style options.
Will visit again, often!

Celebrated a birthday dinner at the edge and the spread was not only marvellous but the food tasted so good! Service was top notch even when theres so many customers around. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Excellent service. We showed up early and they allowed us to go into our room before regular check in time. Also, we called to complain that our room had not been cleaned, and they apologized and offered us complimentary drinks.

Old. Needs refurbishment. Depending on branding now.

Stayed here for a week on a business trip. Lovely place. Bit of a walk though to the bayfront but has two malls close by. The restaurants are amazing.

Great hotel overall. Had the best buffet breakfast I've ever had here, and the suite was really worth the price. Hotel staff was nice and attentive, and really helped with several requests. If you get a chance to stay here, I highly recommend it!

This was a wow moment as I had just retired and this was the first stop on our Big Trip to Australia: we arrived tired off the plane and then opened the blinds in our room. Oh my gosh what a view, we could not believe the position and it was a lovely room. Oh then in the morning we went down for our first buffet breakfast: you could eat food from every courner of the globe. We were spoilt at the start of a fantastic trip.

Had roast duck curry for lunch and it is delicious and the portion is quite big.

The ballroom at Pan Pac are really nice and cozy. Everything looks nice and food served during the wedding lunch was tasty. Service by the servers were great as well
